Unprofessional waste of time electrical company

Very unprofessional!! Won’t respond to phone calls and they said we’re coming back the next day and I never heard from them!!!!

I have never had a problem retrieving invoices on what work was completed by any vendor until this company was called by Sellers home warranty company Choice home warranty. Every vendor that has been sent to my sellers property has provided us with some type of documentation regarding which items were repaired except Bean Electric LLC. I'm disappointed with the communication, customer service and since I don't have an itemized list of what items were completed by the electrician I don't even know if the items were actually done. I would never recommend this company to any of my clients or colleagues. Just horrid! Unprofessional, unprepared and late to appointment. Oh yeah and you won't receive any proof of what work was completed 😕

I just want to clarify this company has a very similar name with another electrical company in the same area and some people, myself included, get them mixed-up. BEAM, like laser beam, does not work with home warranty companies. I feel bad because I gave the nice woman at this company a hard time because she had no record of my service appointment.

Great Company... Worked with them on many projects. They always let us know when they hit our irrigation lines on a commercial project. They are just a great all around company. They have been around for many years and have established themselves as a top electrical contractor in the Charlotte NC area. Would recommend them to anyone.

Didn’t even make it to services because whoever is answering your phones needs some phone etiquette…. I’ll take my money elsewhere
