Logan and Micheal came by for my seasonal maintenance plan. They were on time, very respectful, and communicated any problems or concerns immediately and also communicated what would be concerning to me in the weeks or months to come based on their analysis. It was seamless and they even went out of their way to repair some of the ductwork that was previously done and free of charge. They left my house the same way they found it. 10/10 would recommend

Tristan and Michael came to service our heating system to get us ready for the cooler months ahead. Very nice and polite young men. They did a thorough inspection and Tristan explained what they did and found. I would highly recommend these two as well as Trident for your HVAC needs.

Called Trident for a second opinion on an issue another company spotted during annual maintenance. Sean and his team came out the same day and gave me better news than I was expecting. These guys are honest and not trying to sell a new unit with each visit. I will be switching services companies.

Tech was able to make it out same day when our heat was not working. He was able to troubleshoot and fix the issues same day with clear explanation of what was failing. The price for service was very reasonable. Will definitely call again for service.

Not all HVAC Tech's are built the same. We went about two weeks without heat in the early weeks of November and a different company (Not Trident Mechanical) had sent out an individual that was clearly over his head. It had first started out that the breaker and transformer had gone on the unit, and then it was the control board and blower motor that were also dead. After all the parts had come in and were installed, the unit surged because the technician didn't wire the unit correctly causing arc's in the breaker, control panel and the AC disconnect. An electrician had to come out to replace the AC disconnect.

I was fortunate to have a friend refer Sean Smith owner of Trident Mechanical. He came out the next day after I called, and had me up and running in a little over an hour. He didn't require any additional parts, just time as he went through each fuse wired into the control board to make sure the unit would fire back up again. Sean had mentioned that the previous tech had made a mess of the unit, pulling up the fiberglass insulation from the handler when the blower was taken out. Sean and Trident Mechanical skillfully were able to restore heat and return us back to comfort. I appreciate the work you did for us and grateful that we were referred to a competent and experienced tech.

Can always count on Trident! Logan and Michael took care of my furnace maintenance and did a great job as always. They are overall just nice people to work with and trustworthy. Highly recommend!

Trident replaced our entire HVAC a few years back and we’ve been very happy with everything including the quick response time when we’ve had questions or the time one of the fan broke (covered under warranty) - they were out to our house within a couple hours to repair!
Tristan and Michael did our Maintenance this week and in the spring too. They were very courteous and explained everything they did for the maintenance. They played with our dog too!

This has been a week of great customer service. Tristan R came out for annual service and was a delight. Everything from clear communication about expected time of arrival to his attention to detail made the visit worthwhile. He clearly knows the value of providing great service. We woke up without any heat upstairs in our home. Called Trident Mechanical and they sent a technician out almost immediately. Logan arrived and was very respectful, kept me informed every step of the way, diagnosed the problem, and had our heat back up and running in about an hours time. I signed up for annual checks with Trident after a competitor ripped us off. Wonderful service so far. Today the techs that came out, Braden and Logan, were great. They cleaned a sensor that was throwing off my nest and were communicative and kind.
