Kolt was great! Showed up with a big smile. Very professional and friendly. There were some stains due to my dog so he recommended using an enzyme for pet stains and odors. It was a little extra but totally worth it. I highly recommend him and Byron. Love being able to support their small business!

I am a little late to post on the service I received earlier this month. My carpets are old and had pet stains that were there for a while. The stains didn’t completely come up but they were less noticeable. Carpets overall looked good and smelled good. I would definitely use this company again and recommend to anyone that is in the market to have carpets cleaned.

I hired this team to take care of a botched carpet cleaning from a prior business in whom left our home smelling of wet mildew and stains still present. Steam Masters rectified the problem with their knowledge and expertise and without issue. Now the space is smelling fresh and clean with stains gone! I called steam masters and told them I have an emergency and really need to get our carpet cleaned ASAP. They came the same day. Did an absolutely amazing job! Even cleaned stains that I thought would never come out! I completely recommend this company! The guys who came were also very pleasant and respectful! Would totally use this company again!!!!

Byron is great. I got into a jam on a Saturday afternoon and he helped me out. Good conversation and great work. Cleaned 3 bedrooms, one that had some oil pastel dust (art). He was honest and upfront about the stains. In the end he got them out. Will definitely use him when the need arises and will also recommend him to others.
