Very professional and arrived early. My rugs were in the pretty bad but after the cleaning they look amazing. The job was done efficiently and didn’t take very long. He started around 10am and finish up a little after 11am. I had 4 bedrooms, my loft and stairs completed. I would highly recommend!

WOW! Byron came to clean my couch! I have a dog sitting business so dogs are always on it; it started smelling like “dog”. Byron thoroughly cleaned it, first brushing with a stiff brush to loosen hairs in fibers. His powerful equipment sucked out all the dirt, hair, dander and left a clean smelling clean couch!! Worth every penny. You will be as happy as I am with Byron’s work!!!

Byron did an amazing job and we will 1,000% be using his services again! He fit us in to his schedule with less than 24 hours notice and the results were incredible - the carpet looks better than when we bought our house!

They stayed in communication with me throughout the project and explained the post care process as well. Leroy in management also contacted to see how the job had been after the job was completed. I recommend!

Earl and his helper, William, did a superb project with my rugs! We have an older dog who has problems with urinating and Earl was able to bring my carpets back to life! They were fast to respond and did 5 rooms in no time at all and were professional as well! I would use their services again in the future.

THIS IS A SCAM.

Making an appointment is easy, pricing over the phone is straightforward ($149 for 4 rooms / $2 per step), but when the “technicians” arrive they corner you and quote significantly higher prices, aggressively insist that you pay several hundred dollars more if you want to have your carpet cleaned, and then complete lackluster “whole house service” in 20 minutes.

Not to mention that they request cash or Zelle payments to a company that ISN’T COMPANY YOU MADE THE APPOINTMENT WITH. The invoice they give you doesn’t say Top Concord Carpet, nor does it even say the name of the shady LLC you’re asked to Zelle for payment.

If I hadn’t felt unsafe being alone with two strange men cornering me and demanding money in my home, I would have cancelled the service.

Don’t make the mistake that I did. STAY AWAY from this business and stick to companies that are well-known and reputable.

We discovered this fantastic carpet cleaning service through a local Concord website. One of our neighbors close by couldn't stop singing their praises, and now we're doing the same! We were tossing up the idea of replacing our old carpet, but then Norman from the cleaning team came over and showed us what they could do. We were sold instantly. Not just Norman, but Jeff and Malik too, were all exceptionally polite, prompt, and professional. Our carpets now look and feel almost brand new. We're over the moon with how clean our carpets are, with every speck of dust and dirt completely gone from our home. We also had them work their magic on our hardwood floors. They cleaned them thoroughly and left a beautiful finish. Everything in our house is looking and feeling fantastic once again. We've also noticed a significant improvement in the air quality; even our cats seem more content! We couldn't be happier with the results. So, a big thank you to this amazing carpet cleaning team!

i can't say enough good things about this carpet cleaning service. they really deserve five stars for both their amazing customer service and the fantastic job they did on my carpets, all for a price that didn't break the bank. gerald and his crew were friendly, showed up right on time, and clearly knew what they were doing. i had a problem when i went to visit my aunt—my kids spilled chocolate milk on her carpet. i tried to clean it myself but couldn't get rid of the stain or the strong smell. after checking out reviews, i found this carpet cleaning company, and gerald went above and beyond what i expected! the carpet looks brand new and you’d never guess anything had ever been spilled there, which really shows gerald’s skill and know-how. if you want your carpets cleaned well, at a good price, by someone who is professional and polite, i definitely recommend giving gerald a call.

Malik was fantastic. He showed up early for my carpet cleaning and was happy to add the area rugs, even though the appointment was just for the main carpet. He worked efficiently and was very professional. Some spots I thought were just stains turned out to be permanent discoloration from a cleaning product I had used before, but Malik explained why that happened and gave me tips on how to clean up spills better in the future. This was my first time using a professional carpet cleaning service, and I will definitely use Top Concord Carpet Cleaning again.

wow, this is the best carpet cleaning service i've ever used. gerald was super polite, arrived right on time, and really kept his promises. after being let down by other carpet cleaners, i gave this company a try and i haven't used anyone else since. we've had them clean our carpets through all our changes, from busy family days with kids and pets to moving into smaller places. the carpets always look amazing, smell so fresh, and they dry way quicker than other cleaners.
