I had issues with my ac not working this summer. I called the Happy Home answering service and was able to schedule a visit for the next day. The service technician, Riley, was a good communicator calling 20min before his arrival time. Riley explained what needed to be fixed and the interventions that were done. He was very clean and respectful of the house and wore booties inside. I will continue to utilize Happy Home for maintenance services. Thank you!

I have been with HH for many years. I have a service contract. The techs are always knowledgeable and professional. I keep my system in good order and they help me by flagging problems, often as they are developing, so I know what to expect and can plan accordingly.

This company is wonderful!!!!!! They came out to do a maintenance check on our hvac- they were extremely prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly! Could not have been more pleased with them.

Recently submitted somewhat unfavorable review for incident that occured with Happy Homes Services.

Well, issues happen and so do cases of miscommunication which is what happened in this case. Through further communication and after there now being a better understanding all around, I have to commend them. We have come to a mutual resolution and I have to honestly admit that I guess all of my life's recent frustrations came down on Happy Homes. Maybe should have taken little more time and reached out little better before sharing.

In the past few years Happy Homes installed my HVAC System, new Hot Water Heater, and virtually built me a new laundry room floor. I had been very pleased with their diligence in maintaining their equipment, as well as, making certain to exceed care shown to their customers', my, expectations. The same is true in this case. This relationship has years to go because I'm expecting these key home items to last "forever". So, I give Happy Homes much respect.
