Elijah was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He went above and beyond to answer all of our questions, thoroughly checked our equipment and let us know about how to best prepare for any future work we may need following the general service inspection. I was very pleased and would highly recommend!

This company is the worse we have ever dealt with. It doesn't deserve one star but it is the only way I could pubish the reveiw. I made an appointment on Monday12/1 for service to be done on Wednesday 12/3. I was told that we would get a confirmation phone call on Wednesday morning. Didn't happen. Service was scheduled for between 8:30 am and 11:30am . We were to recieve a call 30 minutes before arrival. No phone call. Three phone calls from us later , still no service person. He finally arrives at approximately 4:15. First thing he says is he isn't sure the disposal will fit the new sink. Then he gives us a price of over $1,000 to install the kitchen faucet and disposal. SERIOUSLY! The next price is $750, with no explanation on why it is now less. We still said no. Then the price is down to $537. How is the world can you expect anyone to agree when in the span of a few minutes the price is reduced that much? It seems to be a very shady way to do business It is also a despicable way to attempt to have homeowners pay the highest possible price. If the price could be $537, why quote me two bids higher. TO RIP ME OFF!
We sent him on his way.
Then, I get an email saying I owe $537. Needless to say, I called the company and told them I will not pay for work never started. I requested we be removed from their system as we would NEVER call them again.'HOMEOWNERS BEWARE!!

I had the pleasure of meeting Niko, from JD Service Now, last week. He came to my home to diagnose/evaluate an issue I was having with my home's lower-level sewage ejector pump & float. He thoroughly explained what the issues were, made the immediate necessary repairs and made recommendations for preventing similar issues in the future. I found Niko to be pleasant, thoughtful, courteous, knowledgeable, professional and respectful.

We’ve just had the pleasure of working with Kevin and Bill from JD Service Now, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. They were honest and transparent—a combination that’s hard to find these days. They offered straightforward solutions while taking the time to walk me through everything without trying to upsell or pressure me. I even learned a few things which was cool. Work was completed with precision and care.

It’s rare to find electricians who are not only skilled but also genuinely committed to doing right by their customers. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and truly knowledgeable professionals. Kevin and Bill were great to work with and JD Service Now has my trust for any future electrical needs.

Christian Leon and Percy Albritton came out to inspect our newer HVAC to make sure everything was working as it should. They were both extremely nice and professional. I have two cats and they both acknowledged this and were considerate to make sure neither would slip out the front door.

Additionally, they went above and beyond and cleaned out a spot behind one of my vents that had accumulated some fiberglass build up from the original HVAC installation. They reviewed the inspection with me and explained everything in a very easy to understand way. Thank you both so much!

Greg is fantastic! I needed some emergency plumbing services (sewer line backup/repair) at my home and I am very fortunate that JD sent me Greg Degenhardt. He arrived the same day, was extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the entire process to me. It had been several years since I had a plumber work on the house so Greg performed a thorough inspection and made sure everything was in top condition. What really stands out is Greg’s attention to detail… his precision and craftsmanship are clearly a point of pride. He even left the job site cleaner than he found it. It is rare to find such professional, high-quality work and I will definitely be calling Greg for any future plumbing needs!

Aris was prompt, professional, and kind. He did great work, neat and tidy, and stayed late (2 days in a row) to get us taken care of.

I paid a premium price for this job, but I felt like I got my money’s worth because Aris arrived within a few hours of my initial call, stayed until I had hot water, and came back the next day to make everything neat, code compliant, and finished in appearance.

My experience made me feel like this is a well-run company. But they’d better hope they are compensating him well. Otherwise he’s worth the cost to a competitor to buy him out of a non-compete agreement.

Josh arrived on time and was ready for the task! We spoke briefly about the issues we were having with not having hot water on one side of the house. We took a tour around the house and showed him where all of the water heaters were located. He began to trace the pipes and stated he was good and I could just continue my work day. Moments later Josh came upstairs and said he found the issue. I was so happy! Josh is super smart, and intelligent. His customer service skills are excellent. Josh sealed the deal with me becoming a member of JD service. I am a customer for life! Thanks JD Service for this hire!

I was quoted $5k for “repairs” that didn’t actually exist, confirmed by another trusted HVAC company after multiple people told me I was getting scammed. I was also given the option of a discount if I gave them a 5 star review, which is why you see so many 5 star reviews.

They couldn’t even find the actual issue which was something small with the wiring. Everything is working perfectly now and I saved $5k by avoiding their services.

This is not a reflection of the technician (who was very nice) but only of the PRICE of the install only!

I had to replace a garbage disposal and feel like I was gauged on the install price. I needed to be able to wash dishes and did not have time to shop; however, when I picked up the unit at a hardware store, I found out after I agreed to pay that I should have paid $230-$250 for fair install price.
I was charged $543 for the garbage disposal install ONLY!
I would highly suggest shopping for prices. This is extremely expensive for an install that takes an hour.

The main office was very thorough and made an appointment for the next morning. Andrew, the technician, arrived promptly (fifteen minutes earlier than expected). Andrew was thorough in finding the plumbing backup. He was friendly, professional and completed the work of freeing our kitchen and bathtub drains quickly. I highly recommend JD Service and their tech Andrew.

Eli did an EXCELLENT job!! He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, gave crystal clear explanations for all work performed and was very pleasant, respectful of property and polite. He shared pictures of everything so we knew exactly what was being done. No pressure, just good valuable information any homeowner would want. His co-worker Brandon was equally as polite and professional. Extremely pleased and would highly recommend.

I converted my electric stove to a natural gas stovetop - gas line had to be extended over 30ft, new cooktop installation including the downdraft exhaust fan - Richard did an excellent job. He explained what has to be done and why. The job took over 6 hours and Richard was absolutely amazing!

Many thanks to Andrew Scarpace, who fixed a leak under the kitchen floor. He diagnosed the issue, went out for parts, then came back and had the hot water supply line repaired in about 45 minutes. Thanks again, Andrew!

Our service professional, Sadek Arredondo, was early, considerate, professional and ready to assist. He wore his shoe coverings which I appreciate a lot. Many service people entering homes rarely do this and I started having to ask different one to grab them. Sadek was thorough in his investigation and provided clear information for me to record and share with my spouse. We have used JD Service Now for electrical work in the past, and was highly pleased.

Andrew was excellent! Very professional, knowledgeable, and personable, to boot! Really great and thorough service. I will definitely be calling JD service next time I need electrical work done!

Update: I have now also called JD Service for HVAC and plumbing, as well. Kade diagnosed the issues with my heat and had the work done in under two hours. Really knows his stuff, works very efficiently, and is very nice!

Stuart with the plumbing side was very pleasant and had my washing machine drain functioning again in half an hour!

Great experience with Will Stuart-- I will definitely request him for any future plumbing needs! He was easy going, kind, honest, thoughtful and considerate. He took the time to identify potential problem areas that likely contributed to my service call. I ended up entrusting him to work on all 3 issues. He helped me find ways to keep costs down and I ended up entrusting him to work on all 3 issues. Highly recommend!

The dispatcher provided excellent customer service which helped mitigate my only potentially negative comment about my experience working with this company. They are very busy so I've had to wait up to 2 days for a technician to become available in both instances I needed emergency plumbing services.

Even though I know Zack, I think everyone can agree that friends and family tend to be the worst critics! He found an issue with my 18 year old water heater which was corroded and leaking and full of sediment nasty sludge! He showed me pictures and videos of the issue (because I was too scared of spiders to go in there!) and clearly explained what was needed and what each step in the process would look like and what to expect if I went with JD Service Now. Really like the option to finance which went very smoothly as well. I got the plumbing and hvac membership because of its inclusion of routine system checks (I haven’t had anything checked in the 8 years I’ve been there!) and discount on future repairs if needed. Once I confirmed, scheduling him to come out was fast and super easy. Now I’ve got a new water heater that isn’t leaking, gets hotter AND the hot water lasts longer!! Overall a very pleasurable experience - will definitely recommend to others.

The whole process was wonderful. They got me scheduled quick and called to tell me who would be coming to look at my water heater issue. Nolan was fantastic! He was right on time, professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, addressed my concerns and even offered advice on all products that would be helpful to my issue. I was expecting them to diagnose my problem then schedule a time to fix it like other companies do. Nope. I was pleasantly surprised they had all the part necessary to do it during the visit! If I could give this company and especially Nolan more than 5 stars, I would! I would recommend them and Nolan to anyone who needs their services!

JD was the third quote I’d received for my hot water heater replacement. And although they were slightly higher than the previous two quotes, I chose them.
The reason why I chose them was their service technician Bradley! He was so professional, and he clearly knew what he was doing! (I had teased him when he first came about not looking old enough to drive 😆, and he handed it well!). He was also a kind, patient person, who did everything with a smile. He gives me hope for our future with his positive attitude/energy. I have already recommended this company to a family member, and I will definitely be using them going forward for all my HVAC/plumbing needs. Keep up the great work! And give Bradley a raise!

I’m a very unhappy customer. Our home is about eight years old, and about a year after moving in, a water spot appeared in our master closet ceiling. Over the next several years, additional spots formed. We noticed the water appeared after showers, and the master bath is directly connected to the closet.

Because of JD ServiceNow’s strong reviews, we hired them multiple times over the years to find the source. Two different plumbers were unable to identify the issue, even after one cut a hole in the ceiling at my request. Despite their visits, the water damage continued and worsened.

On January 16, 2026, a JD ServiceNow HVAC technician came out and claimed to have found the issue. This was our third or fourth attempt with the company. He spent about 30–40 minutes, did not test the shower or condensation theory I mentioned, and said the problem was a leaking duct. He taped the duct and assured us the issue was resolved. We were relieved and hopeful.

Unfortunately, the water leak continued. On January 26, 2026, we discovered a brand-new water spot in the master bathroom around the vent—an area that was not damaged before the HVAC visit. Based on timing, we believe the attempted fix either failed or made the issue worse.

We’ve dealt with this unresolved problem for years and trusted JD ServiceNow based on their reputation. We also regret signing up for an annual HVAC service plan after this visit, as we no longer have confidence in the quality of work. We’re now left paying to repair additional damage that occurred after a service we already paid for.

JD ServiceNow may work well for others, but our experience has been frustrating, costly, and unresolved. We’ll be using a different company going forward.
