Scoggins & Co is the best! Their response time is super impressive and all of their employees are extremely professional and knowledgeable. They ensure all of your needs are met and even follow up with you after! I wouldn't consider calling anyone else and would recommend them for both residential and commercial.

Our experience was a disaster, start to finish. They didn't fix our AC problem, they billed us for hundreds of dollars and without providing the costs before the work was done, they failed to send corrected invoices, wouldn't accept payments online and offered no way to provide payments that didn't include a 4% charge! And we know the Scoggins family personally/socially! I'm honestly shocked at how they handled our service. I wish we had never called them, it's been nothing but frustrating and costly. We've paid over $300 and our AC was never actually repaired.

Scoggins was great to work with replacing my ancient furnace and air conditioning unit. Duane made multiple visits to ensure that the new unit wine properly sized, and to review the work of the two technicians -Lisander and Brian. Lisander and Brian are both highly skilled professionals who went over and beyond to get my new furnace installed and to ensure that I had heat before the latest "cold snap." I highly recommend Scoggins and particularly Lisander and Brian!

Very poor work on my 20,000 $ "State of the Art" air conditioning unit. On the drain pane they did not even install a draining system. The water pan got so full it started spilling on my attic floor. This problem had been the precursor and the reason why I even bothered to get a new air conditioning unit. As the water started flooding and leaking through my attic and on to the room below I called to ask If comfort engineers could come over. They said they could but asked for a ridiculous amount in order to come over and look over the terrible work they did. Basically they wanted me to pay for their lack of work. I doubt I will ever do business with this company ever AGAIN!

There were at our place of business for 3 days in a row and very polite and efficient. Justin, I think may have been his name, even stayed late one afternoon until he finished up. Great service

Comfort Engineers has maintained our home's HVAC system for twelve years, including an upgrade to a more efficient and quieter system two years ago.

Their preventive maintenance and new installation work is outstanding. Their prices are reasonable and affordable, their technicians are skilled,
and the few times we've needed service, they were prompt and effective in troubleshooting and resolving the problem.

I'd chose them over anyone else in the area for HVAC work in the Durham area.

We have used Comfort Engineers for 19 years. They installed two systems for us in 1997 and they are still going great.
They have a great staff of technicians; all very qualified.
We entered into an annual maintenance agreement with Comfort Engineers around 10 years ago. Best added investment we could have made. They come out twice a year to do complete maintenance on both systems and make any necessary replacements. We also get priority on any necessary service calls.
I am convinced we bought two really good systems from a good company and could not be more satisfied.

We recently had a new heating and cooling system installed in our home. The service was excellent. The gentleman that came to our home was extremely professional and courteous. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Comfort Engineers reacted quickly to our needs and got our new system installed very fast. I would highly recommend Comfort Engineers!

The drivers are very dangerous- was driving on 85 and they were driving very close to other cars. Got behind us very suddenly and had to break hard to avoid hitting us
