H & C Heating and Cooling replaced my Heating and Air Conditioning systems, also replaced my Ductwork, very good job, very professional, at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

We just got a new A/C unit installed by H&C and we are very happy with their work and communication throughout the process. Highly recommend.

Knowledgeable. Answered all my questions before during and after installation. Good work. Responded quickly. Actually left the floor cleaner than when they started. Showed respect for homeowner and property. Only 4 stars because they were running late and I had an appointment to get to. I recommend to anyone looking for A/C replacement.

The company refused to honor its 1 year labor warranty after installation and did not respond. Save your money and hire a professional company.

My H&C Heating and Cooling experience was a disaster. They ignored my appointment time and resisted coming to my house until pressed rather firmly. They misdiagnosed my hot water heater as a defective flue, causing my home warranty company to deny my defective water heater claim. 2nd and 3rd professional opinions found the hot water to be defective and the flue completely intact and operational. When I tried to contact H&C to resolve their misdiagnosis, they would not answer my calls or return multiple messages. 👎👎👎👎👎 I finally bought a hot water heater and installed it myself (using the existing flue apparatus). The new unit has been functioning perfectly. Do not use this company!

Highly recommend! The team did stellar work, provided excellent service, and affordable pricing for an AC unit install!
They offered reputable brands of Trane, Bryant, Goodman and others and installed at an affordable rate below their competitors. Install was thorough and clean and the design of install was well planned. Really friendly and professional group that made the install a breeze and walked me through it. Don’t hesitate to go with these guys and you’ll be glad you did!

Company was a no show after asking for repair on new heat pump they installed 6 months ago. Said they would be there between 9-10. Called them at 11 and was told someone was on the way. Called again at 1:30 to be sent to voicemail and left message. No return call and no one showed. It is now 4:40, temperature is dropping and no heat. Definitely wouldn’t recommend unless you want to waste a whole day setting and waiting….

Update to respond to owner response....1/31/2026 after threatening lawsuit, company finally showed up and repaired unit (which is required by law when unit is let than a year old) wasn't charged for them to make it right. Unit is currently down again with another Freon leak caused by poor installation (as stated by responding HVAC company) Had the unit for less than 2 years and already have a 2,000 bill for repair. AVOID this company at all costs!

Unresponsive, Unprofessional, and Abandoned Warranty Work - Avoid This Contractor

I hired H&C Heating and Cooling [Hector Perez] to install a complete new Goodman HVAC system for my home. The purchase included a 10-year parts warranty and a 2-year labor warranty, which was a primary reason I chose them.

Our heating system failed completely within just 1.5 years, well within the warranty period. What followed was an unacceptable experience.

Despite numerous calls and text messages, the contractor [Hector Perez] has been almost entirely unresponsive. After the initial breakdown left my family--including young children--in a very cold house, after many calls and text he came to check the issue once but provided no fix and no follow-up plan. My wife said he said he found the issue and will come back in the morning to replace the bad part. Since that visit, he has completely ignored all subsequent communication.

This isn't just poor service; it's a breach of contract and a dereliction of his warranty obligation. He took our money for a premium system and installation, then abandoned us the moment his work proved faulty. We were left to suffer in a freezing home during cold weather, which is an absolute failure of a basic HVAC contractor's duty.

Do not be misled by advertised warranties. This contractor [Hector Perez] does not stand behind his work. The lack of communication, professionalism, and basic concern for a family with small children is appalling. I am now forced to hire another company at significant additional expense to diagnose and repair what should have been a covered warranty claim.

Save yourself the immense stress and financial risk--look elsewhere.

Christian was very professional and informative. He did a great job. I’ll stay with Chad Love services for as long as you keep staffing people like him.

We were helped by Jeremy today and he went above and beyond for us. What started as a stressful day and tough conversations with family, turned into an easy game plan to get everything fixed. He was very resourceful, reaching out to multiple higher ups and other departments in an attempt to get us the best deal, and ample information about what was going to be done exactly. Would highly recommend the company and specifically to ask for Jeremy.

Christian and Bradley are amazing. They explained so much in detail in a way that was easy to understand. They took time to show me places in my unit where issues are currently and potentially. Christian even drew a sketch to show CFM and how much pressure I was losing in my duct work also explaining how this played a role in unit efficiency and wear and tear. James was also great in helping with this process, and was courteous, kind and professional.

If you want friendly and professional service from people who genuinely care about you, your family and your home, choose Chad Love Services. You will not be disappointed.

Compassion is a wonderful technician, and very professional. He explained everything in detail and made sure all my questions was answered. It's always great to have someone as kind as that young man to greet you with a smile and take his time to make sure I understood everything before he left. You guys are lucky to have him on your team.

10.21.25 - Today I had the pleasure of having Christian and Nasir come for a follow up visit on me electrical work. They checked all outlets they could get to and showed me what was causing my problems. They were very helpful and very courteous! Again, top notch employees!

Jeremy was tremendously helpful in assessing our HVAC system and coming up with a solution. We felt very comfortable that we had all the information to make the best decision and never felt like we were getting a sales job. Jagger and his team mate did an amazing job coming out to our home yesterday and today. They were professional, friendly, personable, very detailed in explanation, patient, and knowledgeable. After realizing that our 13 year old units couldn’t handle anymore fixes, we had a call today to go over our unit options with one of the owners. He was just as great as his crew. We have every confidence that our new units will be a worthwhile investment by going through Chad Love. Nobody WANTS the expense of a new furnace or air unit, but working with a reputable and trustworthy company helps ease the expense. Choices were clear, financing was a breeze (we have excellent credit), and pricing was very competitive (we did our research). We haven't had our new system installed yet, so will update after that service on Monday!
