I had a wait for a new customer appointment; however it was worth it. I was called within advance of my appointment. Riley and Conner arrived on time, listened to my initial concerns, provided service, and answered all of my follow up questions. Great job guys! I plan to use them for my HVAC services

Called at 3:20 pm with an AC repair need on a Friday! Riley showed up about 30 minutes later and promptly took care of the problem. He said he would have been driving past on the way back to the shop and was going to get us taken care of before the weekend. They close at 4:00 on Friday. These are great people and provide excellent service!

I've been using Concord Heating & Air for 35 plus years. They really are the greatest bunch of people to business with. They will give you an excellent price and are very professional. You will be very pleased.

Riley was great. Explained problem, solution, and when we could expect unit to be fixed. Very satisfied with his work. Would use company again.

I cannot speak highly enough of this company. They are HONEST and dependable and VERY easy to work with. From the office to the tech, this was an amazing service, especially considering how stressful and financially demanding an HVAC system can be when the heat suddenly goes out. The 1st company ( MJ ) quoted me $10,000 to fix/replace most of my system. The second opinion (CL) quoted me $1200 because my “board was fried”.

Concord heating and air came out first thing in the morning and moved a wire that was all that needed to be done. It’s been 3 weeks and no issue. Absolutely nothing needed to be “fixed” or replaced or taken apart. There was nothing wrong with my system. The problem is companies taking advantage so I am SO THANKFUL I called Concord Heating and Air to have a trustworthy company diagnose the system.

I could have wasted thousands of dollars,
but this company is completely respectable and I will only be using and recommending their services from now on

UPDATED --- We called in the morning and Eric was at our place before noon. Diane is a doll and such a sweetheart on the phone. Love how friendly and honest this company is.

Super easy to do business with. Our technician, Riley explained everything he was doing and why before doing the work. He was very professional and had great tips for keeping our system in good condition. Definitely will use them again.

Excellent service! I called and within 2 hours they were at my doorstep servicing my ac unit! I would recommend to anyone I know! Thank you for doing such a tremendous job!

I’ve been doing business with Concord Heating and Air for about 12 years now.

I called this morning due to lack of heat. Diane said she didn’t think they could get to it today, they’re covered up. Which I expected with the cold snap. Nevertheless, the technician was on site in about an hour and a half. Took all of 5 minutes to diagnose the issue, and another 15 to replace the part and have it repaired.

Even though the technician was very busy, he still worked me in. He also had a very pleasant and professional attitude.

This is the kind of service I get EVERY SINGLE TIME I have them come out.

If you’re looking at reviews, trying to decide which one to call, this would be the one.

They installed my system 10 years ago and not only beat the prices of all the others by a wide margin, but for a Trane while others were pushing a cheaper system. A/C stopped working last night and I suspected it to be a capacitor. Called first thing this morning and as busy as they are with temps pushing close to 100 again today, they were out within 3 1/2 hours and at a very reasonable cost.

We highly recommend Concord Heating & Air! Our service technician Eddie, did an outstanding maintenance job on our two HVAC units. Eddie was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. It was a bonus for us that he has 30 years experience. Also a shout-out to Diane and Candy in the office - they are super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. We couldn’t be happier!

I needed a new HVAC system and had the opportunity to reach out to multiple vendors in the Charlotte & Concord area. I received 3 very competitive quotes but chose Concord because I had confidence in the equipment and services they offered. Everyone i dealt with through the process was very professional and I am very comfortable I made the right decision.

Extremely friendly, from Donna who helped set up my appointment to Riley who fixed my AC. During this busy season took a few days, but that was understandable. Riley explained in detail what he repaired and what to expect. Concord Heating and Air will be my go to for now on.

Service work was completed and a few days later an issue came up related to the service and he came back with no hesitation and resolved it in no time.
