Jairo Felipe was very thorough in my HVAC maintenance check and then explained what recommendations would be to make the unit more efficient. As always, a very satisfying experience with CWJ.

The focus of my review is just a heads-up that I had a great experience with CWJ until I involved a second opinion for a complex mold contamination.

I was given a quote and repair option by Brett who was very polite, prompt and efficient in his process. The whole experience was good and while dealing with a home nightmare, I was quite stressed and got a few different techs to assess the situation.

The trouble came when I called Brett to talk through next steps. I told him a few other techs suggested to explore different options that were less expensive but perhaps just as effect. So my question was if we could adjust the services he had offered and approach. He very politely said that he didn't want to be involved at all anymore. They seem like good people from everything else, but this was concerning. To completely back away when a customer tries to educate themselves and self-advocate for a different approach and you just pull out altogether? Just sharing my experience honestly.

The other crews were very encouraging of our choice to learn a lot before making the final call, so this stood out.

There are no words to express my gratitude for all of your assistance. You can in on short notice and gave me information I could trust so that I could make the best decision for my family. The customer service was excellent and I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends.

Arrived on time and was very friendly and informative about my unit, I learned my heat is running through my hot water heater, interesting to me. Everything is working ok. Thank you for the communication.

Came out quickly and assessed problem. Got needed parts and repaired problem in less than 4 hr. I appreciated the timely service as always

CWJ always does excellent work and gives outstanding service. I do think the fee for preventive maintenance ( $300 for heating and separate a/c system) is a little high in that technician is only here for very short time and simply looks at systems. If he finds anything there is extra charge to repair. Still I have always appreciated them for their rapid response to any problems that have come up so I would recommend them to anyone. And to clarify the $300 covers two separate visits—one in fall for furnace and one in spring for a/c system.

Our technician from CWJ was excellent. We have used them to service our system for 10 years and they always are prompt and courtious and knowledgeable. I always suggest them to anyone needing HVAC service.

CWJ responded very quickly to my request to check behavior of my heating system. Technician came within 90 minutes of my call. He seemed to do a thorough inspection and we both agreed that thermostat is suspect and should be replaced.

Awesome service. Same day service when my heat first went out - on a Saturday - which ultimately got replaced. Then even though it was a holiday week they got the new unit installed within a day. I would definitely recommend CWJ to my friends.

Justin was prompt to stop by to provide a free estimate on my HVAC replacement. Explained everything in detail and showed me what’s the problem with the existing system. Highly recommend him.

Justin did a fantastic job communicating the status of our system and made a couple of recommendations for improvements. I can’t remember the last time I received such a thorough report or had a more pleasant experience with a service technician.

Justin was very knowledgeable about my heating system. He was friendly and punctual. The team at CWJ has always been great with getting back to me in a timely manner and getting a tech to me right away.

5 star company. excellent people very technical group of people. pay attention do what they recommend. you won’t be disappointed. this was a bad compressssor and it’s covered under factory warranty

On Friday, October 10, 2025 I stopped by CWJ and talked to Bret about a rusting shroud leading from my HVAC to the house. I was concerned, so he set it up to have it replaced on Monday, October 13th. It was time for my fall service, so Joe Kearsley came out this morning, October 13th, and measured for the replacement and then returned later with the new shroud. He replaced the shroud (see pictures) and performed the service. He was very professional and knowledgeable of the service needed. He went above and beyond by also spraying and cleaning the enternal and external system. COVID left us with new and inexperienced mechanics. I’m elated to report it is not so with CWJ, especially with Joe Kearsley. Outstanding job you guys.

Christian was polite and helpful. He explained everything well. He arrived during the scheduled time. A part had to be ordered . Johny performed the repair 2 days later. He was polite and on time. He took the time to show the issue, nice. The heat appears to be working correctly. So far I am pleased.

Shane from Tech On Deck just installed 2 fourth generation Nest Thermostats and did an excellent job on both the install and set-up. This is the 2nd time I’ve used Tech On Deck and would highly recommend them for your electrical needs.
