Ron and his team did an amazing job on our new air conditioning unit. Their pricing is more than fair! We will always use them for our cooling and heating needs.

A few months ago it was incredibly hot outside and my tenant called me about it being 85 degrees in the house. I called subzero mechanical and he came out and gave me an estimate. Little did he know that the entire system was a mess including the wiring and duct work. He went above and beyond to fix the electrical, fix the duct work which included nearly rebuilding it and stayed for the 12 hours it took to do the job. He gave me an awesome quote, a winter discount and gave me a free thermostat. I can't speak highly enough about his work, work ethic, and product. Highly recommend him.

I was so surprised. Contacted my Home warranty company and within 30 mins, I receive a call from SUBZERO. Within 20mins they were here. Found the issue, planned a course of action to correct it.
Resolved my issue and now we have cool air again. Definitely will use them in the future.

My wife and I will be calling Subzero Mechanical for all of our air needs from now on. We called them to get a diagnostic on our unit. Ron came with in 20min. He had a last minute cancellation and instead of just going home after an already busy day he came to look at our unit. He took it apart and talked us through everything he was doing and everything he thought could be wrong. It just needs some Major cleaning which he happily did. We didn't get charged some outrageous price for a simple clean. He didn't suggest or do anything that didn't need to be done. He even found a way to clean a fan without taking it completely out and charging even more. We will be returning customers to subzero mechanical!!! Everyone should use them.

I cant say enough about Subzero mechanical, My Air-conditioner stopped working at 3am and I was going crazy not being able to sleep and with a new born baby in the household. When I called Subzero they were very concerned about me and my new born and not having the AC working, they sent a technician out at 4am to repair my AC,the technicians name was Ron Eury and he was able to do the repair without interrupting my family or neighbors, needless to say he had my AC working in less than an hour and I was able to get to work the next morning. I would recommend Subzero to my family and friends anytime. There customer service is second to none and there techs are very knowledgeable and professional, that means so much to me being a single mom knowing that I can cant on Subzero at anytime of the day. We recently heard the awful noise. Yep, that old AC from the 90s failed to turn on. Heard about this new company, Sub Zero and got a quick and budget friendly estimate for a replacement. Ron was able to get our home comfortable again. Highly recommend his service!

Over the passed 2 years we have used Subzero on a few occassions when our 2 Hvac units have presented problems. Ron responded very quickly and reliably and most important, very honestly and limped the older systems along so that we would have heat in the cold and during summer heat, a/c. We then decided it was time, and Ron installed 2 new HVAC units for us. One Mini-Split unit and one conventional. The install went perfectly and expertly. Thanks to his years of experience, we were surprised how fast and clean his team works. We highly, highly recommend Ron for any HVAC needs.

Sub Zero in the heat of the summer came quick and fixed it right. Sub Zero is the best value for the dollar. Their Technician Ron showed up within a few hours and had the system back up an running in 10 minutes. He didn't try to sell me a bunch of services. Instead he gave me tips on how to keep it running through the Summer heat and suggested I consider replacing in the fall when prices should be better. He deserves a raise! I am absolutely amazed! I filed a home warranty claim and Ron Eury came to my house the SAME day. I work from home and the cozy 61 degrees were just not a fun environment. Not only did Ron fix my furnace in no time, he took the time to look at my fireplace and gave me a tutorial. What a customer service! We found our AC and heating guy. Ron, we love you!

Went through my home warranty to get maintenance done for my HVAC system and they assigned Subzero Mechanical to me. Well, let me say this, I’m am GLAD they did! They called me right away to setup a day for them to come and I appreciate the quick response since I previously had issues with companies not reaching out to me for days! The technician that came to service my system was Ronaldo, and let me just say that he is very thorough with his work. He took pictures of EVERYTHING that he did and informed me of all working parts of my system and how they should be running. I will definitely make sure every time I need something done that I get Subzero Mechanical to be the ones to come service my system because I am very satisfied with the job done.

Had my A/C go out on a Saturday, called a few companies, Ron was the only one that called back promptly. He was here in no time, was professional, polite, understanding. He diagnosed the problem and had the part on the truck! It was my pleasure to have him come fix my a/c. He will be the first and only company I’ll call next time.

I wish there were 10 stars!! My capacitor went out (for the second time). The first time (about 6 years ago) I called a famously advertised A/C company and had to wait 24 hours, was charged a trip fee, and then another $300.00 for a repair that took over an hour.
My A/C went out this past weekend. My Home Warranty Company couldn't find a repairman in a reasonable time. My son, who is also a tradesman (electrician) recommended Subzero Mechanical.
Man was that a great call! I called, left a voicemail, and Sam called me back in 5 minutes. He got right to me after his first call of the morning. He called BEFORE he came out. Got right to work. 15 minutes later, and for way less money- I was fixed right up. Prompt, courteous and very reasonable. And HONEST: He told me as long as this A/C works, I don't need to get a new one (as some famously advertised companies say to)

Our ductwork was disconnected from our hvac system and needed to be replaced asap! My husband called subzero mechanical, and they came right out the same day. Gave us an estimate. They gave the best estimate. Advised us he would be here the next day to replace it! Our house is back to a comfortable temperature and they did a great job. I would recommend this company friendly and professional.
