Jeff asked all the right questions about my irrigation pump project and gave me valuable advice on how to keep a submersible well pump motor cool when not used in a well and also supplied all the parts needed without having to run all over town. Great service and reasonable prices!

Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
Completely worth repeating because it is ALL true! We were having our countertops replaced and needed our kitchen sink reconfigured and a new faucet installed. They were available when needed, did a great job and I would highly recommend them! -
Dwayne was excellent. Made all the fixes I needed seem easy. Quickly managed what we needed done and then some. Educated me on some quirks of the plumbing in a house we just moved into- and things to be on the look out for the future. We will definitely be using them again for our future plumbing needs!

Hired Pure Line to solve odor issue in Master Bath in home I bought. I specifically asked for a camera to run thru my sewer clean outs and waste lines. 2 guys showed insisting it was a vent problem . Never did what I hired for. 3 holes, $1500 later they left with no resolution stating we do not fix holes and we should replace both sinks.House only 3 years old.
I wrote review on Home Advisor. Owner/GIl called me and offered to send another guy. This guy came, cut a hole in vanity back and also said no problem
He also never checked drain lines.
Room reeked of Sulfer/sewer gas.
After much research on Hydrogen Sulfide, I used a sanitizing method for my pipes which actually worked. The owner never called me back as promised, after our 2nd call. I am not a plumber. I am disabled and live on Social Security. This company, never even considered cleaning out the sewer and drain lines, which is exactly what they were hired to do. The holes they left cost me an additional $350 to repair, as their workers who made the holes said "We are not carpenters".
I am requesting a refund since as plumbers, and hired to do a specific job, which they did not, even when told the problem was in only one bath, and the smell made our fresh towels smell awful. Seem any plumber when asked would have looked at the drain lines when asked. I Am considering further reports to BBB and Consumer Affairs.
I want a refund of the funds spent with them and the repair costs to fill sand and paint the holes they left in my walls and attack.
All they had to do was check what I asked them to. -
Edwin and Mark did an amazing job when our hot water heated needed to be replaced! They were timely, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend Pure-Line plumbing to anyone searching for a reliable plumbing company. Thanks so much for your help 😄

Update: the owner called me, apologized and offered to just charge $149. The price then is reasonable for the service we got. Appreciate that they are willing to make it right. But more training needs to be provided to their field people to avoid future situation like this.
Original: We wish the price was communicated more clearly upfront. We found a water damage on Easter. Called the company because of the refer from a water damage company. Ended up paying almost $400, with $149 for holiday service fee just to come out. $225 to cut open and diagnose. Ended up found just a stuck toilet handle, no repair needed. If we understood better, we would wait till Monday and call other company. I should have read reviews and listened as other customers have reported similar experience. $400 for less than an hour job is hard to recommend for futurr. Thanks -
I had an issue with a toilet and scheduled an appointment with Edwin. Edwin showed up on time and was very professional. I recommend that anyone looking to get any plumbing work done to contact Pure Line Plumbing. They are by far the best plumbing company in the area.

Jonathan Whitfield saved me $1200. After another company did a great job clearing and cleaning up backup sewage in our master bath and bedroom, the they recommended spending $1200 to install a clean-out in the front yard. We talked to Lisa at Pure-Line and she sent Johnathan to do an assessment. He identified two existing clean-outs in our crawl space that would have done the job and recommended not installing a 3rd. Thank you Pure-Line.

These plumbers were amazing. I called on a Friday and had an appointment the next Tuesday. Dwayne, the plumber, walked me through everything he was doing, explaining clearly and respectfully. He came to fix the shower but I also asked him to look at the water heater and he added on that service with no wait and a discounted price. These will be my go-to plumbers from now on!

I had a very clogged drain and the came the next day. This is the third time I’ve used them and would never use anyone else! Tylor did a fantastic job at a reasonable price! I love that they always clean up after themselves and are so friendly!

I called Pure-Line Plumbing regarding the amount of sediment I was getting to the house. I would have to replace the house filter every 1.5 months and the water pressure was decreasing over time. Dwayne and Chris came out and confirmed I was getting more than usual sediment and recommended a spin-down filter with a new outdoor spigot to drain the collected sediment and pull up the well pump 10 - 20 ft. Upon more troubleshooting, they also noticed the pressure gauge to the pressure tank was also bad and replaced it along with replacing the 20 gallon pressure tank with a 27 gallon pressure tank. The old tank had sediment built up. Throughout the process, Dwayne explained everything to me and made sure I understood what was being done to remedy the issue. They were very professional and I highly recommend their services. I will not hesitate to call Pure-Line for any plumbing needs. Thank you Dwayne and Chris!

Rob was super-helpful and did a great job diagnosing and fixing a mystery issue that we have been dealing with for over a year. He also installed a new faucet for us. Rob was efficient, effective, and a very clear communicator. He also emailed to us a detailed description of the diagnosis and work that he did. Would definitely recommend.

Lisa provided AMAZING customer service and went above and beyond the call of duty when it came to advocating for me as a customer. My husband interacted with Edwin and Eli and found them to be knowledgable and professional. They provided a fairly priced quote, worked with us on the price where they could, and gave us an overall positive experience. There was no high-pressure or scare tactics. Scheduling was easy. Responsiveness to an urgent situation was AWESOME. Highly recommended.

Overpriced. Charged over $800 to clear a clog. How do you live with yourselves ripping people off like that. Plus the guys that showed up guess I couldn’t hear them saying rude stuff about me and my house

UPDATE: I've since spoken with one of the owners who apologized for the mistakes made and was quick to rectify the situation. Since we already had another plumber install a new water heater believing the previous one to be kaput, we will never know if it could actually have been repaired instead of replaced. I do, however, appreciate Pure-Line's quick and friendly response to an uncomfortable situation and would consider them for future plumbing needs.
Original review: I first had Pure-Line come out to fix a leaking bath knob and only had great things to say about them - I had finally found a good plumber! The technician was on time, got straight to work, and had (what I believe) to be reasonable rates.
The second experience also started off well enough - our tankless water heater died out of the blue and Pure-Line was quick to come out and take a look. Kevin spent time on the phone troubleshooting with the manufacturer but was unable to fix it. Upon leaving, he quoted me $350 for the visit, the parts they were to order, and the return visit to install them - I okayed it. Once all the parts arrived, they came back out to try again. Unfortunately, the parts did not work and as a last effort, Kevin said he was going to grab something to measure the gas pressure and would be right back.
The next time I saw him was when Kevin came back up to say that none of the suggested fixes/parts worked and gave me a new tally of $700. Apparently, they had went out and purchased a gas pressure regulator and installed it to see if it helped. The issue is that they did not ask me about the part or the potential costs associated with it (again, the last thing I was told was that they were going to measure the pressure). At the time, I just went with it since it sounded like a much needed part, but I've since had the gas company and TWO other plumbers say that the system does not need a regulator and that it should be taken off.
I've also had some trouble getting a quote for a conventional tank water heater. Pure-line had given me a quote for a new tankless water heater but I asked if I could also get a quote for a regular tank heater as well since this tankless model was only 6 yrs old when it died. Kevin said he would email it to me soon. Well ... I never got that email. I also didn't get it after speaking with him a second time and him telling me he would email the quote over.
Personally, I feel like I got jipped there at the end and should not have to pay for a pressure regulator that I was not informed of and, based on 3 other observations, was never needed in the first place. -
Dwayne and rob were the technicians that came to my house, they were both very polite and very professional. Dwayne is very knowledgeable about his profession and was able to explain to me the situation so I could easily understand, rob is a hard worker and also knowledgeable in his field. Because of these two I will use pure line plumbing for any future needs.

These guys are awesome. They installed a new gas line for a new gas stove we bought. It took several visits to get through all the mandated steps and inspections, but they got us through it all perfectly. And after all that, Kenny also helped us with a water pressure issue by adjusting the pressure regulator in the crawl space. Real expert service, on schedule, at a reasonable price.
