Gloria did an amazing job handling my home repairs. The process was very organized. Everything went smoothly and I love how my house looks! She was very detailed oriented and you can tell she takes pride in her work.

Will C and Jordan came to my house. They were the nicest and most professional team to help us with our bathroom flooding. I would highly recommend using this company, but specifically these two individuals as they do an excellent job.

We had a great experience with RestorePro Construction’s flood and water mitigation team. Charlie and Nick walked into what felt like a disaster area and managed to remove all the damaged materials and initiate the necessary flood mitigation in a single day. Tim and Will C. followed up throughout the week, checking water saturation levels and adjusting or removing equipment as needed. Ashley, the project manager, was communicative and came out to the site to oversee the work being done.
The entire team was extremely polite, professional, and attentive to detail. They were also empathetic to our situation and took the time to listen to our concerns. During an incredibly stressful time, they were a reliable and reassuring presence. We are so grateful for their hard work and would highly recommend RestorePro to anyone facing a similar situation.

Tim, Cam, Charlie, Nick, Johnny and Ashley were quick to respond, thorough and transparent as they worked through a large water leak on our first floor. I’d give RestorePro a 5+ if I could. We worked with both a mitigation team and the restoration team. Josh Goins and Hayden Switzer were incredible to work with.

We had a slow leak in a second story shower that caused damage to both second story bathrooms and affected the ceilings below. The bathrooms were both gutted and I was nervous. Both teams were incredibly efficient and easy to work with. The tile installation was done by a true craftsman and the outcome was beyond my expectations.

These guys came out quick.Were all really nice, super polite, professional, and genuine. Ashley, Henry, and Juan showed the first day and got everything evaluated and set up really efficiently. On Monday Antonio and Luis came out and checked everything out and collected the equipment they also were extremely professional and friendly worked quickly and did a great job. Hatch Homes did an outstanding job on our large historical home. Couldn’t be happier about their work and the process.

I worked directly with the Charlotte office but, they were hands down the most communicative, open, and honest service I have used in ANY regard to my home improvement. If they say something will happen, it WILL happen.

Hatch homes replaced cement fiberboard siding that had been improperly installed by another contractor. The area in which the repair was done was in a difficult location and our HVAC venting set up made it difficult for us to find a contractor for this job who would guarantee their work. Then we found Hatch. They matched our siding color exactly, repaired the damage, and provided warranty and guarantee paperwork when the job was done. Every aspect from planning to execution went smoothly. These guys are truly professionals.

Working with Jordan and his team was wonderful! We have an older home that needed so much TLC to get it to a place where it was comfortable to live. Jordan and his team were extremely professional, focused on customer service and responsive. Not always the adjectives you'd use to describe contractors. But I really give credit to Jordan and how he prioritizes the customer experience. He even said that you can train folks on the skills to do the craftmanship, but you can't train on work ethic and customer service so he hires a team with those innate abilities. He did a ton of work for me. It was supposed to just be a bathroom remodel job, but as we were waiting for permits from the city of Durham, I saw all other types of things I wanted done and I definitely contributed to the scope creep. Jordan was good at keeping me focused, not pushing, but letting me decide what and how much I wanted him to continue to do. I trusted his judgement and him. By the end of the project, I had a brand new bathroom (new shower, moved the toilet, new toilet, new vanity, new floors, tilework in the shower, new exhaust fan and vanity lights, barn door). It's a real difference. He also put in new closets in both bedrooms to give me more room for hanging items, put in new carpet in both bedrooms, demolished a pillar in my loft to open up the space, gave me new tiled floors in the kitchen from hardwood, put in all new light fixtures in the entry way and bedrooms. Painted the entire place from accent walls (he has good taste) to ceiling beams and walls. I also appreciated that at a certain point, he allowed me to access his Painter and Electrician directly for some of the smaller jobs and touch ups as he said that would be less expensive for me, than going through him. That speaks to his integrity. I LOVED his subcontract crew from the Painter (Daniel) to the Electrician (Gus) and his project managers - Nick and Bryant. I was really a tough customer in that I was very meticulous and precise with wanting things to be just so, and Jordan was ever so patient with me. The project went from October through March. Not bad considering that most of that time was spent waiting for permits. I also respected that Jordan, as a General Contractor, was focused on doing things by the book. I would absolutely and unequivocally recommend him and his company. To be honest, I kind of miss them now that the project is finished:) Jordan has photos of the place after it was finished for anyone who needs a referral.

Jordan Duke and the Renew team did an exceptional job with our kitchen remodel. There were many constraints with our small older house, and his design was thoughtful and is serving us wonderfully. Jordan was a great partner during the remodeling process - he communicates well, promptly addressed issues as they came up, and delivered what he said he would.
