The 2 gentlemen who installed the system did a great job. The cleanup afterward was spotless! The first unit they installed had some dents on outside of the coils which I pointed out. Their operations manager Kevin drove a new unit to replace the one with dents. A great experience with A.N.T Comfort Solutions.

Chris K was extremely professional and accommodating with my schedule. He arrived on time and thoughtfully called ahead to let me know he was on his way. His diagnosis was thorough and detailed, and he recommended replacing only the coil rather than the entire AC unit, which I appreciated. Based on his expertise and excellent service, I highly recommend Chris K for any AC repair needs.

Very pleased with the service. They were able to move up our appointment due to a cancellation, which was great since our ac was out. The service technician found the problem quickly and had the part on hand that needed to be replaced. In addition, he did try to sell me something I didn't need! They came recommended from my neighbor and are now in my contact list.

Anthony Rodgers and his team are top-notch! From initial inspection to installation day, the team arrived promptly and ensured all questions were addressed. I appreciated how courteous they were with wearing shoe coverings and covering the stairs leading to the attic for their traffic in and out the house. To top it all off, they completed the product registration and sent us the paperwork along with a thank you card!

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience with ANT Solution. While the technician seemed knowledgeable, I was shocked when I reviewed the final invoice. I was charged significantly more than market price for basic replacement parts—items I later discovered were available at a fraction of the cost elsewhere.

I understand service fees and markups, but this felt excessive and dishonest. I tried reaching out for clarification, but the explanation I received was vague and unhelpful.

If you're considering this company, I strongly recommend asking for a full itemized quote before any work is done and doing a quick price check on parts yourself. I won’t be using their services again, and I hope they reconsider their pricing practices for future customers

Once again we had a wonderful experience with A.N.T. Solutions! Our air conditioner broke right in the middle of this heatwave! I was afraid we would have to wait days for someone to come out, but they said they would be here THAT DAY between 4:00 - 6:00 and they were here at 5:00!! It took Chris five minutes to figure out was wrong and another five to fix it. Chris was wonderful and explained everything and answered all of our questions. They are reliable, honest and very reasonable. Thank you A.N.T. Solutions! I only wish all businesses I deal with were as pleasant to work with.

ANT Comfort was very responsive after I scheduled a maintenance check on my AC unit. The technician was on time and very easy to work with. He explained how my unit was working and cleaned it up. He was careful going inside and outside with wearing his protective footwear so he didn’t track anything on my carpet. I will use ANT Comfort Solutions again.

After smelling what I thought was a gas smell for 2 days in my house, I decided to contact Piedmont gas to come and find out what was going on. They discovered three gas leaks, one in each furnace and one in my fireplace gas line. They told me I needed three regulators. The age of my house is 24 years old, and the units are original. I decided to replace both units. I interviewed four heating and air conditioning companies. I decided to go with Ant Comfort Solutions. They were highly recommended on the next-door app and highly recommended on google, and they also had an A plus rating with the Better business bureau. The price of their units were very reasonable compared to the other three that were upward of $20,000. It was a two day process. Manny and Reynaldo were the technicians, and they did an excellent job in protecting my home. They cleaned up very well after themselves, and were very professional. So if you are looking to replace or upgrade your units, I am going to get on the bandwagon and highly recommend this company. Thank you to Anthony, (The owner) who was very patient, answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable in choosing their company. I can't speak on the heating yet, but I can tell you that the air conditioners are working very efficiently. It gets very cold in my house in a very short amount of time. My thermostats are set at seventy five, and I have to keep a blanket nearby:)

Today, Ant Comfort Solutions heating company came out on a requested visit to check my furnaces that I had purchase from them back in the summer. Some of my bedrooms were feeling a little bit too cold. So a very nice man, by the name of Chris came out, went in the attic to check everything out. He said, all of the dampers were open. He said he could change the settings on the furnace to increase the air flow. So after the service, all of the rooms are heating up nicely. More air is coming out of the vents. It's feeling a lot warmer in all of the rooms. Even temperature, which is what I wanted in every room. It feels much more comfortable and I am very satisfied. Chris was a very nice young man. He took his time and explained everything to my understanding. The company was quick to answer the phone and came out the very next day. That is what I call excellent excellent service! I love this company and I know you will too. Thank you, Ant comfort solutions.
