Wonderful customer service!!! Knowledgeable and thorough

Owner is very knowledgeable, friendly & helpful. Mr Tire of Kings Mountain was down for their alignment rack for two weeks because of a breaker issue, the owner showed up Friday night to help with the issue. He found the problem & came back Saturday rewired from the breaker to the alignment rack & had us back up & running.

We had indoor outlet go out. The issue was connected to the outside fuse box. It 9 o'clock at night raining and the traffic was backed up. Tried & True called said they were still on the way. Once they arrived and assessed the problem, the technician Steven executed with precision. The issue was solved within the hour and our power electricity was restored. I called Tried and True around noon today for an outlet install. I just moved into a new construction rental and for some reason they didn't install an outlet in a my big walk-in closet. Steve came out same day and was able to install me an outlet with no issue. The install was clean and I'm very satisfied with the overall service I received today. Tried and true electrical is by far the absolute best electrical company in charlotte. The Electrican was prompt when I needed his service, gave me great insight as to what was going on and fixed the problem in no time. They are affordable, compassionate and get the job done in a timely manner. Even when I had an emergency they came my rescue. I will forever use tried and true electrical service for all my issues moving forward. They are truly a god send.
