Michael Radford had been our service technician for a few years now, and more recently we also had separate service maintenance calls from Rafael Camarena, Joe Kearsley and Jairo Felipe; all of them have provided excellent and extremely friendly and professional service. I also really appreciate how easy it is to schedule service maintenance visits, and CWJ does a great job of letting you know about upcoming appointments as well as when the technician is en route. Had fall/winter preventative maintenance service done. Very personable and knowledgeable technician answered all of my questions during the service. He explained the purpose of a part called a "contactor" that was showing signs of age-related wear, and I chose to proactively replace it. He also, at my request, replaced the thermostat batteries I had on hand, since I'm not comfortable taking the thermostat off the wall and replacing it. Service was done quickly and efficiently. I have been a customer of CWJ since 2006 and have always received courteous service from the manager, office staff and the technicians. I highly recommend this company!

Best A/C company we've worked with! They were the only ones who noticed that the builder hadn't installed the unit properly. Instead of connecting the A/C unit to the OK air intake vent, the builder had sealed off the room. It was in this team quickly. Identify the issue and got it fixed. The installation only took a day and a half, and we'd gladly work with them again

Susan, the receptionist, is wonderful! Very personable. Their contract fees are exactly as expected and, when I had an issue with one of my units, they came out the same day, as they had an opening. Johny was very professional and quick and resolved the issue within 45 minutes. I am very grateful to have a contract with CWJ.

I got a call and text notification that the technician was en route. Justin did a great job. He was on time, polite and respectful. He enjoys what he does and it shows. He let me observe and explained what he was doing. He's very detailed and offered honest advice. He even pointed out a potential future plumbing issue!

I received prompt service at an early hour and problem fixed, everything good to go Cool in here again… on the hottest day yet

We have been a CWJ Heating and Cooling customer for several years. Our second floor Lennox unit had key components which had reached end-of-life (furnace, blower, condenser). We worked with the team to get a few proposal options.

We choose an equipment option to increase energy efficiency. The field team crews are all excellent. In addition, some electrical work needed to occur (rewiring, breaker change outs) and the CWJ electrical partner was very good.

Christian was very clear in the repairs needed and explained what was broken, in easy layman terms. He also suggested we join the maintenance plan as we did to have a piece of mind so all mechanical issues would be inspected and eliminate any unnecessary worry.
