Terry Hoppingarner, technician was very helpful in diagnosing the issue and Travis Byrd was on top ensuring customer are informed via texting/email and ensured his staff were on time with complete information that texted when job starts, finish and when tech is heading your way. Customer is never wondering what is going on. This is rare within this industry as I had several quotes from different companies that left me quite disappointed. T Byrd heating and Air will get my full endorsement for the sales and logistics experience this far.

I was SO pleased with the service I received from T. Byrd's! Our furnace went out and they got me in the same day I called, someone came out that evening once we realized I needed a new furnace and that our old one was not up to code. A crew came out the next morning and had everything installed in ONE day. Everyone was kind, patient, respectful - always willing to explain any questions I had. The price was better than I had been quoted a few years before when told my furnace was old and would need to be replaced eventually. I have already told several neighbors about this company. They were truly exceptional, the work done was excellent. I received a call the next to make sure everything was completed and to make sure I was happy. I think we had a total of 11 employees/contractors out to fix and diagnose and sell - and each person was lovely to work with. Brad was awesome very professional. We used another company and they said our entire system needed to be replaced. Brad found a restriction and saved my family from having to replace the entire system. I will use TBryds from now on for my HVAC business. The entire process was seamless with great communication. We requested a quote from Angi's List for an HVAC tuneup for a house we recently bought after 8pm one evening. Less than two minutes later we got a call from T Byrd's asking for confirmation that we needed their services. Within five minutes from this call, our service tech Dave texted us to confirm an appointment window the next day. We we already super impressed. Dave texted the next morning and said his first job ended early and would we like him to arrive sooner than his appointment window. Yes! Again, impressed. Dave arrived and was courteous and professional. He did a walk through in the house and pointed out tips and tricks with our floor registers and the main return vent. He then went to work on our heat pump in the crawl space. He showed us how dirty the air blower was and cleaned it. He also showed us how much debris was in the bottom of the compressor that he also cleaned out. We needed a couple of new parts and he educated us on what they did and how the motors on both units work and how have to work harder when dirt and debris impede air flow. We got a reasonable quote for duct cleaning in the near future. After Dave was done we could notice an increase in force of heated air coming out of the registers from the heat pump. We highly recommend you call T Byrd for speedy, courteous and friendly service at reasonable price! Certainly ask for Dave! He also went beyond expectations with his HVAC explanations. You'll be glad you called.

T. Byrd's is excellent! We needed work on our HVAC and the part had to be ordered from the factory. They gladly provided 2 window AC units for us to use (at no cost) until the repairs could be completed. Price was also less than other companies in the area. Techs & Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend T. Byrd's!

We've used T Byrd a few times with positive experiences. This most recent time, Chris came out to diagnose the problem with our AC. The compressor was bad and needed to be replaced. Chris showed me the real-time stats as well as the manufacturer's specs that led him to his conclusion. The next day, T Byrd techs drove up to Greensboro to get the replacement part rather than waiting for delivery to ensure that our AC would be fixed the following day which was very much appreciated.

When Chris came back out to fix the unit, he was super mindful of our sleeping infant as well as how having the AC off would affect her. Would definitely recommend T Byrd to others.

Brad Tarleton had great communication and service. Very respectful and timely. We had the coils swapped out of our minisplits, they did the work and filed the warranty with the manufacturer. Highly recommend.

Chris Weathers was responsive and came out within 2 hours of calling T. Byrds. He was very efficient, personable and prompt and picked up the part the next morning and had the repair done by 11:30 am. I would use them again and highly recommend T. Byrds Heating and Air.

Tyler came to fix an issue regarding my HVAC not blowing air. He immediately diagnosed the issue correctly, and fixed my unit to work right after. I was so satisfied that I called them back for the seasoning servicing of the unit, and he performed all the preventive maintenance on my units. Now I'm enjoying frosty air for the rest of the summer.
