We had a waterline backup, and needed help immediately! Several places said 1-2 business days, and even the next week. Mind you, today is Monday! Anyway, a friend recommended Eanes. We called and they were busy but worked us in! 🙂 Mason and Amber came out, and did an exceptional job! They were friendly, and professional! No moping around...They got right on the job, and worked until it was a done deal! 5 stars for these two! I highly recommend!

If you call them you will not deal with anyone local only a call center. When I originally called they were on it quickly and sent a check out that afternoon. The work they did did repair the air conditioner but was extremely overpriced for the parts installed and the time spent. I had also told them this was on a roof and the technician that came out had no ladder and had to wait over an hour for someone else to bring him a ladder which apparently was added to time on the bill. I have tried multiple times to call and interact with them about this overpriced repair but can only get people in a call center that can't communicate with the local folks in any way other than an email. I have called multiple times eventually speaking to someone named Kyle who said he was local and would look into it and call me back which he had never has called back. This company seems to hide behind a curtain with exception of your original call for service Period. Even reading some of the complaints here they tell you to call back to handle your problem they would like to hear from you but just try it you can't get through to anyone substantial only call takers. I would not suggest using them they seem to hide behind the curtain.

Jesse is amazing! Always great to work with, very knowledgeable, very professional. He even asks about my family, very good tech. I recommend the company just on the strength of him! Five stars all around! This time Gerri was sent out, he is equally amazing. Great customer service by him, he even made sure everything was done correctly in the pouring rain! These guys are very professional and very nice people, in a time were customer service is lacking, these guys hit a home run!

I would 100% recommend Horizon. Jeremiah was amazing! He arrived quickly and worked promptly to repair my gas line. He went above and beyond and exceed my expectations. I will gladly be a repeat customer.

We had a small leak from our house to the meter. Chad and Jeremiah did a great job finding the leak in the yard and quickly fixed it. They also discovered our sewer line was missing its cap and fixed that too. They were friendly and professional. They explained everything they did and why. If I need a plumber again, I would gladly hire them.

Travis of Horizon Heating and Cooling was amazing today!! He diagnosed our problem after many people failed. Coming back to install the part we need. He was courteous, prompt and hard working. Detailed explanation as to what was wrong..would highly recommend to anyone!!

I live in Charlotte NC. Roger and Ryan arrived on time . Assessed the job told me what they needed to do. He went and got a quote. I approved it. They got the job done was very professional and friendly. I really appreciated the work they did and how well it was done.

Horizon Services came to our home for several plumbing issues. They sent Matt Maynor to our rescue, he was very nice and a great plumber. he did a very professional job and I would recommend him to any one who needs a plumber. we had a problem with our water heater and Chad Saunders was sent to our rescue and he did a great job and we would recommend him and Horizon for any plumbing work. Was very happy with Horizon Services. We have a mini split air-heating unit. It backed up and flooded the floor. Isiah was our technician. He was polite, timely and explained what he was doing. I would recommend and use them again. One thing I wish was better is their warranty. It is 30 days. Would be nice if it was at least 3 months. Appreciate your professionalism.

I have been using Horizon for several years and they have been wonderful. We had a back up and Jeremiah came out same day and fixed that and my leaky sink. It also wasn't the first time having him fix our plumbing. He does an exceptional job and is always friendly. You'd be lucky to have him fix any plumbing issues you might have.

Roger Waters and Ryan Becker are the epitome of professionalism but with a personal touch. Procedures they were using were explained to me explicitly. They did not leave this homeowner uninformed. They have a job that can be dangerous at certain times but they seem to do it effortlessly. Everything was explained in advance and they were a delight to work with. I trust them to do the job and extra sometimes so I’m not left guessing about anything . In a nutshell (They know their stuff)

Called Horizon at 11 AM. Roy and Jeremiah were at my house within two hours. They explained to me all my options for my major waterline leak. Install the shut off valve hall in the same day. Super fast service. Knowledgeable crew.

Roger and Ryan were OUTSTANDING! The level of professionalism and knowledge were unmatched to anything I could have imagined. Both quickly assessed the concern and became invested in solving the problem on my older home, which was built in 1954.

They even identified other items which could have created problems over time and corrected them. Also, Roger explained in detail, step by step, all the work which was being preformed. Knowledge is power and I feel empowered about knowing exactly what was creating the problem and what the resolution would be.

Ryan, was able to troubleshoot a major piece of the puzzle during some of the work! Both of these men are GEMS and I know Horizon Services greatly appreciates them, if not, they should!

If you need an electrician look no further, Horizon Services is the place to call! Here’s an added plus, Roger has 30+ years of experience as an electrician.

I had a few plumbing things that needed to be taken care of and Jessie Hall did an amazing job! He was super nice and took care of everything I needed! Will definitely be calling them again for any other issues we may run into in the future!

Jeremiah and Jesse were great! Ryan and Ronald were absolutely amazing to work with on ensuring all electrical issues were resolved. They arrived promptly and they both worked well as a team to resolve each problem. I will continue to use them for my electrical and plumbing needs

Roy and Jesse came out to resolve some additional plumbing issues in the kitchen. They arrived promptly and were very professional. I was blown away with how attentive they were to my overall plumbing needs. They made sure that I knew what was going on with the drain issues as well as the disposal. Their thoroughness made me know that I'd made a good decision to continue to use Horizon Services for my plumbing needs.

My water heater had a burned thermostat and a rusty pipe leaking. The technician gave us honest and impartial options, we made our choice, and the work they performed was impeccable. We used Horizon >1 yr ago for a furnace issue and it's been good since.

The plumbing problem was taken care of immediately, and they also set me up with other contractors for the mitigation work that I needed done as well. Top-notch service, very quick to respond, and Jeremiah was so friendly and knowledgeable.

We had such a great experience with both Jeremiah and Jessie who came out to assess a huge plumbing issue that another company actually made worse for us… they arrived promptly, consistently updated us on what and WHY they were doing things and stayed until the job was done.
