We had water damage to our flooring due to an overflowing toilet. What a nightmare! However, I immediately reached out to RestorePro (around midnight) and I was connected with the on call Manager right away who walked me through my next steps. I am thankful for Josh Oliver for getting his amazing crew to my home right away (on an early Sunday am) and reassuring me that they would take care of us and not to worry. Ashley called me periodically to check on things and to see if I had any additional questions or concerns. Antonio and Juan were so kind, so professional and very knowledgeable. When it came time to take my flooring up, they spent a good bit of time prepping the area to ensure the rest of my home was not covered in dust and dirt from the removal. They worked nonstop when they were at my home. JR was the Mitigation Manager in charge and was also very professional and did a wonderful job communicating the next steps with me. When I had a question or concern, he was happy to explain things to me and point me in the right direction. They are an amazing team. I hope that I don’t have to call them again only because I do not wish to have anymore water damage or any other type of damage to my home, but if I were to, I know exactly who to contact! Bobby H. was the project manager for repairs done to my property due to water damage. I was on a time crunch to get the job completed and Bobby did an absolutely fantastic job to meet the deadline. Bobby was friendly, professional, communicative, and honest. I really enjoyed working with him and appreciated his honest and accurate work. He did a great job coordinating with all of the different parties involved (plumbing, floors, granite, drywall, painter, etc.). The work done by the contractors was excellent and my property looks fantastic. I cannot thank Bobby and RestorePro enough!

Our dishwasher malfunctioned and partially flooded our house. We called Restore and they were at our house within 1.5 hours. Ashley, Zavori, and Antonio and the others were all responsive and helpful and got everything under control quickly. I couldn't be happier with their services. Would recommend them highly.

Our insurance company recommended RestorePro after a waterline leak in our kitchen affected almost the entire first floor of our home as well as our crawl space. Leo and his team were on site right away and took care of the several days of drying out that was required. As a result of the leak, all flooring had to be replaced, along with drywall work and repainting. Not an easy task with three adults and 4 animals living here. After the water/mold mitigation, project manager Hayden Switzer stepped in and connected us with a Temporary Housing company who situated us and the pets for 10 days while the work was being done. Hayden also arranged for the move out/move in company, the materials and supplies that needed to be ordered/delivered and the crew who did the work. Last but not least, the cleaning crew who came in after the work and cleaned very thoroughly.
Many many thanks to these guys who made a difficult sitation much easier to tolerate by always being available, professional and caring.

We had a fire in our spare bathroom. We reached out to Ashlee with restore pros and immediately we received a call from Katie, who did our scope of work, who scheduled an appointment with us to come in the next day to inspect and write up our damage. Both Katie and Ashlee showed up the next day on time and were very empathetic to our situation. They assured us we were in good hands, and we were. Our insurance adjuster showed up just before them and asked who we were working with. Once we told them Ashlee and Katie from restore pros, he immediately said I have worked with them before and they were homes and reputable people. From the point our adjuster approved the scope we delt with Matt and his team. Matt, Bricen and Criss went out of their way to make sure not to only answer every question we had, no matter how silly, and even made sure to explain clearly the process so we understood what was going to be happening during our repair. They were very good when we stopped by to explain what they were doing. The end result is you can’t even tell the fire happened. If you ever have this unfortunate thing happen to you. Rest assured if Ashlee, Katie, Matt, Bricen and Chris are on your job you will not be disappointed!!

My insurance company recommended RestorePro following a hidden leak in the master bathroom which caused major damage before it was detected. Started working with Jamie Woods, who was great.

I had gut-renovated the three-room bathroom 2 1/2 years before the leak. It was a fully custom job, including custom made cabinet work. So not a typical job.

Much of what RestorePro did was good work; I particularly appreciated that the custom vanity was carefully diaassembled and rebuilt, and the large floor tiles were seamlessly replaced where the subfloor was damaged. Also the painter did an excellent job.

However the custom-sized walk-in shower and a few other small areas were not rebuilt correctly. This was a serious issue because of a recent major injury I sustained which made the rebuilt shower unsafe for me to use. The company did agree and accepted responsibility. Unfortunately it took significant time and back-and-forth to resolve the issues and have the work corrected. But shout out to Jamie Woods, who was terrific helping to navigate through the issues, and in the end I am satisfied with the resolution.

The team for the water mitigation responded quickly and started straight away. They also took care of the restoration and they were amazing, very professional. Especially the assigned project manager, Julio Bermeo, was outstanding. They really understand the discomfort situation you are in with the water damages and really put the customer needs first. We had to call on Restore Pro to repair damage from a water line leak. They were very quick to respond to our call and arrived on the same day to start the clean up. I called Restoration Pros when my basement flooded. Tim and Nick showed up and got to work. They were thorough and made sure we understood every step of the process. They were also very pleasant and took the time to answer all of our questions. I would recommend this team again!

The crew we had was wonderful! They were professional, clean, knowledgeable, and worked quickly to get everything removed out of the room they were working on (picture below was taken less than an hour after they started). I hope to never have to use RestorePro again (who wants water damage)but if I do, I will definitely call RestorePro.

RestorePro was hired to restore my son and DIL’s home in Chatham county after a fire on June 7, 2024. The recommendation came from his insurance company and he went with RPro feeling good that he was using a company the insurer recommended.

RestorePro started out by saying there was asbestos that had to be taken care of, even though the home was checked at the time it was purchased, and no asbestos was found. After the abatement, which was done by a subcontractor, restore pro basically disappeared. NINE MONTHS after the fire and bringing RPro onboard, my son and his famiy had moved 7 times with a baby and their housing allowance from insurance had been exhausted, leaving them with no housing other than shuttling back and forth between family members. Project managers changed twice. Daniel misled us saying delays were about waiting on permits. When we checked with the county permit office, they said they hadn’t been contacted. RestorePro also said the HVAC work had not passed inspection and they had to wait on a new inspection. When we asked the Chatham County inspection office about this, they reported no work on HVAC had ever been mentioned and no inspection had been done at all. This month, when RestorePro was given notice of agreement termination (which they never responded to) and they hired someone else, we realized this was the first time the HVAC unit had been opened and it was 10 months after the fire. Now, 10 months later there is still no drywall, no electric and no flooring. Restore pro put a temporary electrical pole in the front yard, which sat there for 9 months without being connected to electricity. Even worse, the lack of electricity to the home over a summer and a winter and now into spring has caused more damage that will have to be fixed and any fixtures that could have possibly been salvaged have been ruined. Within less than a week after getting rid of restore pro my son managed to get temporary electric inspected and connected to Duke power so that tools and equipment can be powered for work to be done. UPDATE: My son notified RP in January they would be moving forward with a new
Company and literally four months later, having received NO response at all until now, heard from RP. He didn’t return the call but received a bill this week for thousands of dollars of work that was never done.

Nearly a year after the fire, they are now forced to start over with a new company, but without stable housing. The physical and emotional trauma to their family has been significant, including loss of their beloved dog.

Big Shoutout goes to RestorePro and Craig in particular. We had a task that seemed efficient on paper. We encountered a major hiccup in the process but Craig and his team were quick and diligent in keep things on task. I am completely satisfied with the professional work done and everyone involved with making my kitchen completely new and loveable.
