Due to the weather my AUX heat was running nonstop and it concerned me so I called T. Byrd's Hearing and Air office and Paul came out same day and checked everything for me and made sure the heat pump was running properly before he left. Such great customer service!! Highly recommend this company.

Jacob was awesome in checking out system, however, the part price quoted was 250.00 and the part from the HVAC store is only 30.00. I'm not sure how a company can mark up a part that much. That should be against the law.

Excellent service. Had a power outage and the air conditioning went out.

Patrick called to let me know when he was coming to my house. I opened my door and was greeted with a big smile, an introduction of who he was and what he was going to do. When he completed his work, he explained what he did, and explained about the yearly plan for my service twice a year. Such a delight to have met this young man. Thanks to G +S.

Jacob came to do scheduled maintenance and investigated a cooling issue at the same time. He was personable and pleasant and it was obvious he wanted to ensur the heat pump unit was working well before he left. Very pleased.

Jacob did a great job with our semi-annual system check up. He verified that everything was working correctly and that our system had no issues, but did note that a resistor was starting going bad, and suggested replacing it. Jacob replaced the resistor quickly. Jacob also replaced the filters for our system.

We have been using G&S for approximately 24 years because they are reliable, do what they say they will and have very reasonable prices for the work and products. We simply do not call anyone else for our heating and AC needs.

I called the office at 10:30 and Austin, our technician was out by 11:30 to fix our faulty thermostat. Great customer service both in the office and by the technician. We will certainly use them again.

Called Friday night to request after hours service call. Tom (technician) responded on Saturday morning. Took care of getting both units back on line. Excellent service from this company.

charged me 319 dollars for 10 minutes time to replace a capacitor. the most expensive capacitor for york i saw was less than 50 dollars. i was charged over 200 dollars for the capacitor and another 100 to replace which took five minutes. please remove me from your customer list. and i will caution all my social media friends to beware.

There’s no one any better in the HVAC business than G & S. They just brought back to life a unit that had not been used in years. We were told by another company we had to get a new one. Very trustworthy with reasonable prices. Thanks Cameron!
