Christian did a phenomenal job for us! He came out to give us a quote to clean our duct work but quickly found mold within the air handler that had been missed by the company that had previously serviced our hvac less than 2 months before. He was meticulous in his work and spent almost 4 hours in our home, checking each component in great detail. We ended up having an air purification system and uv light installed to prevent future problems. I would highly recommend Christian and his company to everyone!

Chad Love services were awesome! They met our needs in a professional and timely matter. Alex Jake and Tyler were the installers. I’ve not seen anyone on my house be more considerate of cleanliness and just being considerate! Thank you for a job well done!

Compassion and Jeremy came to check my system. Both were so friendly and knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything that was happening and what the job was going to require. While some home improvements are no fun, these gentlemen and this company have been wonderful to work with. They provided excellent service! He was able to explain, in every day language and with imaging, the problem with our air system.
We felt with his explanation, we were able to make the best and most affordable choice for our family.

Josh D was great and very knowledgeable gave me a lot of advice. We were doing a heat exchanger pull and inspect. Arrived punctually and was very friendly. Turns out we need an entire new system. Brandon was very friendly and very knowledgeable with what we need and pricing details. Highly recommend Chad loves services.

The whole team: Jeremy, Chase, Jake, Tyler and Cameron (and Cameron’s teammate whose name slips my mind) were great! All were patient, insightful and accommodating. Each worked really hard and got a very big job completed in two days! I would highly recommend these guys for any future HVAC needs. 5 stars!

Cameron and Marcus arrived right on time the very next morning for the installation. I work remotely from home, and they were incredibly respectful of my workspace and schedule. Tbyrds was quick and efficient with their services! When my HVAC overheated and started smoking overnight they were able to come out the next day and tell me what I needed and provided detailed quotes! Christian M. was my hvac tech that was sent out and he was amazing at putting things in my prospective and understanding considering this isn’t my area of expertise! He wore coverings over his shoes EVERYTIME he entered my home, abd was very professional and knowledgeable about everything he installed… showing me the damage and explaining what was needing to be fixed! I couldn’t have felt less stressed during such a stressful event in my life! THANKS TBYRDS & CHRISTIAN M!!!

Our AC stopped working so we had this company come out. They’re charging us 350 just to run diagnostics and tried to convince us we needed a whole new unit. I had another company come out the next day and they said we just needed maintenance on the unit and charged us $100. I would not recommend using this company to anyone. Incredibly disappointed in the upselling. Sales person Chris offered 10% then 15% and finally 20% off when he got on the phone with my boyfriend (the decision maker) after telling me they wanted to charge upwards of 5,000 dollars. Very disappointed in this service, the salesmanship, and this company trying to con us out of almost 7k.

The technicians were all professional and all worked in their respective areas to get HVAC Unit installed and working properly. They did not rush and prior to leaving made sure unit was in full working order. Definitely satisfied with their work.
