My air conditioning system shut down completely on one of the hottest days in July. When I called the company who had installed the system when the house was built they told me it would be a week before they could come on site to check out the system. I contacted Rhett Lee at L3 HVAC. Not only was he able to send a technician the next day, the technician was able to resolve the problem and we had a cool house before he left our home. Noah, the L3 HVAC technician, was not only polite and respectful of our home, but he completed the service in the pouring rain!!! We have had no problems since the service was completed and highly recommend L3 HVAC for any of your HVAC needs. Thank you so much, Rhett!

L3 is not your typical HVAC contractor. The owner, Rhett is extremely responsive usually answers calls immediately. He did an outstanding job installing our mini split system and he completed it within a few days of our request and at a very reasonable price ( best one by far ) What I have experienced with other contractors are long delays in getting out to the house then extremely high prices for diagnostics and repair. That’s not L3’s way of doing business. They do what is required laying out all the options and the price for each then help you make the right value decision. There is so much more I could say but the bottom line is I trust Rhett and L3 implicitly which is almost impossible to find with other companies.

When our heat went out (on the coldest night of the season so far) my husband reached out to these guys. They came out within the hour and diagnosed the issue quickly. Thankfully it was an “easy” fix. The guys (Noah and Brett) were great and explained what was needed. The part was picked up and fixed by early afternoon. I’m so thankful for their quick response and service!

Working with L3 was great!

I had spoken with several other companies and even had one come out to take a look. The first company tried to scare me into replacing my entire gas line system that supplies my heater — which didn’t sit right with me.

Then L3 came out, and the experience was completely different. They were respectful, honest, quick, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on.

The technician worked on the system for over an hour and was almost finished when he realized he didn’t have the last part needed to complete the job. I had already paid him in cash, but before leaving, he actually handed the money back to me and said he wouldn’t accept payment until everything was fully done.

He came back the next day, installed the missing part, completed the work perfectly, and only then took payment.

That kind of honesty and integrity really stood out to me. It showed me that L3 is a company I can trust — one that does the job right without taking advantage of the customer. After having bad experiences in the past, this meant a lot.

Mr. Lee replaced a unit for us and ran new HVAC for an addition that we were putting on our house. He was absolutely kind and professional and honest and he had the best prices. We have referred him to over 15 people in our town and they all have had excellent experiences with him. We will absolutely be using him in the future. 10 out of 10!!

You won't be disappointed with Rhett and his team at L3 HVAC. I've used him to replace 2 units over the last few years as well as for tuneups and repairs when one of my older units stopped working. The last time he went out of his way to find an affordable solution to get another summer out of my 19-year old HVAC system when I found it wasn't cooling the house on the first hot day of Summer. Rhett is honest, trustworthy and does the work at a great price - does not jack up the price like the major chains do.
