These folks are the BEST!!! Fixed a heating issue last fall for me very efficiently and affordably so they were the only place I knew I wanted to call when my AC stopped working this week. Angie fit me in to their very busy schedule and Roland identified the problem quickly and fixed my system without breaking the bank. I really appreciate their transparency and excellent service. These are the only folks I'll ever call.

Love this company! My realtor introduced me to them when I was buying a home, and the inspector flagged that the HVAC warranted further inspection. The seller said she just had the HVAC serviced (by another company) and showed me the report that said everything was fine. I had Marsh come out to get a second opinion and turns out there was a major problem that resulted in a lot of negotiation power for me. Seller's vendor came back out to check again and basically said "oops, we missed that". I ultimately hired Marsh to replace the unit - not only did I trust them more but they beat others' estimates - and now I continue to use them for maintenance on a rental property as well. I only wish I had found them sooner! Extremely reasonable, trustworthy, and professional.

I've worked with Marsh Heating and Air over the last 10 years. They taken great care of the 20 year plus units I inherited when I bought my house. Rather than pressure me to buy a new unit throughout that period, Mr. Marsh and his crew took great pains at minimal cost to keep them running. Now that one of my units has expired, he gave me a fair quote on a new one and then tuned up my other unit at no charge as a thank you for my business and referrals over the years. Wonderful people, fair prices, and prompt service.

I spoke with your representative, and he reassured me that the furnace was working properly. He was very congenial and professional. The true test will come this winter when the temperature sinks below 40 degrees and the furnace, rather than the heap pump, comes on to keep us warm!!

REN is a knowledgeable and professional technician who shows up on time ready to work. Our problem was remedied in under an hour and AC restored. We had incredibly prompt response to failing A/C in season when it must be common. The problem was solved even requiring part replacement and our warranty was honored. The responding technician was courteous and pleasant. Today they came and went silently and did what needed to be done which . Many thanks.We must admit we don't understa.nd what that was about

CWJ installed an AMANA gas HVAC 20 years ago. We signed a service contract with them to come out and inspect it 2x per year and have been happy with their services. There have been a few needed repairs but in general it has done well until this past month when it entered its last days. During the cold night of 12/31 it died. After a consultation with the on call technician on New Year’s Day and then Brett Dippolito, the General Manager, on Jan 2 we decided to buy a new system. Brett gave us 2 options appropriate for our house and that same day, he ordered and got us the new Lennox HVAC system. It was up and running by Jan 3 with the final pieces, new thermostat etc, installed on 1/6.

We are so very pleased with CWJ and the speed with which they took care of this emergency. They worked in miserable weather conditions to provide us with heat and we are very grateful. CWJ is family owned and operated and I think that makes a big difference. We recommend them highly.
