Extremely poor service, Came in to buy 3 ton unit I was helped by a guy who was not even trying to be nice I mean super rude and another guy right by him named JP counter guy was complaining really bad about his work and time he was bragging that people should come in early to buy material, we all know the nature of businesses you got to help customers until the last minute but this guy kept on going with his negativity about his job so I had to stop him when he complained about the method of payment I had to tell him that he had to be glad that he has a job because we just spent over $2000 and yet he is complaining. This will get to management that is no doubt, so it can be corrected because customers run the businesses by spending their money and this money is what the employees feed their families with and pay their bills. God bless you all. And spread the love, stop the hate.

Couldn’t focus on shopping at all with those jingle bells going off over and over again. It seemed like almost every step but couldn’t figure out where they came from.

Purchased HVAC system for my house, only after 3 months, one part of the AC system (TXV) needed replacement, and we had several issues with it, called Johnstone, they won’t even reimburse us for the cost of the repair even though we have 10 years warranty, it’s a scam, be careful of this place. Michelle the branch manager extremely rude and mean.

Best store in town. Always have what I needed and the staff is always great. Michelle is fantastic and such a sweet lady. Very knowledgeable!

If I could put a zero star review I WOULD!!! Because the manager Michelle does not have the experience for her position because she does not give a good service to the costumers.
Not satisfied at all, I do not recommend this place.

Do not think most contractors would waste their time posting reviews for supply houses. I would recommend grain of salting it, instead of wasting time making replies. This is a contractor only store. Reviews only show a lack of adherence to that policy. Just a basic observation

Good people, always busy but they have what you need.
