The team was prompt and professional and actually finished the task ahead of schedule. I found their pricing to be very reasonable and I will definitely be calling them for my future needs.

It was a very positive first experience working with Mike and Jess at CMA Mechanical for the service on our AC system that was not cooling properly. They were in constant contact from start to finish and we appreciate the after service follow up call as well. Repairs and options were explained thoroughly and no pressure for additional services. Review: 2023
Some of you may have seen the review I posted in May 2022 (see below) and, hopefully, it proved useful and reliable to those of you who were looking for recommendations.

Just under a year later, at the point of entering retirement, my wife and I decided that it would be prudent to replace our 25+ year old AC system as opposed to trying to limp along from year to year never knowing whether the aging system would fail again.

Based on my experience from last year and my faith and trust in CMA, it was a no brainer as to who I was going to engage to supply and install the new system(s). I reached out and requested a quote for the new system together with a maintenance visit to assess our second (15+ year old) system.

Mike (btw .. he is 'still' an amazingly polite and nice young man) came out personally to outline the installation process and to provide options while two of his technicians carried out the service on our second system which was not running efficiently (either).

The long and short of it is that we decided to replace both systems at the same time - of course, this was not a bill I was planning for so I reached out to CMA to see if they could accommodate my budget constraints .. and, graciously, they did.

Within a few days we had the work scheduled and Mike and team of technicians completed the entire installation in a single day - it seems almost superfluous to say this but their 'professionalism and respectful demeanor' was unparalleled.

I am obviously no expert but, in my opinion, the work was performed to a high standard and they went the extra mile to the point of even rectifying safety aspects that were not within their remit (nor quote).

As I said to Mike .. what I look for in a company that I am engaging is being able to trust the people behind it .. as I posted last year .. "needless to say (if it is not already clear) - I would highly recommend and trust this company".

The 'HVAC' world is full of charlatans and one would be careful not to venture into it based solely on the hundreds of websites that pop up every time you perform a search.
In my experience, 'word of mouth recommendations' are always the way to go - so, when my cooling let me down this (2022) summer, I asked around and my son-in-law mentioned that he had engaged CMA to service his system (that, incidentally, they had also originally installed years previously) and that he was very happy with the service provided.
Based on his recommendation, I too reached out to CMA - they were unable to come out on the Friday that I called but assured me that if I called the next day they would come out.
True to their word they were at my door around noon and completed the task efficiently, effectively and at a reasonable cost .. so we are 'cool' again and set for the summer.
But that is not the end of this story - I thoroughly enjoyed the company of the extremely polite/respectful young man who performed the service and he not only resolved the issue but also provided advice regarding the future management of my system(s) 'without' applying any pressure to head one way or the other.
To cap it all he promised to call me the next day (after Church) to make sure everything was OK .. and he did just that.
Needless to say (if it is not already clear) - I would highly recommend and trust this company.

One of the best service companies I have ever dealt with!! Mike Andrews and his crew are truly five star worthy!!! I was first told that it would take 2 days to do the job and when they install crew got here they said that they could do it in about 10 hours and they would work through the day if it was ok with us. We said that is fine and they got it done in 7!!! Very quick and professional! Would highly recommend CMA Mechanical for any of your HVAC needs!!

Had them do a system check, and found a component was due for replacement. Great pricing so I had the part replaced. Victor was great! We will continue to use them in the future.

Most companies boast in how they put their customers first, but it's obvious how this is usually not the case. But with CMA the customer is routinely honored. And it's genuine! CMA is the best in the business.

Great service since I heard who was running CMA my parents and myself haven't used anyone else. The owner himself showed up at my parents house to work and get his hands dirty. Do the service plan where they check your system every so often. It will pay for itself.

CMA Mechanical installed a new Heating and Air unit yesterday. I've been using CMA for over 14 years they are a wonderful company to deal with. The #1 thing is they are honest and trustworthy. I have never had a issue that they did not take care of with my prior unit always are great with the summer & winter check ups which is the best for maintaining your unit and CMA has a program to make it easier to keep up with. Always very professional and kind they explain anything you have questions about. I would recommend and have to my friends, family and neighbors. They are the only company I will ever use. Mike Andrews has a wonderful group of employees with the best customers service around which is so hard to find.

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Please be aware that there is a difference in price if you receive services on the weekend vs a weekday. Their representative Jessica is extremely rude she over talks the customer. She continued to express that the price difference is only "$20" after reviewing a recorded call and agreeing and still would not refund my money even though I was not given the option on a date to have services completed. Furthermore after stating she would not refund my money she stated I do not have to book services with them again extremely rude. Please be ware of this company. I do not recommend and will be reporting them to the BBB.

Update 1/8/2026 this company posted a response to my review trying to justify there action. This furthermore proved my point of being unprofessional. This situation occurred over a month ago and should have been dealt with when my frustrations were expressed this first time. Again, my issue with this company is that I was given a weekend service rate because I was told that was the next available appointment. I was never informed that there was a difference in rates or there was later appointments so I agreed to the first one presented to me. Please be aware of this scamming company not providing all details before booking.

Mike came to see us today to service our HVAC system and provide a second opinion on another company’s suggestions. He was honest and told us we were being sold something we didn’t really need. We’re grateful to be able to trust someone and will never go to another company again. Thanks CMA Mechanical!

Cannot say enough good things about Mike and his team at CMA mechanical. From initial call to all points in between service and professionalism are superior. Quick service and diagnostics. Unfortunately had to replace the AC unit but pricing was good and time to install was reasonable. Cannot say enough good things about them all the way around.

I’ve used several companies for my residential and commercial needs in the past and CMA is phenomenal. They communicate well, are honest, and my photo shows the length they were willing to go to find the problem at my business. Two other companies had point blank told me, it’s too old, you just need to replace it, to the tune of $35K. Mike found the coolant leak, repaired it in about an hour, and saved me a ton.

CMA has taken excellent care of our HVAC needs for years. Mike and Victor have both serviced our equipment, and they are consistently professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. We trust their work and will absolutely continue using CMA.

Mike and his crew (Jeremiah and Cameron) put in an entire HVAC system for us, ductwork and all! This was a BIG, BIG job, as my house is over 100 years old! These guys did an amazing job! They had to cut holes in plaster ceilings and wood floors and when I say they kept the job site clean, that is what I mean! They would leave at the end of the day and I couldn’t even tell they had been here working! I was so impressed!

Very respectful of me and my husband and our “stuff”. They consulted with us on where and how we wanted things. Worked with us on everything! They Showed up and worked FULL days with only lunch and normal breaks but otherwise worked consistently throughout the day. (I’ve had bad experiences with contractors working on my house and taking LOTS of unnecessary and looong breaks, so this was huge for me! )

I have central heat!! 😁 soo happy!! (It’s winter so I haven’t tried the AC out yet)

We just had our entire system replaced. Jessica did amazing with providing the quotes and equipment options. The technicians that did the work were polite, professional, and didn’t leave any mess behind. Mike was also here going through the entire system, triple checking that everything worked properly. He also reached out the following day to make sure everything was working and to see if we had questions.
