I want to express my gratitude and Praises to Scott and Michael, the crew who came over yesterday (Sept 8th, 2022) to aerate and dethatch my lawn. They were pleasant, professional, and did a thoroughly excellent job of preparing the yard for applying new grass seed. I cannot thank you (the department) along with the crew. Scott and Michael deserve a "high five" - and so much more!

I used them to move, and expected the same professional treatment. The estimator came to the 2 of clock appointment and just dropped a card on my stoop. No knock, no doorbell. My large dogs never even barked. I went from a lady who needed to pass things up. to a Dominic. I was told, by Dominic, he would call me back. About 30 minutes later a Steve called and matter of factly told me I could reschedule. No apology, no explanation, no sending the man back to do the scheduled estimate. I waited nearly 2 weeks to see these people. Do not waste your time or money on a wildly unprofessional company that is completely unreliable as well. I am so mad and they did not care at all. Not even a hint of trying to make it right.

I called them multiple times to set up service, but I guess they didn't want it because no one ever attempted to call me back!?! This is blowing my mind, seeing as it's 2023, and I figured everyone needs every buck they can get these days.

That said, I went with Lanarc, who came out to my house the very next day, even without having a signed contract in place!

They came out, mowed and edged everything, including the landscaped areas as well as the area behind the house that HOA is supposed to be taking care of (it was turning into a fprest, lol). They also seeded and fertilized everything, which was awesome. The best part is that they even put down seasonal pesticide and fill in all the mulched area for free!!!

Seems like TROSA has a lot of catching up to do in regard to their customer service and landscaping services, costs, etc.

FYI, I live on almost an acre lot, and they charge me a flat rate of $48 per month only during tue months they need to come out! We have Bermuda, so they said they won't charge us 4-5 months out of the year that they don't need to come out due to colder weather. What an amazing company! Definitely some trustworthy folks over at Lanarc!

I have been using Trosa Lawn Care for the last 2 years multiple times a year. They honestly do a great job. One of the best things I found was their customer service however, and willingness to help you and get you on the books quick! I called in Monday trying to set up a appointment which I was quickly told to go to the website and make appointment to get a estimate, and they be back to me 24 hours at the most. I was very much dismissed, and could tell the gentlemen on the phone didn't want to talk to me. I figured okay they are probably very busy it is a Monday! Well I kept checking my email and never heard so decided to call back to perhaps just set up a appointment over the phone. I asked the gentlemen (Same one as I recognized his voice) who was once again dismissive with me could I just set up a appointment through the phone. He said, "No you can't". Even though I have always set up appointments over phone, and have had the same thing done to my lawn for 2 years and get the same estimate except once when they had to spray for poison ivy... I informed him I look elsewhere for business. I don't recommend Trosa until the gentlemen named "Joe" finds a new department to work in or leaves.. It is too much of hassle to get on their schedule, and the customer service is lacking...

We just used TROSA lawn care for the first time today and could not be more pleased with how our yard looks. The three gentlemen that came today, Scott, Nate and Micah, did a fabulous job! We would recommend TROSA Lawn Care to everyone in the future. Thank you so much for the great job!

I sent a message to them through their website to get a quote for installing mulch. I never heard back. After a week or more I called to see about getting the quote. The lady found my original message and seemed surprised that I wasn’t contacted. I had to schedule the appointment for the quote about two weeks out. I’m currently waiting for them to show up. They are presently 47 minutes late. They will not be getting my business.

I’m bummed because the organization seems positive and a coworker had a good experience. Maybe they’re too busy? Regardless I can’t consider them reliable.

We hired TROSA lawn care to perform some landscaping repair services: rototilling the back yard, mixing in some good dirt, adding some stones and some other repairs. They began the work two weeks after their estimator spoke with us, which is months ahead of what any other service promised. Brad, Richard and the crew showed up on time, worked hard and completed all repairs in a professional manner. The yard has been restored and looks wonderful. I recommend these guys without hesitation.

If I could give zero stars I would. I recently reached out to TROSA for basic weeding, mulching, and aeration services. After receiving a quote for a reasonable price and agreeing to it, I got an email saying that the quoted price was inaccurate -- apparently the cost of mulching was not properly calculated -- and given a new quote for $250 more than what I agreed to. Additionally, the manager of the company refused to honor the originally quoted price despite acknowledging that the error stemmed from a mistake on their part. IMO, this displays a total lack of professionalism that makes it impossible for me to use or recommend their service.

Our lawn clean-up and lawn maintenance with TROSA is the best we have ever had. The communication with TROSA (to schedule estimate, get quotes,...) has been easy and prompt. The guys are so nice and attentive. For example, I am very protective of my Hydrangeas. No problem. They didn't touch them (per my request) but did an excellent job on all of the other plants in my beds. They always leave a note if we were not home when they came, and they have repeatedly let us know that if anything isn't done to our satisfaction that they will deal with it immediately. I have been jealous for a couple of years because our neighbors have had TROSA come each week and their lawn always looks great. Finally, my husband and I accepted that we are just not able to keep up with our yard, so we called. Now, they do our neighbors yard on the same day as ours. Best decision ever.

Ben and team are very responsive and always show up right on time. They're also quite affordable!

We could not be happier with the service Kendrick performed for us. We had a huge backyard project that involved clearing a lot of large bushes so we can build a fence and landscape. Kendrick set the expectations early on and was always upfront about the work and the cost. Everything happened on time and my expectations were exceeded. Wonderful guy to work with! Will definitely recommend his services to my friends and family.

Hunter Excavating did an excellent job in removing four trees from my yard. Kendrick arrived exactly when he said he would be here, was equipped with a wide variety of necessary tools, cut down the trees, removed all branches and debris, and left my yard in better shape than he found it. He is professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. His prices are very reasonable and his work ethic is beyond compare.

Kendrick and team were exceptional throughout. They redid a 200 foot driveway and took out a retaining wall near collapse in 3 days with impressive quality and value. Even after the job, Kendrick helped us with landscaping advice and even called a shop on a Saturday afternoon for me, having everything I needed on hold when I arrived. I will absolutely use Hunter again for all landscaping needs.

Kendrick and his crew did an amazing job clearing out my backyard! He is knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to do business with! He doesn’t pressure or oversell. I’d definitely recommend his services and use him again!

Working with Kendrick and his team was a great experience all around. Before contacting Hunter Excavating I had four different people come look at my yard, each one said they couldn't do what I wanted done, two of whom didn't even bother actually coming into my backyard. When Kendrick came out we walked around my yard and discussed all possibilities for what I wanted to do. Kendrick was up front about everything, the good and the bad. Due to weather the work on my yard had to be delayed, but Kendrick made sure to keep in constant contact on when he thought he would be able to get to my yard. Between the price, quality of work, and Kendrick's "do whatever it takes" attitude I would highly recommend Hunter Excavating for any work you need done.

Where to start … From the time we walked around my yard till the time his guys left after the job was complete , they made sure I understood what they were doing and why it needed to be done . They went above and beyond ANYTHING I expected. To be honest being a new home owner I have had experiences with shady contractors, not a single interaction did I feel upsold , or under educated in what I was paying for . Plus my dog liked them all so that’s an extra 10 stars at least …. Don’t call anyone but them you won’t regret it !!

Excellent communication from the start to finish of the project. They walked us through all of the steps, gave multiple options, and the work was quick and tidy.

This crew was absolutely amazing! We and our neighbors engaged them to redo our driveways and they were extremely kind, professional, and thorough. We would absolutely recommend them!

I can't recommend Kendrick and his team enough. Kendrick himself is EXTREMELY knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to and work with. Customer satisfaction is clearly his number 1 priority. He and his team did a FANTASTIC job in my yard and went way above and beyond my expectations, for a very great price. Do yourself a big favor when you need anything done in your yard and hire Kendrick!!!
