They arrived on time and were incredibly thorough, paying attention to details that are often overlooked, like baseboards and the area behind kitchen appliances. The entire space feels refreshed and smells wonderful without being overpowered by harsh chemicals. They were professional, efficient, and respectful of my home throughout the process. Kolton came out today and deep cleaned all rooms, hallway and staircase and when I tell you these carpets look and smell AMAZING!! I highly recommend this company as Kolton was extremely professional, fast, punctual, informative and very respectful and courteous. I’m a first time customer and I’m VERY particular about companies and services provided, but I can honestly say I got it right!! I will recommend to all my family and friends!!

I found this business while strolling on Instagram one day and couldn’t be happier. He reached out quickly and was able to get me set up with an appointment and was able to lighten up the dark areas in my carpet that were high traffic areas. Amazing service and I will be using them again

My old carpet looks almost new!! Very pleased. Mark was right on time, quick and efficient, and affordable. Had several areas that looked stained, or at least quite dirty, and they cleaned up very nicely. I've used SteamMaster 3 times now plan to continue using them.

Mark and crew were professional, efficient, courteous and not to mention our carpet looks GREAT! They don't use harsh chemicals either so I don't have to be concerned about my toddlers being exposed to them. The citrus smells wonderful.

Omg! Where do I start?? Marcus told me what time he would come and he was on time. He was quick and efficient. My carpets look AMAZING!! I want to cry! Best Carpet Solution tried to charge me $500 yesterday. I felt so defeated. SteamMasters are very affordable and detailed. I love my carpet and I have a new carpet company. I normally read reviews and ask myself we're they that good or did they get paid to say those nice things. Well today, you can believe me, this is an honest review. This company is amazing, affordable. Not only that, their professionalism is of the highest quality. Communication was explicit. The quality of work left no room for doubt. I hired steam Master to shampoo my rugs , I had a tenant with a pet that left a lingering pet smell. I was afraid I would have to replace the rugs. He made them look new. I will bring him to my home to do my own rugs. I akso had him powerwash my home. Amazing job. Thanks mark. You will not regret his service

I had to pleasure of having Marcus do my service. He was on-time, the thoroughly explained the products he was using...he was very professional. It take him long to clean the entire bottom floor and the stairs. Marcus did an awesome job. I just wish I would have gotten before pictures, because my carpet was filthy; with having my family children all the time and family gatherings... Let's just say I will be recommending SteamMaster's to all my neighbors, friends, and family. I will be most definitely using them again and soon.

I had moved into my new home only a couple of months ago and the carpets, although in good shape, had not appeared to ever been properly cleaned. The Steam Masters team arrived exactly on time and scoped out my home to identify any possible problem areas. They were extremely thorough during the cleaning which resulted in the carpets appearing almost as new (a huge improvement over the previous condition). They were also able to fully clean my living room couch to like new quality. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to improve the carpets in their home
