I would use Many Hats again without hesitation! They were very easy to work with, responsive, kind, and polite when in our house. Diego was detailed and kept the project moving smoothly and helped us plan through unexpected issues even at the end of his day. He designed a great door and cut out we wanted and both looked great. Kelvin and Sebastian were very hard working and kind to our family when they were there. They built the amazing door and were so eager to make it just how we wanted it. Rita was very responsive to emails and kind. We really enjoyed working with them and hope to do so again in the future

So glad we went with Many Hats! Compared to other companies, when discussing our issue, they made more observations, and explained them more thoroughly, and never tried to sell us anything we didn’t need. They were honest, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

I called Many Hats one morning with a potential mold emergency. The response was quick and much appreciated. The experience spurred me to embark on a master bath renovation I've been wanting to do for years. Many Hats jumped.on the project, began demo in just a few days, and reconstruction began. I was very impressed with the organization of the team. Various team members were sent for different reasons and moved the project along. Due to vendor mistakes, the work stalled for a couple of weeks which was frustrating. The office did a fine job of keeping me updated. I never lost faith that it would be completed and in a quality manner. Fast forward and my master bath is complete. The result is far beyond my expectations. I could easily see it in a magazine! I plan to wait on my next big project but I won't hesitate to call Many Hats when I'm ready.

My bathroom was flooded causing widespread damage Throughout the bathroom space and the dining room on the floor beneath. They were able to quickly complete all repairs to our full satisfaction. Our bathroom is gorgeous. Photographs, forthcoming.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Many Hats for a kitchen remodel, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results.
For our kitchen, they helped us create a space that is both functional and beautiful. Communication throughout the process was excellent. The team kept us informed every step of the way, from the initial consultation to the final walk-through. They were always available to answer any questions or concerns we had, and they completed the project on time and within budget.
I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, talented, and professional remodeling team.

I worked with the Many Hats team for two projects - replacing the back door with a sliding door, and finishing a bathroom downstairs. Working with Rita to get all the work scheduled was a breeze - she's very responsive and it was easy to get a hold of her for any questions I had. Kelvin was very thorough and professional with all of the carpentry work, and Darwin did an excellent job with the drywall.

I'm overall very satisfied with the work they did, and I'll definitely come back to them in the future for any other larger-scale projects I need done around the home.

Great experience working with Rita, Darwin and the Many Hats team! I'll use them again.

I had a bathroom remodel done by the Many Hats team and I am very satisfied with the work they did along with the final product. My new bathroom looks amazing! They worked with me closely to deliver a bathroom tailored to my needs/budget and delivered on expectations. I would certainly contract with them again for future projects.

We've used Many Hats Remodeling a few times over the years for smaller remodeling and electrical jobs, and they've always done solid work with a super friendly team. This time, they took on a much bigger project—remodeling our master bathroom—and the results are fantastic.

They completely demoed the old bathroom, removed the tub, moved a window, and relocated the shower to build a new steam shower. The framing, plumbing, and overall craftsmanship were top-notch. The tile work, especially in the shower, looks amazing, and the shower glass (done by Rice's Glass Company) is perfect.

The whole team was a pleasure to work with, and even though the project took longer than expected (about 4 months), the final result was absolutely worth it. We love our new bathroom—thanks again for the excellent work! Highly recommend Many Hats.

Based on the existing reviews, I’m surprised to say that my experience with Many Hats was less than satisfactory. Our deck was very worn and needed a lot of work done for safety and aesthetics. The biggest issue was that the ground posts all had significant rot at the ground level, but the deck surface, rails, and steps were very weathered as well. We worked with Many Hats to replace all six posts, the deck surface, rails, and steps. We were able to use the existing frame, which was fortunate from a cost-perspective. They tore down the old deck and had the new one build pretty quick. I think it only took 2-3 days. Once it was done, I did a quick inspection from inside and paid them (admittedly, maybe this was foolish). However, I wasn’t able to go out on the deck until a few weeks later (due to family, work, and other things that were keeping me busy at the time), but when I did, I noticed that the steps were a little unlevel, so I asked them to come out and make the slight adjustment so that they’d be level (the front of each step was about 1.5 inches lower than the back). Seemed like it would be a quick fix, but I was wrong. When I got home from work to look at the step adjustments, they had been totally modified so that the bottom step was now about 13” tall when the rest were around 6.5”. This is way too tall to be safe and is not in code. I shared this concern with the owner, and he tried to explain that they step heights couldn’t be made uniform (the original steps were, as well as the initial slightly unlevel rebuild) and that the best solution was to build up a dirt or pebble landing around the steps that would bury the bottom half of the bottom step enough to make the above-ground height even with the other steps. We left with a plan to follow up, but I ultimately decided not to follow up because I wasn’t interested in paying extra to fix their mistakes.

The only other issue I had at first was that they notched all the rail posts after I expressed a desire up front for notched posts NOT to be used. I wasn’t overly concerned about this, but was annoyed. One day a little later my son rested his foot on the bottom rail and it gave some (he’s 5). I didn’t like this, so I decided to research code and safety standards (they assured me all such standards would be met) and discovered other things besides the steps were out of code. I expressed this in a follow-up email, stating my frustration and how I’d most likely have things fixed with someone else instead of them. They never responded at all. I’ll summarize those issues below (including photos). Ultimately, the speed of work was good, but I’ve found that corners were cut and can’t say I can recommend them in good conscience. I hate to say this because I like to support local companies, but my experience leads me to no other conclusion.

    Pros

They were very friendly and responsive to email in the planning and original construction phase.

They work was done very quickly.

The price was better than all other.

Aesthetically, the work is mostly acceptable.

    Cons

The step issue was never resolved. I will have to reach out to another company or try to do some of the work myself.

Responsiveness slowed considerably after I paid (maybe I shouldn’t have paid right away).

Code/safety issues: 1) Notched rail posts were used (specifically requested otherwise). 2) There are sections of rail that have 10+’ of gaps between rail posts (one 12’ section has none at all in the middle). Code says maximum gap is 6’. 3) All rail posts were secured to the frame using deck screws instead of bolts. 4) Steps are out of code and ugly.

Once again, I hate to leave a bad review with a local company with a great reputation, but I’m more concerned with safety/code standards than helping maintain a reputation. Admittedly, I wasn’t aware of all of the issues in the most timely manner, but I shouldn’t have to worry about knowing code/safety standards and making sure such a company follows. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend them for this type of work.

Diego and his crew did an excellent job transforming a loft into an enclosed space! This was a challenging job as it required scaffolding to reach 18 ft ceilings. Everyone who sees the space comments on how the wall is seamless and looks like it has always been there! Oswald who completed the drywall is truly a master at his craft! I highly recommend Many Hats!

Thank you to our wonderful remodel team. Unexpected home projects are not ideal but our team made it as stressless as possible. We have done planned renovations before that did not go nearly as well or as efficiently as the process of working with Many Hats Remodeling. Rita was very communicative with the scheduling and payments and kept us on track with having all the material orders placed as needed for the timeline. She even offered helpful suggestions as we struggled to make certain choices. Kelvin and Sebastian were always on time and made sure we were on the same page with each step of the installation. They really helped to make us feel comfortable with every choice and happy throughout the process. Marcelo and his team were patient as we figured out the scope of the paint work we wanted, happily came back for a few touch ups we wanted and left everything looking perfect. They fixed things we didn’t think could be fixed! Nacho and his electrical team worked with us to rework a number of items and get the right configuration for our update! Every single person on the team was a pleasure to work with and I would 100% work with Many Hats Remodeling again!

Many Hats did a great job remodeling our bathroom. It looks fantastic and they communicated well throughout the process.

We invited Many Hats to submit a proposal for our main bathroom remodel. They responded promptly, and worked with us through the proposal process to develop a competitive and thorough plan. Although we eventually selected a contractor with whom we’d had a prior relationship, we recommend you give Many Hats a try. They offered extensive experience, good value and several positive references in our neighborhood.

My family and I would like to thank Many Hats for doing such a beautiful job on our bathroom remodel. We had a house full of people using only one bathroom during the remodel and they went above and beyond to make sure we could partially use the bathroom even during the remodel. They were professional and cost effective and we would definitely use them again in the future.

The dishwasher flooded the kitchen during the middle of selling our condo. We had a closing date set and were panicking. Hayden made sure the work was done by the closing date. And even with the rush, everyone was professional, friendly, and did a fantastic job.
