After my initial review, Josh from Chad Love Services reached out to apologize for my earlier experience, which I appreciated. Jagger, the technician, also apologized when he arrived and provided excellent service.

I was informed of the $245 labor cost before the work was done and was given the option to proceed, so that part was transparent. My only surprise was simply not realizing that replacing a voltage distributor would cost that much in labor, but that isn’t something I would have known until a technician looked at it.

Overall, their follow-up and in-home service were great, and although the labor cost felt higher than expected, I did have the option to approve it before moving forward.

Chad Love continues to impress us. I’ve already had their business for my heating and air needs, so it was a no brainer to call them when my hot water heater needed to be replaced. Compasion was a very thorough and knowledgeable rep. He was even able to get our installation prioritized. Looking forward to continued business with you all.

Compassion is a very through technician. As he inspected our systems, he not only described what needed to be done, but he showed us. He is a very personable and made us feel that we could trust him. I've been experiencing some issues with my furnace (or at least i thought it was my furnace) and Christian George came in and put my mind at ease with everything. He was extremely delightful, very respectful and he knew what he was doing. Christian was able to figure out what was wrong and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Great guy, deserves more than give stars!

I had such a great experience with Chad Love Services, especially with our technician Arod. He was extremely professional and thorough from start to finish. His attention to detail was impressive, and he took the time to clearly explain what was going on with our system in a way that was easy to understand — even for someone like me who doesn’t know much about heating or cooling systems!
Arod’s customer service was top-notch, and he made sure I felt comfortable with every step of the process. The cost for service was fair, and I truly appreciate that it didn’t feel like they were trying to upsell or “find” extra issues just to charge more. It’s refreshing to work with an honest, knowledgeable company that values integrity and customer trust.

Joshua Dennis provided excellent service for my routine maintenance. He’s friendly, professional and an expert! I’ve dealt with many HVAC services over the years and no one does it better than Chad Love Services. Great communication and customer care from the time I booked the appointment to the end of my service. They are the most thorough I’ve ever experienced. Josh found an issue while performing the maintenance. He explained everything in great detail and worked through it with precision and left me with a safe and smooth running furnace. If you get Joshua D. on your service call, you’ll be in good hands! I would recommend this company to everyone. I’m happy to see they’ve expanded to service more homes. You can trust their work!

I had this company out to look at my AC, fully expecting to get a replacement quote since I already knew the system needed to be replaced. I asked multiple times during the visit for a written quote, but they refused to provide any sort of a quote on the spot. They told me I’d receive it Monday afternoon. Monday came and went with no call.

I called them myself, was placed on hold for minutes, and eventually gave up. Later I received a call back only to be told that the person who could provide the quote wasn’t available. At that point it was clear I still wasn’t getting any pricing.

On top of that, they tried to upsell me on several additional items I didn’t need, using what felt like fear-based tactics. Between the upselling and the inability—or unwillingness—to give a straightforward replacement quote after multiple requests, the whole experience was frustrating and unprofessional.

They will try to upsell you using fear tactics. That, combined with not being willing to provide a quote on the spot and making me wait days only to say the person responsible “isn’t available,” is a little absurd. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

My 86 yr old mom called me and asked me for a recommendation for duct cleaning and I recommended Chad Love Services b/c of Google. HOWEVER, UNFORTUNATELY, when Jeremy came out, (now understand, it was for duct cleaning), he took the heat exchanger out and then proceeded to look at her Duct work. He then informed her that she had asbestos (w/out proper testing as I asked him and he said he could "look at it and tell.") My mom called me upset. She said that she signed something on his phone that she couldn't read but thought since I recommended, it was ok...
I spoke w/Jeremy concerning the issues found and then he called Chase, the owner's son and I spoke to him and I was going to try and meet around 5pm to get my eyes on it since I'm a GC.
The reason they are getting a 1 star is, after I couldn't meet and we said we were getting another opinion, Jeremy left the heat exchanger OUT of the unit after charging my mom over $500 and just put it on the front porch and left....I had to hire another company to come and re-install what he took apart (again, the initial reason of the call was to clean duct work). They said that the duct work alone would cost mid "20K" and that didn't include the unit that she needed.
The new company came, re-installed the heat exchanger, and my mom has heat....also, as an IICRC certified technician myself, the "asbestos" was on the outside of tape on a joint, NOT THE INSIDE OF THE DUCT, in which it was easily remediated. She wasn't breathing in "toxic fumes" as I heard Jeremy scare my mom with....
Sales is 1 thing, Scare tactics to the elderly is another!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The unit didn't need replacing, the duct work didn't need replacing as this company tried to convince my mom of....it is up and running just fine and the service call to put back what he tore apart costs me another $500 in which, honestly, Chad Love should reimburse my mom for!!!!!!!!!! I will NEVER recommend them ever again!!

We originally were working with another company, but we were not satisfied and called Chad Love for a second opinion. Jagger came to our house, diagnosed the issues with our Furnace and AC, gave us clear options with explanations, no pressure - just well communicated information. He is the reason we chose to replace our units with Chad Love! Jagger provided
personalized service over and above - he even brought in space heaters for us to use until the new system is installed!! We are completely satisfied!

I can’t say enough about the quality of service that Christian and Nasir gave me. They were both very courteous and professional. Easy to talk to and respectful. Christian explained everything that he was doing and what needed to be done. He gladly talked by phone to my son to explain everything. They are both top of the line!! A real pleasure to have had them for the needed service. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone!

My heat went out and after a little searching I found Chad Love Services and felt they were a good choice based on their reviews. Arod arrived promptly when expected and was extremely professional and personable while he diagnosed and repaired our heating issue. Everything works great now and I would recommend Arod and Chad Love Services if you are having HVAC issues. I feel that the overall price for the service was very fair.

Christian Chase and Chad, we’re all great! We ended up needing to replace our system and make some ductwork repairs. They had outstanding pricing and got the work done within 48 hours. While our system was down during a cold snap, they supplied us with space heaters to make sure we stayed warm.10/10 recommend!

We called Chad Love for a routine service on our units but ended up being in a lot worse of a situation than we thought. Jeremy was our initial contact for the first day. He was very polite, professional, and updated me with every step of the way. Once we found out how bad it was, requiring total replacement of both of our units, Jeremy and Chase sat down with us and we made a game plan and talked through pricing and next steps. While it was a big shock to us and a stressful situation to go through right before the holidays, they both were very understanding and helped us figure out what was the best plan. Amazingly they were able to get a crew together for the very next day to start instillation. Jake and his crew came the next day and the instillation went smoothly. Again, everyone was very polite, professional and so nice. Later that day it started to rain and one of their vans got stuck in some mud just off of our driveway and left some ruts in the grass. I thought nothing of it, but within the hour of the crew leaving I had a voicemail and text message regarding the mess and that they would have someone come out the next day to assess the damage and fix it. The next day someone did come out a fix the ruts in the grass, and the rest of the installation went very smoothly. I cannot say enough about how amazing the customer service is with this company. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone I can.

Josh D was great. We called Chad Love out for what we thought would be a simple fix, but quickly became apparent that our builder took shortcuts which caused a domino effect of bad news. Josh D. And James walked us through the issues, what would fix it and the multiple options available to us.

This was our first time using Chad Love services. Our furnace quit working during an ice storm and freezing temperatures. Our technician, Compassion, arrived on time and greeted us with a big genuine smile. He was very thorough in diagnosing the problem and knowledgeable when explaining the repairs we needed. Compassion was able to order the parts, and temporarily make sure we had emergency warmth until the parts arrive for the repairs to be completed. Thank you for sending him our way, he was a joy to meet and we look forward to seeing him during future maintenance calls.

Compassion Wheeler with Chad Love Services was phenomenal! He can earlier than my scheduled appointment and it was great. Had pictures for me to look at regarding the problem. Provided different options for me to fix the problem.

I had a young man named Compassion that came to the house today to check my heat pump that was making a strange noise and the fan was not working.
He showed up with a prior notice that he was coming. He was extremely kind, and professional, however he also had a relaxed personality that made you feel like he was family or a long time friend. That means a lot to me as I like being comfortable with technicians in my home.
He was very knowledgeable, and explained everything to me very well. He let me watch, and showed me the camera as he checked almost every vent in the house, which I thought was cool. He was honest about what needed to be done, and what didn’t need to be done. In other words, he didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need. He gave me many options to choose from depending on my personal finances. I can’t say enough good things about Compassion and the experience I had with him and Chad Love services.
