Very rude in recieving fast but rude guy needs other kind of work that does not interact whith people

I'm a superintendent for an electrical contractor and we use Graybar on an almost daily basis. If its delivery or pick up, they always have what we need in stock and always get our orders correct and fast. We couldn't ask for a better electrical supplier.

Awesome electrical supply house!!! By far superior to any other in NC in my opinion. They always have exactly what I'm looking for, great with phone orders and easy will call pick up at any time 7 - 5.

Fast delivery, no overnight parking

I see the owner only responds to people saying good things about the company, but does not say anything about the guy in receiving with a real bad attitude, he looks like he doesn't like his job ir he is not getting paid for what he does
He's a real rude guy like if he is challenging people for a fight.

Nice place to deliver seriously a lot of room for backing but boy "o" boy" the attitude of the guy at check In is unprofessional I seriously thought they were joking when they posted reviews about this guy , I arrived at 5:56am and waited til 7am the guy was smoking outside and I said GM and all that cane out of his mouth was what time is your appointment cause he didn't have no one on his schedule then he blew the smoke In my face totally uncalled for....after all them reviews about this guy and still he gets away with mistreating us the truck drivers that deliver their goods so they can have jobs..its unbelievable...I do have asthma so the smoke did trigger it....so sad how unhappy some people are ....I pity his attitude....

Delivered here. Guy was cool, even though I had to wait. Took care of it when he said he would, though.

I came here to deliver a load the guy at office. Looks very rude he did not give enough instructions.

Receiving has the most incompetent guy. Just because your life $uck$ does not mean you have the right to take it out on anyone.
One driver said that perhaps they were union and that's why they're so slow.
People skills are needed when you interact with the public and they most certainly don't have that.
Perhaps you should be digging graves so that you won't interact with the living.
I hope that I never have to come to this place again.

Fast unloading. Got us right in for a 7 am appointment. No overnight parking

Super nice folks for me. Unloaded some Steel pipe from wheatland tube. Nice big lot for semi trucks. Im in a 53ft step deck. Receiving is 2nd entrance on the right.

I called two days in advance to confirm an appointment for a small delivery (only 4 bundles). Upon arrival, I was told there was no appointment and that I would have to be 'worked in.' I had five other drops on this trip without any issues—this is the only facility giving me a hard time. Very disorganized receiving department.

I can’t say enough good things about Rose Energy. I maintained steady communication with Dan. He went above and beyond in comparison to other companies that I had the displeasure of working with. The transparency Dan portrayed along with the timeliness of both the scheduling and the actual repair was in fact a breath of fresh air. Kudos to Dan and the rest of Rose Energy. I will recommend them to everyone.

I was in need of a solar system with Tesla battery. Dan from Rose Energy was the guy for the job. He is an excellent worker worked hard and efficient .
I’m happy with his work and l’m looking forward to start phase 2 of the project.

Rose Energy did the removal and re-install of my solar panels necessitated by roof damage when hurricane Helene uprooted a large oak tree and hit my cabin. They were prompt, professional, and were very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend!
