I got dryer vent cleaning and I was very impressed. He kept me informed, charged a good price, and was in and out in about an hour. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Paul has been doing work on my house for 2+ years. We had some very tough pet odor and stains that went all the way down. He brought in a very reasonable sub to work on the floorboard then carpet. This was after Paul came back many times at no charge to work on it. Paul has also worked on furniture for me. He goes way above and beyond for his clients!! My favorite contracting business by far! He also did my hardwoods.

Paul Seelig arrived today and quickly identified our dryer airflow challenges. He and his colleague went the extra mile to explain their findings and also implemented a solution to keep us safe from the poor workmanship that was done at time of original install by another company. He then proceeded to provide a strategy to ensure better airflow and is in process of scheduling a follow up appointment to correct the issue ones and for all. Top notch service and trust in the service provider.

They did an amazing job with a really tough dryer vent (34 feet long with many bends that was REALLY clogged) ... the price was exactly what I was quoted, and they did everything and cleaned up and put everything back the way it was. Paul is a true professional and a man of his word. The ad said $149.00 for dryer vent and 10 air ducts. Paul called to verify my appointment he said that the price was just for the dryer vent. I said that's not what the advertisement said. So he said let me verify that n give you a call back. Upon him calling me back he said no it's just for the dryer vent, but he honored the $149.00. He and his assistant came and did a GREAT job. Thank you sincerely

I hired Greg from JD Service Now as a 2nd opinion on a water main drain line obstruction problem I am having. Greg was knowledgable, friendly, and clearly experienced in his field. He explained everything in an easy to understand way and made me feel confident in his findings.

Anecdotally, the previous snake cam operator and the City snake cam operator both failed to identify the issue. Greg was able to positively identify that a rubber coupling was shifted out of place and causing a solid waste obstruction. He provided a competitive quote for the service, which would require extensive excavation.

I would highly recommend JD Service Now to anyone experiencing issues with their plumbing and sewage. Give Greg a raise! :D

Our water stopped draining. We called JD Service at almost 5pm. They scheduled us a plumber for the next morning. Josh arrived at 8:30am and diagnosed the issue immediately. Roots had grown into sewage pipe. He worked hard all day to dig it out and replace it. He was pleasant and worked hard and was constantly pleasant and kept us apprised of progress. He worked until after dark to get us our water back on in the same day. He was fantastic! We’ll definitely call JD again if we have any needs.

We have had majority-positive experiences with JD Service Now around our HVAC and electrical; however, our latest experience was unsatisfactory. They quoted 2-3x local, competitive estimates for an HVAC issue without explanation of the markup, and they oddly have not sent me documentation to confirm that I would not like to move forward with that service, despite numerous phone calls requesting such.

They do a good job and have good availability, and we have had mostly-positive experiences with them and their techs, but their prices will likely be at the high end, and we will now be seeking multiple quotes again moving forward, rather than continuing to just go with JD.

I received a quote on an EV Charger installation. Brian was very knowledgeable and professional. He provided us options with several quotes understanding that cost is important. I’m not sure yet if we will use JD because they are a little pricey, but if we do, I’ll update my review to include the workmanship.

Joshua from JD Service now did a great job fixing our yard sewer pipe. . I liked his work quality , work ethics and expertise. JD service now company front office person was great too. Easy to work with. They provided all the required info about timing of tech arrival etc. I loved your professionalism!! I would highly recommend this company!
