Jason was great. Very professional and easy to talk to. Explained everything in detail and was attentive to any concerns or questions that I had. As a first time home owner, I felt at ease with the work that needed to be done.

Jason has been my HVAC guy since 2005. He was the only one I would allow to service my HVAC when he worked for his former employer, and when he went solo there was no question that my business would follow him. To say he knows his stuff is an understatement. When my 15-year old unit was nearing its end, he helped me keep it limping along until I was ready to take the plunge, and then built out the perfect heating/air solution for my home that provides the high end performance and efficiency I need but at a price tag I could afford. Jason brings extraordinary knowledge and talent to the HVAC field. His no bullsh*t attitude and honesty are extremely refreshing as well. I recommend him highly.

I got home at 3:30pm and walk into my home and was hit with a heat wave! I called hoosier heating and air conditioning and Jason came out within an hour and got us back and running in no time! Jason was very professional and informative and I'm a customer for life!

Does anyone know if this business is still operating after the tragic accident? I can't reach anyone by phone ************Jason shows the utmost professionalism. He is courteous, respectful, and very knowledgeable in his field. He takes the extra time to explain what went wrong and what needs to be done to correct it. Also very affordable!

10 o'clock at night my furnace shut off as I am out of town and Hoosier Heating and Air Conditioning saved the night. They arrived quickly, found the issue and quickly got my house warm for my wife and kids. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and professional service. Definitely will use them again as well as telling all my friends and family!

Beyond heating and air, I’ve also thrown several other projects Jason’s way and he handled them beautifully. I always feel like he treats my house the way he would like his family’s treated. He is extremely fair, troubleshoots and comes up with solutions that work! I wholeheartedly recommend Hoosier.

Hoosier Heating and Air came out to help me check everything out prior to listing my home, and Jason was extremely helpful! Reviewed everything with me, and let me know what had to be done to prepare for my move, Was very kind, and not pushy at all. I've dealt with pushy, and people trying to take advantage of me, and I didn't feel that at all. Highly recommend!

I had an AC emergency and called Hoosier, actually I walked next door, explained what was going on and without missing a beat Jason was out the door and ready to help me. He trouble shot my system and explained everything. My unit was done and a replacement was ordered and ready for pickup the next day. I arrived home to find my old unit already taken off the house and ready for the new one. Install of the new unit went great and you can’t beat the prices. I’m very thankful for having a neighbor that knows this business so well and for being such a helpful person. Also the Forst responder/military discohbt is great! Will recommend to everyone!

I called the same day and the experience and knowledge that he had was amazing. The capacitor was not working properly which caused our condenser to not kick on and cool the house. Our house got to 82 degrees and he fixed it so fast. Thank you so much for being available the same day!!!!

Hoosier heat and air is the best experience I have ever had with a HVAC company. I have used them twice in the last year. Once was a up grade and once for a repair. Both time was great experience from the quick response time , service, price , quality of work and friendly service. would highly recommend this company for your heat and air need .

Jason was friendly, responsive, and knowledgable. He moved an air intake vent on a wall over a few feet for us, so we could install built-in cabinets. It was a little complicated with the placement of the vents, wiring, etc., but he was able to find and explain a solution for us. Everything looks great! Highly recommend!

Jason was prompt and took his time to answer my questions. Very professional service. We went over another quote he provided for me on some HVAC work I need performed and I plan to have him back out ASAP for that work.

After doing a lot of research online for reviews and checking for valid licences, I took a chance and called Hoosier Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. to fix a sudden scary noise in my a/c.. I hesitated to call because the last three times I called an a/c repair company they tried to pressure me into signing a service contract ( or pay exhorbitant prices for parts and labor), and that I needed " an entire new hvac system right now", and they tried to sell me freon even though I didn't have a leak.

I lucked out when I called Hoosier for so many reasons. First- there was absolutely no sales pitch, he came simplly to fix the a/c.problem. They came out at my convenience the day after I called ( they could have come out the same day).The team arrived promptly at the time he said he would be here, after calling ahead of time to confirm and then again when he was about 15 minutes away. Their vehicle looked professional, they were both professionally attired, well mannered and respectful. And he is honest, didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, but brought to my attention ( showed me) issues that I will have to deal with eventually, since my unit is over 15 years old.

Jason's many years of experience with hvac systems showed in his knowledge and thoroughness.

I had to laugh because part of the problem was an accumulation of pet hair on the coils behind the filter was causing retricted air flow. Though I regularly use a filter, he took the time to advise me about better filters on the market and explained how to tell by their construction if they are what I need. The pet hair issue was a lengthy cleanup job, and yet Jason and his assitant were professional aout it. Both of them are "pet people" so we all had a good chuckle about it. .

Another thing I like about this company is that both he and his assistant are Vets. And another very important factor-my little dog, Skippy gives them both a 10 star review!

No other company other than Hoosier Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. will ever come near my a/c again, and for any and all a/c related jobs I'll be calling Jason. I'm planning to replace my entire hvac system within the next few years and I know who I'll be contacting.

Jason did an awesome job with the installation of my new system. He took the time to go over the duct, the outdoor unit placement, and the drain lines for the system. Would definitely recommend him and his team for any HVAC needs.

Couldn’t be happier with this service. Our AC motor went out today during one of the hottest days yet this summer. I called everyone I could find on google to try and get someone out to fix it same day as we have 2 small children. With it being a Friday evening, NO ONE answered or called us back even though they claimed to be 24/7. Jason from Hoosier was the only tech to call us back and he was at our house in 45 minutes. He knew exactly what was wrong with the unit when he stepped out of the car and heard it. He assessed, gave us a fair price, fixed it within an hour and left. Super polite and not pushy. We really couldn’t be happier. Thank you Jason!

I knew my upstairs unit was about done (10 years old) and I wanted to get a couple of quotes. I had a maintenance contract with a highly televised outfit, but wanted to give a local company a try first. My neighbor suggested Hoosier and that was a very good call.
Jason came out assessed both units and recommended replacing the upstairs unit and making several other air flow improvements. I called the other guys that day and canceled the maintenance and signed up with Hoosier, right there saved me $300 a year.
New unit was installed and also added a couple of thermostats which can be controlled via my phone app.
Jason laid out all my options and was able to get me a fair price.

Our heater was only blowing between 63 - 75 degrees and was taking hours to heat up the house. We bought the house two months ago and was told the system worked well, and thought it was just old. We even had another company come out to inspect our system and they said everything was ok. Jason came out and found that the thermostat was wired incorrectly and that caused an issue with the heating element getting to the correct temperature. He took the time to explain the problem and when he left our heat was 103 degrees out the vent. This morning it only took an hour to get up to temperature. Jason did a great job, I've already recommended him and will be calling him the next time we need service.

Mr Hall was wonderful!! In the midst of the 2022 January blizzard, my heat went out. He was SO COMPASSIONATE and CONCERNED for my family during the call. My family had been without heat for hours. He immediately came right over and fixed the issue without a blink. He even cleaned up after himself. I will definitely be using him for future maintenance and repairs. I paid him a fraction of costs of what the other "Snake Oil HVAC Competitors" were quoting me over the phone. A very humble, honest, friendly, knowledgeable, and hard working gentleman. He didn't even want to take a tip. God blessed me this morning and I'm grateful. Blessings to you and yours Mr Hall.

HVAC change out completed July 2020. Honest and superbly professional quality work. Hoosier performed a thorough review of the existing installation and made appropriate recommendations. Permits were pulled, as required, for this installation. Price was competitive with other quality installers in the area.

Stellar attention to detail. The inspector was impressed with the quality. I have confidence this installation will be reliable for the long-term.
