T Bryd's & HVAC Tech Christian to the rescue! We were in a very tight window to have the HVAC system inspected on a home we were closing on. Christian was extremely thorough and professional. He took his time and provided us with a report of his findings. Christian texted me when he was on the way and arrived in the service window. I've seen the T Byrd's trucks all around town and I strongly recommend this company. They were very easy to do business with and I'm pretty particular when it comes to contractors.

Always have a great experience today tho was awesome !!! Dave is amazing he helped me fix my thermostat and made sure our equipment was in tip top shape. Most friendly person I have met in this business he gave us great pointers and information and I will definitely be requesting him next time and referring this company to anyone and everyone thank you so much!!!

Chris the Technician, was impressive and did a fine job. Very cordial and knowledgeable of residential HVAC. Thank you for having confidence in Chris to do the job. I'm very familiar with commercial and industrial HVAC as I am a Quality Control Manager and former construction superintendent.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Terry was great! He was very knowledgeable and was able to explain everything clearly. I never felt pressured or felt like I was being over charged. They offer a nice 5% discount for military, first responders, and teachers. We will be using them for future HVAC needs

Tech came out during one of my last seasonal checks. He damaged the entrance to the crawl space to the attic. I called to report and was told someone would come out to take a look. No one ever did. Called back and no one ever showed up. On another occasion the door was left open to my fuse box. It rained inside burned all the wires and could have burned our house down. The tech denied it as it caused so much damage. We had no power and had to make an emergency call to an electrician. By the time they responded, our electrician had started repairs. T-bird did not call me to come out this season. No response speaks volumns.

I was very shocked at the price I was quoted.The price for one hour of work and one piece to repair my furnace was almost $1500.00 dollars. That is a hell of an hourly rate for something that takes no more than an hour and piece that cost around $100.00. A true rip off. I didn’t let him repair my furnace because I knew he was taking advantage of me .Got it fixed for less than $300.00 dollars by a company who does that kind of work. You all should be ashamed of yourself for being so greedy and dishonest about your work and prices. A BIG RIPOFF.

Excellent customer service for warranty work. On time (early) and quickly evaluated the system, discovered what was wrong and ensured it was fixed correctly.

Very professional, the service tech knows his job well. I was super pleased with Brad, very nice, well mannered young man. I highly recommend them for service and for a complete installation like I had them do in 2019.

We've been customers of T. Byrd's for years. Some of our favorite employees have come and gone, but the high quality of service has remained unchanged. This time, our positively ancient HVAC system finally kicked the bucket - a series of failures caused damage in enough defined and nebulous ways that it was more cost effective to seek out a new system.
When our heat decided it wasn't going to turn off one night, Dave was the one to respond. Called their 24/7 line at 7 AM and Dave was there at 8:30. Amazing man, friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to move mountains to help us. Choosing to go with a new system instead of repair did leave us without central heat for a night, but that was fine since they came in to install the new system the very next day.
William was the first to arrive and last to leave for setting up the new system. There were several others as well, and everyone was courteous and efficient. Work started at 8:30 and they were done by 2:00. The new system runs exactly as you would expect it to: good air volume, toasty heat, and chilly A/C - all improvements over the old system.
I look forward to not needing to worry about what's going to break next in my HVAC system for the next decade, and I'm quite happy to continue my subscription to the Maintenance Club.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Excellent service. On time and they cleaned the heck out of my unit! They sent a text when they were on the way with a name and photo of the technician so I knew who to expect. When they finished, they sent pictures of the work before and after!

The T-Byrds service technician was Ross Licata Jr. What a friendly guy. Jumped right in on checking my gas heater. Ross was very knowledgeable and shared some things with me that might help my situation (several cats and a dog) like an air purifier installed in my heat/AC which I am seriously considering. I was very satisfied with this pre-winter checkup. Thanks Ross!

Ross returns!! I had gotten a price from Ross concerning an advanced filtration system using UV light. We agreed on a price and Ross proceeded to the install. Once again Ross is a very personable guy and puts you right at ease. The install didn’t take long. At this point I can speak only to the install not the technology, but Ross nailed it. Thanks again Ross!

Had a problem in the morning and they were able to be out same day to look at the unit. Joao was courteous and able to answer all the questions I had about the issue while he worked on identifying and resolving it quickly and effectively.

Excellent service. They were able to fit us in that day. Technician was very thorough, knowledgeable, and communicated well through the process. Would definitely recommend!

Great guys. They really take their time to find the problem. They share their findings with photos and detailed analysis of what is going on. Straight up group of people working for this company you give you everything straight. Not talking to just try and sell you or have you upgrade. Very fair.
