Cam has been a bright spot in an otherwise highly stressful situation involving serious water damage in our home. He immediately got to work on diagnosing the extent of the damage and taking steps to fix it. We have greatly appreciated his candor, competence, and professionalism as we navigate this challenging process.

We recently had our house repaired by Restore Pro Reconstruction after experiencing fire damage, and I can't say enough good things about them! From start to finish, they were communicative and timely with all the information. They completed quality work, and the crew was fantastic to work with. Their professionalism and dedication truly shone through the entire process. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of restoration work.

After a house fire in February, I was connected with Restore Pro through my insurance. Be careful working with these people. They are genuinely scam artists. They will cut corners every chance they get with repairs. Our project manager, Julio, had his father do the repairs and offered to have some of the work done on the side cheaper so he could make some extra cash.

The painting quality was awful, and they had to return three times to redo it! After going through the repair invoice line by line, we found over $4,000 worth of repairs were not actually completed, plus a $6,000 charge for payment they had already received from our insurance company.

Worst of all, they told us they had thrown away our TV after we explicitly informed them we wanted to keep it. After logging into my amazon fire account, I could see SUE, one of their directors, had the TV in her home and made multiple user accounts under my amazon account. After we confronted her about it, she told us she would bring it back (We have the phone call recorded). Several other personal items also went "missing" after their crew came into our home.

They ended up writing us a check for the repairs they lied about doing AND the stolen items (after giving us the run around). Unfortunately, restore pro will take advantage and steal from their clients in the most vulnerable time.

Our business has used RestorePro for the third time this past week. I thought it was about time that I take the time to say something nice about them. We are a historic, mid-rise apartment building in Raleigh. Our projects are on the smaller side for them but they have treated our business with the utmost care and respect. We have found the team at RestorePro to return our calls quickly, get an estimator to our site also, quickly and best of all, we have found them to be quite reasonably priced! We will use them again, should the need arise.

My insurance claim adjuster referred me to RestorePro after the initial company that I choose to help me couldn’t meet me timeline. I had a bathroom shower leak that was leaking through the tiles that affected the lower level bathroom. When the tiles were lifted up to assess the damages, the results were really bad as part of my subfloor was rotted. I was really stressed about this happening since I recently just purchased my home.

When I contacted RestorePro I spoke with Summer and she was very professional and kept in touch with me throughout the entire process. She sent Jamie out who assessed the damages. He went over the repairs that would be needed and wrote up a quote for me on the same day. After assessing the damages, a quote and a timeline was giving to me. I agreed to everything as it was reasonable and very fair. I was then assigned Phillip Love as my project Manager. Philip was the best project manager that I could ever ask for. He really helped my wife and I overcome our anxiety with this process. He was very organized, detailed, professional and he always kept in touch with me to keep us updated with the process. He went above and beyond to make sure that we got back our home to its original condition with no disappointments. Phil was very patient with me and I really appreciate that since I was a challenge customer who was particular in my needs. He was so patient with us when we were picking out our new tiles and choosing our new paint color. He was very knowledgeable in his work which helped us make confident decisions. At the end of the project Phil went over all my repairs to confirm that we were happy and satisfied with everything. Overall everyone who I made contact with at RestorePro Reconstruction had great customer service and was very caring to a customer who was stressed.

The entire team at RestorePro were absolutely awesome. We had a leak behind the wall in our washroom, which damaged the adjoining master bedroom, and bathroom behind the shower and floors. From the minute they arrived, they were professional and very knowledgable about what needed to be done. They answered any questions that we had during the process. They always called first to confirm their arrival and was always on time. They kept the work area clean and secure. They protected my floors, always wore masks and took off their shoes when necessary. Josh and Juan worked very hard removing the damanaged walls and flooring. They set up the equipment and explained to us what they were trying to accomplish. They're an awesome team. The second team, who came in to take readings of the moisture content, were equally as professional and courteous. I am glad that I decided to work with RestorePro and would definitely recommend them to anyone who might need this kind of service. We are going into the reconstruction phase of this process after the New Year. I'll post a final review once the project is completed.

Jake and the restore pro team were AWESOME! Jake was on time for every appointment and always returned texts and calls. The process was informative and moved quickly with a solid plan of action. Our bathroom remodel from a plumbing leak came out beautiful which included all new tile, paint, plumbing, shower reconstruction and glass installation. Highly recommend Jake and his team to navigate you through a tough ordeal! A plus is how clean and organized the guys worked.

From the first moment that they arrived on scene every interaction with this company has been stelllar . The damage was from a residential fire that caused significant water damage to my commercial business. My first interaction was with Jacob and Leo. They were knowledgeable and helpful in such a stressful situation. The entire 4 week process every team member that was in the space working were professional , friendly and an expert at their craft. The final day of removing plastic , unloading the pods and getting things clean and organized were done by two young men named Zavari and Charlie. They were so helpful and worked very hard making sure everything was completed to my needs. Would highly recommend Restore Pro.

If you're facing an emergency, this is not the company you want to rely on. Their focus is profit, not people. To them, customers are just another paycheck. It's disgusting to take advantage of people in such vulnerable situations. Learn to make money another way!!! Or do good, honest work. We made the decision to switch to a smaller, local contractor -- and the difference has been incredible. We're paying less, included in every step of the restoration process, and finally feel heard and respected. Please, save yourself the stress. ‼Look at their ratings‼: on most platforms (including feedback from former employees) they average under 3 stars. The only exception is Google reviews, which feels suspicious on its own. You deserve a contractor who values you, your home, and your peace of mind. This company is not it.

I had a fantastic experience with RestorePro. I had water damage from a broken pipe on a second floor level. They did the drying out and repairs and did a fabulous job. They were very prompt with all the work. I never had to hound anyone to get things done. Mike was my project manager and I could not have asked for anyone more competent or efficient. He did a great job. I would recommend this company to anyone who need repairs. Thanks guys for all your hard work in getting my house back in order.

Gloria Santana and her team did such a wonderful job of putting my house back together after the fire. Absolutely excellent. When they finished, the house looked better than it did when it was brand new. She went above and beyond what was expected. I highly recommend and commend her and Restorepro for their professional expertise.

After a bit of a water crisis in my home, RestorePro was quick to show up with everything needed to get everything dried back out and mitigate any damage. Tim and Antonio were especially helpful. Tim helped coordinate with my insurance to make sure the whole process could move along as smoothly as possible.

Update: I am now four weeks into this project and still living in a hotel room. My damaged carpets are still sitting in my house. Nothing has happened with phase 2. Additionally, I got a ridiculous bill from this company for the first phase which included thousands of dollars worth of work that they did not do. (Some of it was work that I actually did myself or hired other people to do. Some of it was Work that still hasn’t been done) . I cannot get anyone from the billing department of the company to call me back or email me back after a week of trying. I am really disappointed. There are so many things that have been damaged in my home through this process that I don’t even know where to turn. What a nightmare.

After a big letdown by another company first, this team came in ready to take action and get things done! I have to give a huge shoutout to Jahir for his attention to detail, positive attitude, and level of compassion. I knew that when he was onsite at my home for this initial cleanup and drying out process, that I could trust what was happening, and that I didn’t need to stand there and supervise. I felt very confident with Jahir and his team, lead by their project manager Leo. Leo was responsive, kind, and detail oriented. Thank you guys! I hope that the phase two team will live up to my expectations now!

Chad, Kennedy and Justin were efficent and very communicative throughout the restoration process needed after our house fire. They responded the first morning we reached out to them and began mitigation work same-day. It was a huge relief to have them get to work so quickly. They made a difficult situation as positive an experience as possible. Very thankful for the team's quick work to get us back home!
