So far this company has rewired my house and replaced the HVAC system. They have been very friendly, Professional and helpful with their work. They called to followup as well to see how we liked their work. We had an issue with one outlet and they sent a repair person out 2 days later. He apologized for the inconvenience and quickly fixed the problem. I'm looking at another upgrade now to do with them.

Unbelievable. $15k quote for a generator. My house is 1400 sq ft. I was quoted for a 24kw generator. This kind of generator is for a 3k sq ft house. They thought I wouldn't know that this is more than twice the necessary size for my house. I have a large AC unit for my house but it is not even close to 24k watt generator. I requested a quote for a 10kw generator and transfer switch and was not provided one after multiple requests. This a $3700 part with transfer switch at Home Depot and Lowes. I requested a quote for labor only as well as labor and materials. I wasn't given the one for labor only. It took me 2 weeks between my inital call to actually get the person out to provide the quote only after additional calls to Bryant to get someone out there. None of the contact systems on their web site actually worked. They did not listen to any of the things I requested when I asked for a quote.

This is an absolute price-gouging scam. Please absolutely DO NOT use this company. You are throwing money down the drain to people who are taking you for everything you are worth.

Electrician Dillon Wilson arrived promptly, checked my concerns and addressed them. He was courteous and professional.
Second time Bryant Electric helped us in short notice with good service. Will call again

Just had Bryant-Durham do what turned out to be major repairs on our AC. The service was superior! They came when scheduled, even called to let me know they were on the way! The explanation of what needed doing was clear, and the work was done neatly and competently. The office staff (Carol) was very helpful, and the technician (Brad) was extremely knowledgeable, kind, polite, and considerate. I could not have asked for better. WIsh there were six stars!

Brad was very knowledgeable and attentive to our issues. He offered clear consultation and resolution to our specific problem(s). Additionally, Carol was incredibly helpful in prioritizing our appointment, given we had an A/C issue during warming weather, and Ann was incredibly polite and efficient while working though the billing and paperwork. I would highly recommend their services.

Brad came to my home today to give me an estimate for a new gas-pack unit. He was very courteous, professional and friendly and provided me an estimate within 30 minutes for two Trane systems. In December 2018, Bryant-Durham Services installed a new Generac Generator. Chris Wolfe was an excellent engineering technician-salesman, and he followed up with me every step of the way--before, during and after installation to ensure that my wife and I were happy customers. Thank you, Bryant-Durham!

Our central A/C unit stopped pushing cold air yesterday afternoon; I didn't notice until 1:30 am that the unit wasn't working correctly. My husband called Bryant-Durham Services this morning and the tech on call came out right away and replaced the condenser. I am so grateful for the prompt and professional service. I highly recommend this company and am especially thankful to Brad Davis. Going forward we will use Bryant-Davis Services for any future A/C or heating needs.

Our power went out last night and as a result, the generator came on. The stove was making a strange sound, so I had to cut that breaker off. The AC Unit is on that same breaker. The next morning (Saturday), I called our electrician, Bryant Durham, and Dwayne came out determined the stove had quit working. So, he got it unhooked so we could cut the breaker on to use the AC Unit (90 degrees today). He also replaced a receptacle for us. Dwayne was very professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and provided the excellent customer service that we have consistently received over the years from this company (And on a weekend!). Thank you so much!

Once again, I had great service from Bryant Electric. Demetrius came out to our house again and did a fast professional job. This time he installed a new electrical receptacle and fixed an exhaust fan. I have always been very pleased with the my service from Bryant.

I had Bryant-Durham install a Generac whole house generator. Chris and his crew were friendly, prompt and professional from beginning to end. It took them just a couple of days to perform the install and go over the system. They also continued working with me when I had issues related to the Amerigas folks not properly connecting my LP gas line to the generator which was resulting in incorrectly performing weekly self tests. They pointed out issues with the LP piping that needed to be addressed (as it took multiple county inspections and Amerigas visits to finally get the gas piping done correctly). I haven't had to use the system in the 2 months I've had it, but am ready. The Duke Employee discount on the system was an added bonus - as I will look toward them in future to perform my routine/repair on my HVAC system going forward as well.

Bryant Durham Services installed two ceiling fans in our house today, they did a fantastic job. They called to see if they could come early and quickly and efficiently installed the fans. Great job, friendly people and I would certainly recommend them in the future. Eric

After 17 years of faithful service I had to replace my entire HVAC unit. I had always used Bryant Durham for routine service calls and they have been excellent. I called them to install a new unit and they quoted me a fair price on a new Trane and --considering it was July in NC--responded as quickly as humanly possible. The office staff--Carol and Anne-- were most courteous and helpful and the installing technicians--Blake and Shawn--were terrific.
Attentive service at a fair price...what more can one ask?

At last our complete remodel/addition is about to be finished. It has been a long journey! Hats off to Bryant-Durham Electric for providing quality service through this process. Their services consisted of new electrical and HVAC for our home. During any project, stress levels can be high from a homeowners perspective when delays come or changes need to be made but whatever the case, they worked to accommodate the delays and the changes. Another local HVAC company told me as a new customer they couldn't do anything for me until late next week. I called Bryant-Durham and they said they could send out a tech the same day. He arrived early, fixed the unit, cleaned it and checked the freon. He was polite and my house was cooling again within an hour. Really great service!

Bryant serviced my HVAC and I was delighted with their professionalism, courtesy, and promptness. They arrived on time and worked on the unit immediately. They engaged me during the process and showed me where the different components were located.

The charge for the service is exactly what I was quoted.

When my attic A/C was leaking, Brad came out promptly on a hot holiday weekend to provide excellent service. He was courteous, professional and determined to fix a challenging mess working at 117 degrees. He listened to my worries and answered my questions. Smart, respectful, neat, great follow-up: all 1st rate. This is my 3rd experience with Bryant-Durham, starting with installing a generator. I have been very pleased and have full confidence in the quality of their work.

The previous home owner used Bryant-Durham for a generator installation and passed on their contact info to us when we purchased the home 2 years ago. Since then, we have relied on them to maintain the generator and HVAC unit. I have also used Duane extensively to solve electrical mysteries and install outlets where needed. He's always on time, professional and a pleasure to work with. I have referred Bryant-Durham and Duane to neighbors on several occasions and will continue to do so.

AC unit stopped cooling in the summer - Yikes! They scheduled me quickly and the tech, Andrew, fixed it quickly. He was great. Last fall they serviced my furnace and that was well done too. I'm signing up for preventive maintenance with them each fall and spring. Thank you so much!

While at my house to fix a separate issue, my technician, Dwayne, was also happy to give me a quote and install an entire generator receptacle and circuit.

Not only did Dwayne take on the extra work with zero notice, he took the time to discuss what house appliances and electronics could and couldn’t be used simultaneously on generator power. Then, he guided me through all the steps to bring the generator up and ultimately power the house right then and there.

I’m 100% confident that I’m covered in an emergency and I’m certain I’ll be using Bryant-Durham again in the future.

Not impressed with this company or the service they provide. They have been hired by the property management company and they have been cutting corners the entire time. I would NEVER use them if it was my choice. EVER!
