Had LeeAC come out for a full hvac system replacement - best value out of 4 other nearby company estimates and shortest time from quote to install. Bug and his team worked hard and were able to complete it all same day. Highly recommend for installs/replacements!

We have a service contract with Lee Heating and Air. The fan and motor on our air conditioner died after 9 1/2 years. We have a Trane HVAC unit and the unit is warrantied for ten years. Trane replaced the fan and motor with no questions asked. All we had to do was pay for installation. The service technician was very knowledgeable in first recognizing the problem and then fixing it. I believe his name is Brad, but Brad may be the manager. In any event, I am always well pleased with the service and support I get from Lee Heating and Air. Thank you.

I am a longtime customer with Lee Air and have had a terrific experience over those 10+ years. The techs are always extremely professional and seem to genuinely care to take the time to get things right. Our tech over recent years has been Jeremy and in addition to his being an extremely nice guy, I also really feel like I can trust his assessment of our system and I appreciate how he takes the time to explain to me things that are outside of my area of expertise. The office staff is also very friendly and contacting Lee Air and scheduling service has always been easy and prompt without exception.

They did a great job getting to us fast and installing the new system before we had a cold snap. They communicate well so we knew exactly what was going on.

I can't recommend Lee Air enough. We have had them out a few times over the years, and most recently Matt came to take a look at our unit. He was professional, thorough and honest. They also do not try to upsell like other companies, they just want to take care of you as a customer, and provide great service. If you are in Durham, this is a company you want to support.

Had to have a heat pump and used Lee Air Conditioning. From talking with Roy to the install with Jeremy and his crew everything was so smooth. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for AC and Heat work that will give them excellent service.

Dale was professional and friendly. He even helped me replace my thermostat. The annual membership with the two visits is some of the best money I spend to keep my HVAC running

"It's fine" they said... My wife would ask about the filter every time we got our service. I'm no mold professional but, that looks a lot like mold and damage to me. (Actually I have been a mold and indoor air quality professional for the last 12 years). Check behind your HVAC service, always. Most companies MO seems to be: If it runs, it's good. See ya next year! Sadly, this company seems to be like the others. Ugh. Disappointing because I trusted them to do the right thing. My fault. I know better. Now you do too...hopefully.

Joe, Brad and Matt were absolutely phenomenal!! They were very quick to respond to my request for hvac issues and did a thorough job with evaluating. They did this all with kindness and patience with answering all of my questions. Their focus is on trying to get to the root of the problem rather than saying everything should just be replaced. They are an incredibly honest and trustworthy team. I will only be going to Lee Air Conditioning for future services and highly recommend their expert services!

So far my experience has been positive. They seem to have well trained techs and don't try to sell you stuff you really don't need. Went back to Lee after Monster destroyed one of my HVAC units doing seasonal maintenance.

We had maintenance performed on the heat pump that Lee AC installed in 2009, which has performed well for us. The technician, Dale, arrived on schedule and completed the checkout promptly. He was very helpful regarding possible repairs and in checking our system for installation of a smart thermostat.

Lee Air always does a great job for us. We've used them in Durham and in Raleigh and I can always count on them. All of their specialits are extremely knowlegeable and also polite. And they fix what's there. They don't try to sell you new system, which a lot of other hvac businesses will do. When they tell me I need a new system, I will know it's really time. I'm reviewing 2 visits here. This time is was HVAC system mtc, but a few months ago it was AC repair. The mtc was already paid for, but the A/C repair cost over 1k.

Absolutely fabulous job. I called Lee Air for a quote on installing AC in a new unit we leased. Joe Lee was out the same day and immediately had a system in mind that would fit our limited budget. The lead install tech Jeremy was extremely knowledgeable and clearly takes pride in his work. He and his crew did an excellent job with installation, even though some of the materials to complete the job were limited due to our tight budget. The end result looks extremely professional and tidy, and works great! Would highly recommend this company for commercial AC needs.

We recently had the second half of the annual preventive maintenance service from Lee Air Conditioning. Scheduling was quick and easy, they even send reminders when it's time to schedule the service. Our service technician Matt did a thorough evaluation and test to ensure both systems were operating properly and in good condition. Lee's preventive maintenance service is a great value!!
