What can i say! On time, very very nice and understanding and straight to the point. Jason is a very hard-working and honest man he deserves everything good in life God bless him.

Unfortunately Jason never returned to finish the job! Initially he came to fix an issue and noticed I had 2, her left and never returned ! After several calls and text to make contact, I got no response! The one time I did get him he said he’d be out there next day and never showed!

I can't speak highly enough about this company! They have helped me out on multiple occasions, but a couple weeks ago our HVAC went out during a cold spell. With kids in the house I was sure we would have to get a hotel room until we could get it fixed, but Jason and his crew jumped in and REPLACED our unit so quickly we were able to stay home. Not only that.....what he charged us was WAY lower than any of the other quotes we got. Great experience, great people, highly recommend this company!

Our AC went out over the summer, was able to get the parts warrantied, and Jason Johnson had everything up and running the following day! I've been a customer of Harold Johnson's since 2004. They originally installed our AC/furnace when our house was built. We've only used them since. Jason is wonderful to work with. He is patient, and explains any work that needs to be done thoroughly. I am a realtor in the Charlotte/Concord area. Mo at Comfort First serviced my unit during a recent tuneup. A part was required. The pricing was fair, the fix was quick, and Mo communicated with me throughout the process. I asked for photos to verify the part and work since I wasn’t at the property and Mo provided them, no questions asked. Pleased with the service I received!

The technicians and supervisor was very polite and went over everything with us and gave us various options on a new system; wasn’t very pushy left up to us to decide ; came in in two days and installed our brand new HVAC system made sure we understood everything and everything was working correctly.

I bought a unit from them. The unit stopped blowing cool air. I called them Saturday.i was promised an emergency call back. I called back Sunday emergency call would come soon no response. I had to hire Morris Jenkins to fix the issue. They are supposed to refund you if that happens. They will not call me back. Do not buy from them. Customer service sucks! Promised a manager callback never received one again

Comfort First took care of our AC issue! They sent Macy (HVAC tech) to attend to our 2 yearly old unit. Macy was very professional, courteous, and diligent. She tested and inspected all components, diagnosed and identified the issues, replaced all faulty parts and got us running in a few hours. She explained every step, described how the system was performing, how it is supposed to work and the steps she would take… and she did that at every phase of troubleshooting and corrective action. Macy was excellent and very knowledgeable; certainly represented her company extremely well. It was such a pleasant experience, that my wife and I decided to hire Comfort First to take care of our HVAC unit on a permanent basis. Thank you!!!!!

Our technician just left our home. I am so impressed with the level of expertise, as well as outstanding communication and explanation provided. Also, the service contract this company provides is well worth considering if that is of interest. Looking forward to a long relationship of outstanding customer service.

Adam came and did a walk through. The paperwork was completed. We were told that they could possibly come on Friday and would call to let us know due to the weather. We did not receive a call that they were coming, although they did show up on Friday to start the installation. It was not the ideal time because we had remote learning due to the weather. After all of the noise and the extremely cold to complete the job. The crew finished the job, cleaned up after themselves, and did a walk through with me. The only downside is they had to cut a small hole in the wall to update wiring. I was notified and asked about this before it was done. At this point, one day in, all is good and WARM. Many thanks to Adam and the crew.

They installed a new heat pump in our house. The insulation took a day which wasn't too bad considering we have an old house and an old system that had to be removed and replaced. The problem came afterwards when the new system kept cutting off. They came back several times trying to figure out why. The next day they finally got it working and told us what they would do if we continue to have the problem. I was glad that they were willing to help us work through this it was very frustrating to have a new system that wasn't working. When they say that you can call them 24/7 after you get a new system installed they are not kidding.

It was so easy to make appointment and the technician showed up on time. He was friendly and professional and very knowledgeable.
