My experience began with a call to the weekend emergency number at All Temp. Even on a Sunday I was able to speak with a real person, which was wonderful. She told me that someone would reach out to me very quickly and just minutes later, Phillip Sechler called me back.

Working over the phone and sending him pictures by text, he was able to diagnose our multi tiered issue. By monday he was able to get us a quote and by Tuesday the job was scheduled for Thursday.

On Thursday, at the time promised, Phillip showed up with his crew and they replaced our HVAC air handler and condenser units along with our water heater.

The entire crew were thorough, professional and neat. They were even patient with my elderly and deaf dog while I went to work for several hours.

We have had some minor repair work done by All Temp before and when it came to this emergency replacement we hoped their work would be as professional as the repairman. It was true five star service from start to finish.

Phillip was excellent. He was courteous, thorough, and took the time to explain every repair and ensure everything was working properly. If I need a technician again, I would definitely request Phillip.

The guy was here on time, very polite, showed me pictures of of the equipment and took his time to make sure everything was working correctly, and even checked my gas logs.

All Temp always does a great job for us. Great customer service and talented technicians. I highly recommend them.

I've used All Temp Co (ATC) for several years now for semi-annual inspection of my HVAC system. The technicians are always very knowledgable, thorough, friendly and reliable. I like the fact that they take pictures to show me components of the HVAC system inspected during their visit and they thoroughly explain their findings.

We had a wonderful experience with ALL Temp. They had the A/C Heat Pump up and running quickly and Jose and his partner were terrific, very prompt and kept us informed as to what they were doing.

From top down, All-Temp is best in class. Their team is knowledgable, kind and thoughtful. Their craftmanship and problem solving skills are top notch! Will for sure use them for all our homes HVAC needs!

After the power went out in my neighborhood a fuse blew in my split air conditioner unit. They were able to send out a technician the same day, Mark was super professional and knowledgeable, a true expert in his field! Because the warranty on my split unit had only expired about a month before and it was a relatively small fix, they were very kind and waived the fee! Highly recommend!

Tech was very nice but "solution" he was told to do by the office manager was to take cap off on cleanout T at air handler located before the p-trap to stop the drum beat at the end of this condensate drain pipe on exterior side of the house and was NOT a proper solution. This opened a hole for attic air into the air handler and hence into the system making it less efficient for heating or cooling. All Temp had no solution they would guarantee. Paid for nothing.

Hey all!! I had my semiannual service today and Philip Sechler was awesome! Efficient, pleasant and professional! What’s nice is that All Temp installed our HVAC system when it was new and have provided service ever since!

Phillip was excellent. Very knowledgeable, showed and explained each system very professionally. Offered what I believe is good advice. Would definitely use him again.

All Temp saved us last week when our AC went down, hours before we were heading out on Vacation. Great repair. While we were at it, I didn't like the access to the filter, so they came back and replaced the filter holder with a 5" filter that needs to be replaced twice a year and is easily accessible. Great staff! Impressive!

Mike was on time, listened well to all of my ideas/concerns, and took the time to have a thorough conversation with me about what will be needed to accomplish my goals. I haven't seen the estimate yet and the actual work hasn't been done yet, but so far I'm very impressed.....

I worked with Adrian, and he did a fantastic job! He was very informative and walked me through the reasons why things weren’t working, and then proceeded to fix the issue quickly. It was very much appreciated!

Phillip was great to work with. He was professional,knowledgeable and kept me informed on the steps to assess the problems and the correctives to fix and an estimate of cost. This is the first time I have had this type of work done so I didn’t know the cost, but to me a little pricey. But after taking to Phillip, I knew the job would get done to my satisfaction.

Phillip came Thursday to finish up on the job.He was on time as always and completed what had to be done. Said that he would follow up.

Sal was great and informative. We’re hoping to be fulfilled with the right business for our heating/air needs. Looking forward to seeing what our warranty and pricing for work needed.

Thank you guys sooo much! I was about to go into panic mode. Couldn't get the original installer to come out for the repair on ac. Called someone else to come out, and they informed me, they didn't work on units until they are 5 years old! WTH! I called you guys and you sent the nicest, and most intelligent technician, I could've hoped for. He is definitely a credit to your company. I will definitely call with any other issues.

Very knowledgeable. Fixed my hybrid unit and found the malfunctioning sensor. Everything works as it should. Extremely friendly and explains his process of diagnosing the problem. Will call your service if I ever have another problem.
