Thomas is awesome and provides excellent customer service!! He has been out to our home several times and is great at troubleshooting and problem solving, even on an older system that wasn’t installed by G & S. It’s never fun to have something go wrong with your a/c, but I know when Thomas arrives , the problem will be handled quickly and professionally.

The tech was friendly and knowledgeable to explain the work being done. I would like the tech to have a more formal checklist to demonstrate and document the work being done. The inside basement unit was not opened to inspect the blower and internal components. Given the premium price that G+S charges $120 per unit, I have had a higher expectations or a reduction in the price for an incomplete inspection. Overall, the service was OK and I did appreciate the tech’s engagement during the service. I just expected more for the price I was paying.

Austin showed up very quickly. He detected the problem with our air conditioning unit both only outside of the inside and defrosted and cleaned the coils. He also helped clean the drainage line to make sure that everything was working as efficiently as possible. He was very knowledgeable and was done within 30 minutes.

Our unit immediately started cooling again and has done well in the past several days. Thanks Austin

I’ve been very happy with G+S for a few years now. They’ve helped me service my heating and cooling, including replacing failing parts. They are prompt and answer all my questions.

As I’ve said in the past, I credit G&S for the fact that my unit is 22 years old. Another company told us 14 years ago we had a lot of problems so before I committed to using them, I checked with G&S and was told, nothing was wrong!! I guess the other company was very wrong. Every time I see a truck for a company that advertises on TV in someone’s driveway I say “a new victim” and know we made the right move switching to G&S! Everyone there is friendly. We especially like Cameron as our service technician!!!

Easily the best heating and air conditioning company in all North Carolina. My best friend recommended them to me and so glad I took advice. It’s hard to trust people nowadays, particularly techs. However, Jason is the best professional who will advice you extremely well on maintenance with a key focus on saving you money.

My wife shared that the repair was done quickly and with great care. Technicians were courteous and professional. Well satisfied with the repair. Just hope it solved the problem.

Patrick has been honest, communicative and Empathetic. Professionalism makes up all of the above. G&S has been amazing every single person from the first call up to the first day we met Patrick. The lady that answers the phone (I'm horrible with names) is so sweet, it's like talking to your auntie! She was upfront from the first call.

We'd gotten an outrageous quote from a big HVAC company, we're told "you have leaks every where" when I told her that she said "What! We'll send somebody out and get you right". Can't lie, I trusted her immediately and felt relief.

G & S heating and repair was a company my husband and I used several times to purchase systems and maintain ones. My husband even used them for business. I would not reccomend this company as they charged me over 400.$ for a 20.$ broken item on a 23 yr old unit. The fleecing was so disappointing, after all these years of being loyal. Be careful of this company, they confuse kindness with weakness.

Called Morris Jenkins & they told me compressor & coil no good. Their estimate price were very pricey. We feel they were trying to ripped us off. Had funny feeling abt this company so I was referred by friend who lives Kannapolis & have service with G&S for many years so I called G&S. Tom was our man who did work & explained everything that was only Coil that was bad so had it replaced. Tom was very professional & friendly. Thank you for being so honest & their price are reaso able....

Quick response on a Saturday is much appreciated. Problem was resolved quickly. Professional, prepared, and kind! We have always had great service from G&S and will never use anyone else.

He was excellent. He checked everything, changed the filters and was very nice. A great experience and made our former company, Morris Jenkins look like crooks as they always found various “problems”.

Chris the sales representative is very nice and professional and on time. The workers who installed my new HVAC system did so in a neat and timely manner. All system part warranties were completed by the company and given to me upon completion. Its easy to see why this company has been in business for 60+ yrs. Definitely would recommend.
