We had gotten a couple quotes from landscaping companies to come out and deal with a particularly challenging water drainage issue that kept flooding our building. When we got in touch with Hunter Excavating, the owner himself came out and rather than just ask me what I wanted to do, he walked me through what was going on and what options we had to remediate the issues in great detail. He really made me a part of the process, and delivered excellent work after we settled on a plan. Highly recommend this team.

We were looking for someone to stump grind two fallen trees, regrade the front yard, and plant grass seed—and after being turned down by a different local businesses due to their job minimums, Kendrick provided a fast and reasonable quote and educated me through some decisions that needed to be made. Kendrick and his crew are excellent. He clearly explains your job, is on time, efficient and very neat. Completes the job exactly as discussed as well as go above and beyond. Very fair prices for the great quality of work. If you want the job done right Hunter excavating is who you need to call. Removed old rotting stump and roots below ground, leveled/graded the yard very well laid new sod was my job. It's great when the owner is actually working on the job as well.

We had a very good experience with Hunter Excavating. They created a driveway pad for us in order to extend our driveway. I initially met with Kendrick where we discussed what we wanted to accomplish. He provided advice along with option and expectations. Kendrick provided a written estimate within 48 hours of our meeting. The crew were punctual and did quality work. I'd recommend them for excavating needs.

Kendrick did a great job with our driveway. We were in a bind after the recent flooding with an impassable gravel driveway. he made sure to prioritize us in a timely fashion (fixed within 1 week), he was a very strong communicator and the job was very smooth all while we were out of town. He was also very fair and honest with his pricing and even found a way to save us money by recycling some asphalt. we would definitely use Kendrick and his team again.
