If you've found the Kitchen Specialist stop looking, you are at the right place! My kitchen is fantastic, exactly what I wanted and more. Everyone was wonderful to work with from start to finish. The ideas we came up with and the process of choosing tile, door knobs/handles, colors, fixtures, etc. was extraordinarily helpful. I could not be happier with the kitchen remodel and process.

When I began the process of renovating my outdated and too small kitchen, I turned to The Kitchen Specialist for help. Working with Jennifer made this daunting process so much easier and joyful. Every problem I had with the old kitchen, not enough room, storage, openness and lighting was solved with her design and creativity. Thank you Jennifer and The Kitchen Specialist! I know who I will call when I begin contemplating the renovation of the master bathroom.

I had a fabulous experience upgrading my 90s kitchen with Jennifer. I had my own ideas but she came up with a plan for the space that exceeded what I hoped for. She nailed it in terms of what was important to me ( more counterspace next to a stop) and facilitated knocking down a small wall and relocating a door to open up my space. she was always available and patient through every step and came up with options that definitely fit me and my family. She or her staff were physically o hand when needed to supervise various steps of the process form ordering appliances, to delivering and installing cabinets, to picking out hardwood stain, to lighting and tile. Would recommend any time for any renovation!

We conducted a major remodeling of our kitchen while living abroad and all the choices had to be made remotely. As soon as we spoke to Jennifer and Mary Ann over zoom, we had just that right gut feeling: we would understand each other. From day 1 they guided us expertly through the various options, nudged us in the practical and esthetically pleasing directions that suited our tastes, were gracious and patient when we changed our mind, and prompt in follow-up. Jennifer walked us for hours, mobile in hand, through a wholesale stone warehouse to help choose our countertop! The Kitchen Specialist was also meticulous in post-installation service. No stone left unturned (literally!) to deliver our kitchen exactly the way we dreamed it.

We did a total renovation of our kitchen. Mac at the Kitchen Specialist worked with us on the design including preparation of detailed plans, review of plans on-site, modifications to the plan, selection of cabinets, countertops, etc., delivery, installation, and fine-tuning. Throughout the project she listened carefully to our comments and suggestions, arranged meetings with suppliers, responded to our comments, kept us up-to-date on the schedule, costs, etc., and play an active role during the installation. The installer was meticulous. She, and others at The Kitchen Specialist, were excellent in every regard. After hearing many horror stories of kitchen renovations going over budget and behind schedule, our project was on time to the day and on-budget to the penny. I am a discriminating customer but I cannot speak highly enough about the job The Kitchen Specialist did in every regard. Jennifer. Bedick worked with us on a few details at the end of the job and also was a pleasure to work with. Five stars in every regard.

Working with the Kitchen Specialist has been great. We decided to completely redesign our kitchen. We were told by others that had remodeled their kitchens, that using a designer was such a big help, so when we decided on a contractor, they recommended the Kitchen Specialist, which they had worked with many times. When I first went into their showroom, I met with the owner Jennifer Bedick, and knew right away that I wanted to use her. Jennifer took her time and explained the whole process of how, even though I would go through her for the cabinets and countertops, she would also work with me on picking out appliances, flooring, lighting, backsplashes, hardware, plumbing and sinks, and anything else that would be part of the redesign, as she wanted to make sure everything would complement each other. Jennifer and her assistant, Caroline Cooper, were fantastic! They set up all the appointments to meet with specialists, and at least one of them, and most times both of them, also showed up for the appointment, and brought all the samples I had already chosen. This was so helpful seeing the samples of the cabinets, countertops, hardware etc. all at the same time. Jennifer and Caroline listened to what I liked, made suggestions, showed me numerous samples that would work best, but let me make the final decision. They even showed up at my house when some of the different trades got ready to work. I could not have done this on my own, and everyone that has seen my new kitchen has been so impressed with how it looks. I cannot extend enough praise and thanks to Jennifer and Caroline and the staff at The Kitchen Specialist. In short, I would strongly recommend them! Jim & Susan

Highly recommend! Jennifer and Mary Ann are top notch professionals, extremely responsive and have great attention to detail. We used The Kitchen Specialist to design and install the kitchen in our new home. They helped us choose the design, modify it, and get it within our budget. When it was installed, we noticed that the installer drilled holes in the wrong place - Mary Ann got this fixed for us at no cost. We were really impressed. I especially liked that they are extremely responsive to emails. Many times I would get a response within 10 minutes. If you've worked with contractors before then you know how rare this is. Our kitchen came out beautiful!

At least twice a week, I tell my husband how much I love my newly remodeled kitchen! Jennifer from The Kitchen Specialist was wonderful to work with. She really designed our kitchen; she explored how we used the kitchen, what we disliked about the layout we were living with, and what features were most important to us. She also listened when we asked her to rein us in when we were going down a rabbit hole. We ended up with a kitchen that suits us and our 1931 home. Did I say that we remodeled in 2021 when cabinets, appliances, and everything else, were taking forever to arrive? Jennifer juggled these timelines. If you are thinking about remodeling, you should talk to Jennifer.

Jennifer and her staff are marvelous. She coordinated our recent kitchen and bathroom renovation; we're delighted with the outcome. She oversaw the design, assisted us with selection of the materials (cabinets, countertops, tile, sinks, towel bars, grab bars, faucets, etc) and remained tightly engaged throughout the entire process to its completion. Jennifer and her staff have our highest recommendation without qualification.

We worked with Jennifer of The Kitchen Specialist on a project that included a total kitchen redesign/remodel and 3 bathroom remodeling. Jennifer was wonderful to work with, developing the design for the project and overseeing the work from start to finish. She assisted with the selection of all items, from cabinets to flooring, appliances, lighting, plumbing fixtures, the works. While I had done some remodeling projects in the past at other homes, this is the first time I worked with a kitchen designer. This made a huge difference in the confidence we had that the project would meet our hopes and the ease with which the project was completed. I would highly recommend The Kitchen Specialist for any new/remodel project. We worked with Jennifer on a kitchen/mud room/laundry room remodel and two bathroom remodels over the past 3 years and her attention to detail, knowledge of her craft, design skills, sense of color and excellent customer service are next to none. Caroline and the rest of the team were also wonderful to work with. Even when we had a big whoops when we didn’t like the floor tile we had selected once it arrived, things were handled with calmness, a positive attitude and happy assistance with selecting a new tile.

We hired the Kitchen Specialist to renovate our 30+ year-old-kitchen that had a few space limitations. We could not have been more pleased with Jennifer and her team. Not only did she find solutions to the space issues, but went beyond the call of duty when our contractor had a medical emergency. She took over the project management and the kitchen was completed within the estimated time and price. A huge feat in this age of reduced materials availability and shipping delays. Jennifer is a gifted manager, but also knowledgeable in multiple areas of construction besides kitchen design/redesign. Plus, her positive attitude, focus on client satisfaction and lovely personality set the right collaboration tone.

We had a great experience with Jennifer Bedick/The Kitchen Specialist. She worked really hard to design exactly the kitchen that my husband and I wanted. She made suggestions to help us stay within our budget. I don't have a great visual sense, and I get very overwhelmed with lots of choices. I trusted her to tell me what would and wouldn't look good and which colors would match and what would work best aesthetically to tie together the whole room--paint color, counter top, backsplash, cabinets, appliances. I love my new kitchen so much. The new lighting and design features make it look and feel much more open and bigger than it did, even though we didn't change the actual footprint of the room.

Mary Ann, at The Kitchen Specialist, helped us with remodeling two bathrooms. She designed our new cabinets based on our requests. We picked out the cabinets, counters and handles. Our job was done! She coordinated with our contractor and plumber, providing the design documents to both. And she supervised the installation and worked directly with all parties involved. We could not be happier; it was so easy!

We had a wonderful experience renovating our kitchen with Caroline, Jennifer, and everyone at The Kitchen Specialist! We needed help starting our renovation as we were overwhelmed by all of the options and found it difficult to get individual contractors to follow up. The Kitchen Specialist was worth it to us for project coordination alone!

It turned into a bigger job as we also needed to replace all of our hardwood floors, but they had the connections needed to coordinate the whole project.
