Our upstairs AC unit went out sometime in the early morning hours of this horrible heat wave. I found Trident’s information through our neighborhood fb group. (Love that they are local and also sponsors of our local swim team!) We called and spoke to Logan who immediately started walking my husband through a couple things to try so the problem could be identified and possibly quickly fixed. He was at our home within 10 min of that call (on a Saturday morning, no less) and quickly assessed our issue. He fixed the AC, also performed some maintenance on the unit and got us set up with the incredibly reasonable maintenance plan. Beyond happy with the quick and kind service we received from Trident and Logan. Very happy to be supporting a local family owned business and will certainly be recommending them to our friends and neighbors.

These guys were awesome! They showed up super fast when my AC went out, fixed everything quickly, and the price was really reasonable. The techs were super friendly easy to talk to, and knowledgeable which made the whole experience way less stressful. Definitely recommend them if you need AC or mechanical repairs!

I went to Trident on a referral from a good friend and submitted a request online at about 930pm. By 1145am the next morning I had two technicians in our house diagnosing and fixing our HVAC issue. They were here for probably 20-30 minutes max and gave us insight on potential issues that may come up along with pricing. Big shoutout to Sean, Ryan, and the two technicians (I’m blanking on their names) from Trident. They were quick, gave us precise reasons why the HVAC wasn’t working and explained their bi-annual plan’s benefits to us without being pushy and extremely reasonably priced. Couldn’t recommend them enough to residential homeowners.

Sean and his team were outstanding. They worked on a very difficult A/C installation in a tight space over the course of two days and did a fantastic job. They were always courteous and very helpful explaining the work and answering questions. Sean even noticed an issue with the plumbing next to the A/C and brought that to my attention so I could get it repaired before any major water problems. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and integrity. This team and the work they do is exceptional!

Trident Mechanical (Sean, Ryan and Tristan) recently helped me with a replacement cooling coil in my aging gas pack. The existing coil developed a small leak and ultimately failed. Trident showed up within 12 hours of my initial call. They diagnosed the problem quickly and ordered the replacement coil the same day (on a Friday). The coil is an older generation coil that is somewhat difficult to find. They found one and had it delivered from out of State in four days and installed it on the fifth day (the following Wednesday). Excellent service and as always very economical. They are the best!!!!
