We have been using the services of Concord Heating & Air for 10-plus years. They have always been reliable and dependable, which is a must for me. We always know we can count on their team (special shout-out to Zack) to keep our units functioning as designed. Their rates are reasonable and they always do a good job. We have them come out twice a year for preventive maintenance and they are always considerate of our property. I highly recommend their services.

I called Concord Heating & Air after the previous company I had used closed abruptly. I had a unique issue with my first floor HVAC system and this company was able to assess & fix/replace everything within a week of contacting them. Very grateful to Diane who took my call and assured me they would do their best to help me (I had been without heat for >2 months and relying on a gas fireplace). Eric was the technician who repaired the system and was very professional and explained in detail what needed to be done in addition to giving me an accurate assessment of cost ahead of time. I would recommend this company to family & friends and plan to use this them in the future.

The capacitor in the A/C compressor outside went bad. Talked with Diane in the office who was able to send Riley over in a couple of hours. Riley was great, answered my questions, replaced the capacitor, and my A/C was working again. Many thanks!

We've used Concord Heating & Air for our home climate control needs since 2010. I've always been impressed by the friendliness, fairness, competence, and respect for my home demonstrated by the office staff and technicians alike.

Ever since they had installed my new system a few years back they have always done my semi-annual preventative maintenance. Diane had always done a great job in maintaining the schedule and calling as a reminder of when the tech will be on site the day day before. Highly recommend this company.

They were absolutely AMAZING! I can’t say enough good things about them. Tim DeLuca was an absolutely wonderful liaison and explained everything to me. I can’t even call him a “salesman” because he was honest, upfront, didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need, explained why I needed to do everything I needed, and stayed in constant communication with me about the equipment order, installation, and inspection. I collected multiple bids and theirs was the most reasonable with high quality equipment and available rebates and warranties. The installers and install manager were equally pleasant and helpful. They took care of everything and communicated with me to help me change my dogs from inside/outside as needed. They answered all my questions and even came back the next day to relight my pilot light on the water heater because it went out when they had to turn the gas off!!!! Absolutely amazing and would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!

Love this company! They treat you like family! Tech, Riley, was exceptional I think he checked everything 2 or 3 times to make sure I was taken care of. Friendly and professional. I HIGHLY recommend this company for all A/C and heating needs!

Extremely quick and professional—we had to replace our AC, which is never great news to hear. But these guys were so professional and fast they made it an almost painless process. We’re so glad to be basking in our nice and cool home right now—thanks!

They also fixed our heater which was still under warranty—yay! Riley was extremely professional

We had a fuse short out and take out the blower motor and possibly the thermostat. We got an excellent response from the tech and the parts came in quickly. Very happy with service and response time!

The service technician, Riley arrived within the appointment time and was very professional and courteous. He took the time to listen and address my concerns. This company has always responded and when needed. I would recommend them to everyone.

In a time of year where furnaces are giving many trouble, Eric was awesome. He came the next morning after our troubles began, on time, figured out the problem, quickly addressed it, gave me my options, no pressure sales, ordered the new part, came back the next day and now the old furnace is good as new! Office rep was delightful as well. We have been customers for many years and will continue to be so! Thank you!!

We were worked in and Eric was here very quickly. It a pleasant surprise that a last minute call would be so quick. Eric was the nicest fella, pleasant, to the point and did Not force a sales pitch to us like a previous company had done. He told us to call if the issue happened again.Eric explained what was wrong very clearly and what we might need if this happens again. Hopefully, it will not but if it does, we most definitely call Concord Heating! We are 74 & 90 yo so the repair bill was more than fare. So very pleased with this company!

Candy, Diane, and Eric were wonderful, answered all our questions and were quick and efficient with our HVAC that went out over Memorial day. The two gentlemen that installed the new HVAC system were quick and courteous. But Drew was outstanding, he went out of his way to guide us through the process, gave us options and was so helpful! Great company!!!

Our air conditioning went out after 21 years, and our heating system wasn't working at full capacity. After talking to several people, Concord Heating and Air was recommended. We called Diane,and shortly after, Tim returned our call and was able to come out on the same day. He explained the process to us and went over pricing. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and didn't try to take advantage of us. As soon as the units came in, Tim called and set up a day to install. The technicians, Shannon and Joe (or John?), were right on time. Both were extremely friendly and answered all of our questions. They finished earlier than anticipated and cleaned up everything. This was a very pleasant experience. I am so thankful to everyone involved in getting us nice and cool. I will definitely recommend Concord Heating and Air to my friends and family.

Eric was so helpful and very knowledgeable. On time. And called to let me know he was on his way. I have been a customer of Concord Heating & Air for 15-20 years. I trust them. They always amaze me with their customer service from the first phone call to set up the appointment to the actual appointment. I feel like they have my best interest and never overcharge you. I seriously trust them and their recommendation. So many companies these days are out to make a fast buck, but I have never felt that way about Concord Heating & Air. The quick turnaround was much appreciated!

Amazing service!! Excellent staff dealing with all our needs. Diane and Candy promptly assisted us. The techs doing our installation of our new unit were extremely efficient. Riely addressed a problem with our sensor and installed necessary breakers. Drew was exceptional. He explained entire process from picking unit through installation. He was involved from beginning to completion of the job. Thank you all!

7/10/2023 update - they continue to be a great company to work with. Dependable, knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. It's reassuring to know that if something goes wrong, Concord Heating is one call away. Do yourself a favor and call them!

I have been using Concord Heating and AC for a couple of years now and I'm am continuously impressed with them. They are incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and honest. They take great pride in their work. I really can't recommend them enough.
