As usual, Happy Home provides great service for the price. Unlike others, they do not try to fool you into buying unnecessary repairs and materials.

Simon was a full of knowledge & solutions. He was willing to give me choices. I made the choice that I could afford today. I will call them back this week for further work. Tonya

Tech was excellent and took the time to install Nest thermostats and service my 2 units. He was thorough and explained potential issues for the future.

I was pleased to see Raymond the technician today. Hes very professional and courteous. He checked our system and ran diagnostic tests. He told me everything about working correctly. He also sent us photos from under the house. Thank you Ray.

My experience with Happy home service was great. It was very easy to set an appointment, they double checked everything. Mr. Beckwith was great explaining what went wrong and what options we have to fix it. Upfront price tag, I didn't feel forced at all. The report was with details and photos. It was a great experience and I recommend them. Thank you Happy Home Service!

They went out of their way 2 times in 1 day before 5:00 to make necessary repairs to get my HVAC heatpump working. They are awesome. We really appreciate them.

I was in a jam with my heating unit on a weekend and needed help before the upcoming freeze. Ray showed up (earlier than expected !) and worked his magic. Happy Home? Absolutely!

I would give this company a 10 star rating if I could. Absolutely phenomenal service. I was in a real pinch closing on a house and they did an HVAC inspection on a moment’s notice. Highly recommended!

I had a problem with the zoning of my heat system. A technician came and said that it was due to a faulty discharge air temperature sensor (DATS), and disconnected it from my heating system. However, the problem itself continued to persist. When I spoke on the phone with the manager, he said that he was 99.9% sure that it was a problem with the DATS. Sir, that sensor is completely disconnected from the running system right now, it's not what's causing the current zoning problems.
Unfortunately they refused to have someone return to further diagnose the problem even though they misdiagnosed it the first time, and ended up just giving me a repair quote for the replacement of the DATS (since they are somehow convinced that that's the problem). $250 repair quote for the replacement of a $25 part...
I ended up doing a bunch of tests at home by myself and was better able to narrow down the problem. Don't waste your money here (check the Yelp reviews for this place), find a small local business (not private equity owned) instead. -
I had a VIP 1 yr service warranty and it was not honored. My blow fan went out. This could have been avoided if the VIP maintenance was done correctly. When I spoke with company reps concerning the items not done and the low level( not VIP) service I paid for and received was partially the blame, they did right by me. I only ended up paying half for part only. Labor was free and received another 1 yr VIP service warranty for free. I am very satisfied with the outcome. Thanks for compromising and being understanding from my perspective. after the fan about 2 months later experiencd same issue. tech said freon was low. spent $500. 3 days later same issue. all my $500 was gone back too same issue. I feel like I was hoodwinked and deceived. if they had done their job by servicing my unit properly the issues would has been caught in time. a whole year of faking servicing my hvac unit. now after 800 for fan, 500 for freon and 300 for VIP service warranty I'm out. unit needs to be replaced. I feel they sabotage my unit to trick me into purchasing a new one. nope..... I DO NOT BUYERS BEWARE. RECCOMMEND THIS COMPANY. nope don't need no estimate... get off my property....

We were not a happy home, when we woke up to our garbage and recyclables still full. A neighbor used the services, but they parked in front of our receptacles. Had to wait two weeks for the next pick up

Raymond did a great job on our clothes dryer vent cleaning! I definitely recommend Happy Home Services and Raymond for their excellent service. Thank you!

Called on December 27, 2025, hoping to find someone that could look at my thermostat as it went out that morning. Small kids in the house and was going to be cold that night. Raymond came out the same day and come to find out the fuse connected to the unit outside had blown. We didn't know there was fuse outside. Super friendly. The only reason not 5 stars is because dispatch said it would cost $149 and how ever much to fix it. Ended up costing a total of $454. I was a bit shocked but it was necessary.

Two technicians came out on the day I contacted them, diagnosed the issue with my mini split, gave me a ballpark estimate, and gave me detailed advice on self-installation of a new system, should I go that route. I am very impressed and will be using Happy Home Services again for my future HVAC needs. Their price to assess the system was lower than their competitor's price by 25%.

Daniel was a wonderful technician! He went over what he would do and did doing great detail.
I am very pleased with the service I received and will recommend your company to friends and neighbors -
We've been using Happy Home for regular maintenance and eventual replacement of our heat pump. They've been great!

My mother is 92 years old! Her heating and air-conditioning unit went out probably due to the extremely cold weather and now Happy Homes is telling us. It’s too unsafe to drive to service the unit.due to bad road conditions.
They should always be prepared to travel and service units in bad weather conditions
Put some snow tires or chains on your trucks and vans and service the area.
My mother lives in Burlington, NC. I live out of town and I am worried about her well being.
She has space heaters but the unit needs servicing ASAP.
I am disappointed in Happy Homes customer service!
I am extremely disappointed!

I needed repairs within 48 hours. They were able to come out the same day. Bryan listened carefully and quickly found the problem, which was caused by another company. I will use them again

Called Happy Home due to our HVAC not working. They came highly recommended from neighbors. They were prompt, found the problem and fixed it in a reasonably amount of time. We signed up for their maintenance program also. The gentlemen that came out were very professional and got the job done!
