Scheduling staff, AC installment and electricians were all extremely knowledgeable and very attentive. They worked quickly to install my unit and were a pleasure to work with. Their pricing is very fair when compared to others in the area as well. Would highly recommend!

I highly recommend Dulan Mechanical Services. They installed a complete system at my house and at my son's house. Both homes are on "contract" for semi-annual service. I have been 100% satisfied with installation and service. Dulan was the right choice.

Dublin was responsive and quick to install a new Trane system after the old went out. Due to Covid and a newborn I had them install quickly, leaving exposed gas and refrigerant lines. After several months of trying to schedule them (with intents to pay for service), they continuously cancel, reschedule, and then repeat without doing any work.

Chance in particular has been to my home 4 times to "review" the work, even though he did the same thing weeks ago. Will have to reach out to another company to get this done so I can regain use of my closet.

I have used Dulin Mechanical personally for the past 15 years. I have recommended Dulin professionally as well. Reasons being, they provide Great Service, Honest guidance and Stand behind their work. In my opinion, you could not ask for a better HVAC provider

We have used Dulin Mechanical for several years. Last night our heat would not come on after the summer break, and even though they were very busy today with temperatures forecast for the near freezing mark, our long time technician came out and had the problem diagnosed and fixed very quickly. We are thankful for their ongoing service, expertise, and care.

I have recently purchased my Trane HVAC system from Dulin Mechanical Services. When I called them to get an estimate, the owner Joey Dulin came by and checked everything personally and gave me the quote on the same day. I had estimates from several dealers and Dulin by far was less expensive than the others. He was very honest and told me I could probably use my existing system for a bit longer but I had so much problem with the system that decided to replace the downstairs HVAC unit all together. They go the extra 100 miles to make sure you are satisfied with every aspect of the installation and their services. I am a very picky person and everything needs to be just perfect, no shortcuts are allowed in my book. The installation crew were extremely polite and professional. They did a fantastic job and I couldn't be happier. Joey is such an awesome person and was a pleasure dealing with him. The minute I saw him I knew I can trust him. I recommend these folks and am sure you will be just as happy as I am.

I am very pleased with the service I received today. They were able to squeeze me in during the heat wave and my problem got fixed in no time! Andrew was amazing! Very polite and walked me through the process of what he was doing! Amy (in the office) was awesome as well! I would definitely recommend you guys!

I had Dulin replace my aging furnace and air conditioner in part to solve a noise problem. I appreciated the installer’s attention to detail, especially with the return ductwork. As a result, the system functions as promised and solved the noise problem. The owner and office staff have been prompt and helpful with my questions. During the installation, the installers were communicative and helped calm a curious feline escape artist. I am pleased and hope to do business with Dulin again.

Their workmanship in the installation was thorough, complete and and within the time frame they estimated the job would take. This company does great work. They are honest as well as reasonably priced. They provide services not only for my residence, but my place of business where they service 10 units. I have used many other services in Charlotte over the years and these are the best.

Matt did a great job with our semi annual maintenance on our HVAC and AC. I was so glad to hear our systems were all still in good shape.

Installed 3 new AC units and furnaces August 2018. Very competitive quote, very professional and courteous. Installation was done promptly and went off without a hitch. Had a minor issue with one of furnaces today when I turned on the heat. The owner, Joey Dulin, was able to come by and fix it, along with replacing a smoke alarm battery. That was above and beyond what I expected, and that is the type of service you can expect from Dulin. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic service, heat died and they rushed to install a new gas furnace in 2 days. They were the best price out of 3 quotes. I cannot recommend them enough, Dulin is excellent!

Couldn't be happier with Dulin Mechanical. Chance and JJ were awesome to work with...it took a few trips, but they stayed with it till they got my 11 year old (never been serviced) geothermal system running smooth. My system was put in by a contractor 1 hour away and it was difficult to get them to come out. Glad to have a geothermal system service provider 5 minutes from me! Will recommend to friends.

Excellent experience with the entire team at Dulin!!! Searched for a second opinion because Morris Jenkins wanted to charge me $12,000 for 1 AC unit. They said it wasn't work fixing. Dulin came out quickly..checked to see if the unit was under warranty ( which it was and was never even suggested to us by Morris Jenkins).. ordered the part (Lisa spent 1.5 hours on the phone for us) and fixed the part in a timely manner( JJ was our installer) All professionals were amazing to work with. We are very pleased. We have dropped MJ and are also enrolling in the Dulin yearly maintenance plan. They have earned our business! Thank you Dulin.

After getting three other estimates for our new HVAC system we found they have the best prices and customer service in the area. The installers worked fast and kept things clean. We are happy we chose Dulin Mechanical and you should too.

Working with Dulin Mechanical Services Inc. has been a wonderful experience.
First with JJ he was here so quick and really tried to make my system work.
He was hoping to get my parts ordered and installed ASAP.
Due to the shortages in parts this did not happen.
Chance came by to take a look and give me quick turnaround email with all the prices for a new unit.
Of course the one I wanted was not in stock. So after waiting a few days they found the one for me.
They gave me a time and date to install my new HVAC unit.
They were here on time, very kind and Daniel and Seth told me I would have heat soon. They were correct, within 3 hours I was nice and warm. This company is so nice to work with. When I called the office during the week or on Saturday I always spoke to a live person. The office staff and the service personal are so kind and helpful. What a wonderful group of people to work with.

Dulin was our HVAC contractor for our new build in 2021. This summer, we were having some issues with maintaining proper humidity levels in our house. The team was very responsive and came out a few times to troubleshoot. Dulin went above and beyond to remediate our humidity issues. Thank you to everyone that came out to help but especially Colby and Chance who came out multiple times. I really appreciated their sense of urgency and willingness to make things right. Great team to work with.

A/C went out. Came on a Friday after 7pm. Quick repair. Got the bill, paid it but sent a second payment on accident. Without my knowledge they quickly refunded the payment to me. I would have never noticed. Very honest of Dulin and very appreciated. Joey is a good guy to do business with. No issues here!
