First experience with Bryant-Durham. Technician, Shawn Hackney, was prompt, friendly, patient, & extremely helpful. He carefully explained all my options for repair or replacement of my broken duel fuel heat pump. Overall, his customer service was outstanding & he made me feel that I had made the right choice by choosing Bryant-Durham Services.
Follow-up review to say Blake & Brad arrived today, 5/15, to install my new Trane unit. They were prompt, friendly, professional, & did excellent work. I can give Bryant-Durham Services my highest recommendation!

I had both a 2 and 2.5 ton Trane units installed. Great company to work with as far as price and service. Have used them for 10+ years for repairs/service. Just spent about $17,000 on two new units. Extremely happy with the Trane units and the perfect, professional and friendly installation. The 2 guys were fantastic and did an A+ job. Then after the city inspected the installation a wonderful third guy came by to double-check I was 100% happy and did some additional super-precise wrapping around a few more places in my duct work. Bryant's work has always been the best in the Durham area. They make sure everything is exactly "perfect" and are super friendly/easy to work with. With them, you never have to worry about the job being done right, very high-quality parts and expert service.

I've been using Bryant-Durham to service my HVAC system for over 5 years and they do a great job. The customer service reps who answer the phone and schedule are quite responsive as well as the technicians they send out. As a company, they are quite knowledgable and have always been able respond to, diagnose and solve any problems. This week we worked with Michelle who scheduled us quickly as we needed help and Eric C. who was the technician assigned to service our HVAC system. He went above and beyond (including working in the rain) to make sure he resolved our issue. I highly recommend Bryant-Durham Services.

I recently arrived at my home in Durham to find that the air conditioning was not functioning. I called Bryant - Durham Services to schedule an appointment for repair. I was told that I would be put on the wait list since early June is a particularly high demand period. I agreed to be put on the wait list. I was called late that same evening to notify me that a cancellation had occurred. I took that appointment. The technician from Bryant-Durham made a courtesy call that next morning to make sure that I would be at the residence. The technician (Brad Davis) diagnosed the problem quickly, made the repair, and took the time to educate me about what I could do to "help" with the maintenance of my system. Brad was extraordinarily patient and courteous as he discussed what homeowners should do to maintain their systems. I was so impressed that I asked to be added to their regular service program.

Dwayne did everything I was promised. He called ahead of time and gave me a correct ETA. Although it was not rainy, because he had come from a job where he had to get dirty, he put on his slippers to make sure he didn’t track in dirt, and he neatly put away the remnants of the two ceiling lights he installed and took care to enable me to donate the lights he replaced. The new fixtures look great, and he worked carefully yet quickly and was both friendly and professional. Very good experience.

I wanted to do a total update to the electrical service of an older home that I purchased. Bryant Durham provided excellent service from start to finish. Chris Wolfe came out to inspect the home, discuss my vision and gave me good feedback and a reasonable quote with options. He was very good at communicating and returning calls throughout the course of the project.

Electrician Demetrius Allen won my trust and I feel fortunate to have had such a skilled electrician who takes pride in his craft doing the work on my house. He was very thorough and knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make sure it was an excellent customer experience.

My first encounter was an electrical emergency at my house which they promptly repaired. I then had additional electrical work at my office as well as new generators installed at home and work. They are amazing! All work was excellent and all technicians are professional, awesome, polite, helpful, reliable and super nice people. Will be using them for all my needs going forward. Just cannot say enough great things about this company, its employees and their work ethic.

Dwayne was great!!! Came the same day I had an electrical issue and got me fixed up. In fact, I think he was there within an hour of my call and I was a first time customer. They came highly recommended. I will call them again when I need it! Highly recommend!

Chris was fantastic. Really kind and honest. We had a problem with our AC and another company told us to replace the whole thing. He did a thorough diagnostic test and fixed it same day. We really appreciate it.

We just had Demetrius repair our carport lights and I can't remember when I've had a more pleasurable customer service experience. He was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and was a delight to work with. You couldn't ask for a better customer service ambassador than Demetrius. I hired Bryant-Durham to do four tasks: 1) replace four fluorescent light panels in a drop ceiling with LED panels; 2) install a new switch in a different location for two of those panels; 3) replace a defunct outdoor area light with a new LED light; 4) replace a fluorescent work light over the kitchen sink with an LED light. Demetrius came to provide an estimate. He is very courteous and helpful. He provided solutions and worked at keeping a lid on costs. I think the price was fair. Demetrius showed up when expected and called ahead to give us time to get ready for him. All the new lights work very well and are a great improvement over the old ones. This was a nice, clear and effective process. I recommend him and Bryant-Durham.

Demetrius Allen was assigned as the electrician to repair wiring after a small home fire. Demetrius's honesty, care, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. I recently made the decision to have a whole house generator installed, and chose Bryant-Durham - in no small part - due to the excellent service provided by Demetrius, and I was thrilled to have him as the electrician on this generator project. Bryant-Durham was not the cheapest option, however, this project was too important to my family and needed to be in the hands of a 'trusted technician'.
