Amazing customer service in the office and from the technicians. You can tell that they are extremely educated in their field and will explain everything they do. There was a quick response to my problem & an affordable fix. They were there to help and not just trying to oversell me on something I didn't need. It was a wonderful experience and I signed up for their quarterly maintenance on the spot!

My AC went out mid July when it was 95 degrees out. I called two other places before a friend suggested Hometown Air. The first never called me back. The second sent out a tech same day who said three components were toasted and the whole unit would need to be replaced: $8700 and a 10 day wait. Hometown got a tech out later that same day, Josh, and he quickly identified that just a relay and transformer were bad. He came back first thing the next morning with replacement parts, got them swapped out and I was back in that sweet AC. The skill Josh demonstrated along with his willingness to actually fix the thing was just what I needed. It's an old system that I probably should replace, but at least now I can stay cool while I plan that out.

Hometown Air is a wonderful company with great employees. Everyone was very professional and knew what they were doing I had no heat in the winter and they came out and had a new unit installed the next day. Brian is awesome!

Brian came out to service our unit when the heat wouldn't turn on. He got it up and running quickly and communicated exactly what was wrong! Will never go anywhere else again!

Josh and Hamad were wonderful. They came and serviced my units — very polite, professional, and honest. All the qualities you want in any contractor, but especially in an HVAC company.

I had a unit that stopped cooling one very hot summer day. They were able to have someone come by and it was running by 3:00pm that day. It was professional, responsive and it was much less expensive than replacing the unit. Great work.

Brian with Hometown Air LLC did a fantastic job! He came out and did a coil cleaning on my outside unit, which made a noticeable difference and helped make sure my unit didn't fail last summer. He also took the time to walk me through the basement unit, explaining exactly what I needed to know for future maintenance and upkeep. While I do know Brian personally, I genuinely appreciate his honesty, professionalism, and willingness to educate me. It's clear he cares about doing the job right and helping people understand their systems which is very rare these days with service work. Highly recommend!

Our AC went out two hours before we were having guests over for dinner on a hot Saturday evening. Our usual service person didn’t answer—totally understandable on a weekend—but it was so hot, and we were scrambling. I remembered seeing a post about Hometown Air and decided to give them a call. Someone actually answered (on a Saturday!), and Brian was at our house within 45 minutes.

He diagnosed and fixed the issue in under 15 minutes, and we were able to enjoy the evening with our company—cool and comfortable!

As a small business owner myself, I love supporting other local and especially solo-run businesses. But when your HVAC goes out in extreme weather, you need someone who can respond quickly. Hometown Air is still a local business, but with the added flexibility and capability to handle emergencies like this. So grateful for their fast, professional service!

Received a response same day. Brian Horner provided multiple options with quotes. New system up and running within same week. Great group of installers...Very knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy, and courteous. Left jobsite clean. Brian discovered unrelated problem with existing return flex ductwork and repaired it as well. Nicole Napier in the office was an absolute joy! She was very helpful and provided timely invoice and the product warranty certificate so I didn't have to do anything but enjoy the new unit. Fabulous job! I only wish all home projects could be this easy. I highly recommend Brian, his crew and HOMETOWN AIR!!! These are our "go-to" heating and a/c guys.
