From the initial consultation with Travis to the installation of my HVAC system, the professionalism and service were exceptional. Throughout the entire process, I was kept informed and never felt uncertain about what was happening. I also want to commend the inspector who promptly identified a minor flaw during his inspection and ensured it was corrected. Simply phenomenal!

FALSE ADVERTISING. Their website specifically states they do dryer vent cleaning and when you call they sanctimoniously deny offering this service.

My serviceman (Jeremiah) was awesome. Very respectful. Explained everything to me and even checked out some other issues for me. Gave me quotes and told me think about it before I made any decisions. Everyone i talked to on the phone were very helpful. I highly recommend Horizons Services to anyone having plumbing problems.

My technician was on time, worked quickly, efficiently and consistently kept me informed as to where he was, what part of my house and the equipment he was working on and how things were working. He informed me of what needed done before he left, and arranged for my new filters to be purchased and installed. He was as always excellent! Thank you!

The company that installed my unit was bought out by Horizon. Paid over $2000 for a part that was still under warranty. Also, now instead of yearly servicing I have to pay for serviving twice a year. First tech told me I need to change my filter once a month for every person or animal in my home (so every 4 days?). I change it every 30 days. Another tech told me 30 days was too often and I can go 60. I went 60 then got charged an $89 service fee when it froze up because the filter was clogged. Every tech will give you a different answer. After my last service I got an email to leave feedback through Facebook, Google, or contact directly. If you select any of them it says "page not found". So here I am. The original company that installed my unit was awesome. These guys are crap. Also, after the last service the guy didn't even put all of the screws back in the cover. We did it ourselves.

Jessie and Roy did an amazing job the plumbing project for our house! Very satisfied with their work and explanation of what was installed. Very intelligent and hard working. Another Horizon satisfied customer! Much appreciated in completing the work right before Christmas.

Jeremiah the Plumber from Horizon Services that came to our home to set up a new dishwasher did a wonderful job. He was exceptionally knowledgeable in his field. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing project. Fantastic Christian man. High morals and conducted himself with dignity and grace. Thank you for a job well done Jeremiah!

Ryan and team did an amazing job getting a dedicated electric circuit ran for me. They were fast, friendly and clean. I’m glad they told me about surge protectors too.

Roy was great. Super nice and professional. He came out in just a few hours on the same day, which was an added bonus. Explained everything in detail, was upfront about pricing, and finished the job super quick. Definitely will use again.

UPDATE: I had to update this review after having my hvac system serviced by Jeff! Horizon goes above and beyond regardless of what trade they send out. Jeff spent a few hours to be thorough with my dinosaur system and although I will be buying a new indoor and outdoor system from them come spring time, he spent the time it takes to get a diagnosis so that I can have heat until then. So far I have had my HVAC system and plumbing fixed since I purchased my new home! Not only were they on time, they made me feel safer after each visit! I can’t wait to have their electrical team install a new whole home generator which includes free surge protection with purchase of the generator.

I just had Jeremiah and his apprentice Jessie out to my house for a clogged drain. Not only did they unclog my drain very promptly, they also noticed that my new fridge had yet to have the water line connected for the ice maker “I attempted to do it myself but had issues” so they provided options to have that done and I had them do that too. I have never had a plumber be so thorough in my home and can’t wait to have them run the hot water line to my hose bib so when I wash my car I wont have to worry about hard water spots!

I highly recommend Horizon for any and all repairs you need. They also let me know about their HVAC and Electrical Division which I plan to use in the near future!

TRULY A 5 STAR EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH!

I appreciate how quickly I was able to get a tech out for what I thought was just a maintenance issue. The guy who came out was nice and respectful. He let me know we had a leak and there was no freon in our system, which is I guess what I paid for in a diagnostic fee but I had actually called them out for maintenance in which none was completed.
I was given an option for a $900 leak test and told the fix could be about 5-6k which is half the cost of a new system or I could potentially need a new system. I was also told there were no permits and the system was not registered, for my current unit.
Since then I got another HVAC guy out who came to my house, found the leak which was just a valve that was still functional and got everything done for less than the price of the leak test. He also looked into the unit and said it is registered and I did my own search on the GIS website to see that a permit was in fact pulled so I'm not sure why I was lied to about that. Would not recommend using this company unless you want to be quoted outrageous prices.

Highly recommend Horizon and Roger! We had some electrical needs setting up a new gazebo and the quote was transparent and fair. You can tell Roger takes a lot pride in his trade and is very knowledgeable. The automatic updates and great service from the front office was a big plus as well. In the days where it’s hard to find good contractors, let alone electricians, super thankful that we can trust Roger and Horizon!

I had a great time today with Ryan and Ronald while they were here installing our new hot tub. They worked well together as a team and communicated effectively with me. We used them when we first moved in and will be using them for the foreseeable future. Great experience.

Jessie was great to work with. When I found water on my floor it turned out to be a leaking water heater. We called this company and they arrived within an hour. The technician Jessie went above and beyond helping us to resolve the issue. He was so kind and explained every step of the process. He spend the entire day resolving our issue. He wanted to ensure it was handled correctly. I can tell that this company cares about customer service. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

They’re professional, punctual, thorough, great at walking you through the details, take photos of the work as they go along (which anyone who troubleshoots for a living knows is a key, but often overlooked, part of the job), and they’re personable!!

I enjoyed talking with them and felt very comfortable with them working around and in the house.
I can’t recommend them enough!

Roger was knowledgeable, friendly, and all around amazing. His manager Ryan worked with us on payment. Even making a special trip to us. So courteous. They had our issues fixed quickly. A genuinely great experience. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future.

I decided to get a generator after we lost power for a week because of storms. Recently had a Generac house standby generator installed by Horizon. There’s not enough room to completely describe how pleased I am with the experience. From the initial estimate to the final turn key job. The technicians were professional, friendly and most of all very knowledgeable about the project. I had 2 other estimates for the job but it was clear that they were the best in all categories. They cared for my property as if it was their own. I give them and Horizon Services the absolute highest recommendation possible.

Subzero replaced our HVAC just weeks after moving in to our new home. We were nervous because we had received a huge quote from another company and were almost scared in to agreeing to work with them on the spot. I'm glad that we didn't, because the technicians with Subzero gave us options, without hysterics, and also gave us a quote that was substantially lower than their competitors. They were nice, professional, and honest - I definitely recommend them!
