Enrique was absolutely amazing! Here’s the story… we recently had a corporate company (which we were a member of for 3 years) come do a yearly systems check (it was working fine), add Freon, and then noticed the system wasn’t working after they left. We had that same company come back out next day to check, they said the compressor was bad and I needed to either jump start the compressor ($500), replace the compressor ($4500), or get an entirely new unit (approx $15,000). I had Alternative Aire come out for a quote on a new unit, but Enrique wanted to look to see what the actual issue could be. Within 10 mins diagnosed that the capacitor was incorrectly wired causing the compressor to not start. Now it works very well and I could not be more pleased with his service.

I'd scheduled maintenance and repair on our HVAC systems. Tech Enrique contacted me early, and was able to come and look at our systems. He immediately analyzed the problem we were having and fixed it. Enrique is very qualified with his extensive experience and problem-solving abilities. Highly recommended!

We’ve used Alternative Aire for years, and they’ve been great to work with throughout. The latest example: our furnace stopped working last week in the middle of a cold snap. They were able to get a technician out to us to take a look at it that day, and the same tech (Lee) then came by at the end of the day to make the repair. Everyone from the scheduling desk on up was highly responsive and answered any & all questions we had. Highly recommend them!

I have been very impressed with Alternative Aire. In the winter when our furnace went out they had someone out same day to help get it back online. I really appreciated their professionalism and transparency during the repair process. More recently when I had issues with wiring on a separate AC unit they again were prompt in responding to the repair and were able to fix the problem within a few hours of my call. I highly recommend them to anyone and will continue to use their services.

Joey Koehler arrived right on time and did a great job servicing both of my air conditioning systems. He was professional, efficient, and clearly knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing, answered questions, and made sure everything was running smoothly before he left. Alt Aire always takes such good care of its customers! We had an after hours need during one of the hottest spells of the summer and Charles was out at our place within a couple of hours of me sending an email and the AC was thankfully back on and working by that night. I was pleased with the service I received from The Alternative Aire team. Erin, at the main office, was very prompt and professional with locating and rescheduling a new technician when the technician at my scheduled appointment was a no show. Aaron, the new technician, thoroughly explained the repairs needed and promptly and efficiently addressed the issue. To my understanding AA does not offer a maintenance plan at this time. I only wish the charges could have been a bit kinder.

I have worked with Alternative Aire for three years now, from maintenance to minor and major repair to full heat pump replacement. I have never had any complaints, and if I ever came close to having one they were able to provide a resolution or offer a reasonable compromise. They are not driven by sales, so they are trustworthy in the products and services they offer rather than pushing to do something you either don’t want or don’t need to do. Besides special mention of Aaron, who has always been incredibly helpful, insightful, and honest, everyone at the company has been brilliant with regards to customer service and support. As a smaller company, they may not be able to handle after hours emergencies as quickly, but they will often refer you to another reliable local business who can help if they can’t, which is an indication of their true commitment to service over sales/profits. Greatly appreciate and highly recommend them.

Our air conditioning stopped working yesterday after business hours. I requested an appointment for ASAP using their website and immediately they scheduled me for the following morning (today). Enrique Williams arrived very promptly and professionally this morning, he very efficiently identified that the problem was the capacitor, and replaced the capacitor. This fixed my issue and the air conditioning is working properly. The price for service seemed reasonable and in alignment with the market. Highly recommend this business and specifically Enrique.

EXCELLENT service! They re-placed our whole heat and air unit in our downstairs. It was fast, very complex and they handled it professionally. We are very satisfied.

A slug got into our wiring and we lost our ac. Alternative Air called back and came out quickly to fix the problem. I was very impressed with the service. The price of the service call was within competitive pricing but honestly any cost for a darn slug is too much🤦‍♀️
