I called Whaley Plumbing about a problem I was having with my drainage system. After asking a couple of questions, John gave me a diagnosis over the phone along with instructions on how to determine if the issue was my responsibility or the city's responsibility. With his help, I was quickly able to isolate the problem. Rather than paying for a visit, I was able to get the issue resolved by the city at no cost. I will certainly be using Whaley Plumbing for any future plumbing problems.

Thomas was one of the contractors who flipped the house that I ended up purchasing. After a slew of concerning issues that stemmed from the general contractor cutting corners, Thomas went above and beyond the call of duty to replace the plumbing at my house to ensure that no issues would occur again. He is extremely friendly and works very hard. He was even kind enough to replant grass in my yard after his work caused him to dig up my front yard. If you're looking for a good, honest, hard working plumber, Thomas is your guy.

My well pump went out and needed a new one. Within 2 hours of calling and setting up the appointment he was knocking on the door. They finished installing the well pump in almost no time and I had water again. Will highly recommend to any and everyone.

Brian Carden of Carden Plumbing responded quickly to our call for help. He came out right away to fix a water leak in the pipe leading into the front of our townhouse. Dug down about 3 feet through heavy wet clay and found the problem. He showed us the cracked pipe and explained exactly why it broke, and what he did to fix it. He filled the hole back in so pretty, no one would ever know.

Mr. Carden was such a nice person, a pleasure to talk to and is clearly a Master Plumber. He said his father was a plumber here in Durham, and he started helping his dad when he was big enough to walk, and has been a plumber all his life. It shows. He does excellent work, with a reasonable price.

Jeffrey Jordan and his team at Jordan Plumbing do great work. I have been working with them for years as plumbing issues arise. I recently had them come out to help with a drain trap replacement. They did a good job at a reasonable price and helped me with some other plumbing questions I had. Glad to see they are still going strong in Durham.

We’ve been dealing with leaks for a few months at our older home. We called Jordan Plumbing to get an estimate to repipe our house since our house’s polybutylene pipes had begun to fail. Jeffrey Jordan came out to walk through the house, explain clearly what the process would look like, and gave us an estimate. They were very accommodating and got us in to repipe the whole house on the subsequent Saturday (we made the initial call on Monday). We were so grateful that they were able to get us in so quickly. Jeffrey and his team came on time and worked very efficiently to get the whole repipe done in one day. They were also polite and communicative, keeping us updated with their progress and answering any questions we had. They cleaned up all the dust and other debris from cutting into the drywall to fix the pipes before they left and also referred us to a contractor who was able to come by and repair the drywall at a reasonable price. Overall it was a great experience and we will be using Jordan Plumbing in the future.

I have used Jordan Plumbing 3 times in the past year and a half, since purchasing a home. Jeffrey Jordan is always thorough, honest, and dependable. I was told I had a gas leak, and received an estimate by a large, nationally-known plumbing company.The plumber quoted me $1069.19 plus the consult fee. I called my husband, and he said we should get a second opinion because the repair did not seem as if it should be that expensive. I called Jordan Plumbing, and they immediately fit me in the same day. He came to check out my gas leak, he kept me involved and even asked me to walk up to the attic with him so he could show me what was wrong. When he was about to fix it, I was a little nervous because of what the other company quoted me. Before he started, I asked him how much it would cost, and he replied that it was a minor repair and wouldn’t cost much. He showed me the pricing manual his company uses and how much it would cost to repair the gas leak- almost $1,000 less than the first company. I couldn’t believe the amount he quoted me was so low. I showed him what the other company said, and he said the other company was trying to get over on me. I am so thankful for Jordan Plumbing; he saved me $1000. He took the time to involve me in the process, and the pricing was GREAT!!! I will definitely call Jordan Plumbing if I have any plumbing concerns again.

I can't say enough about Jordan Plumbing. Jeffrey is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. I've used the company several times and every time I've been extremely happy with the service. This last time we had raw sewage coming up a drain in our basement. I purposely waited four days (as Jeffrey was very busy) to make sure we got Jeffrey to take care of our problem. He had a machine that cleaned the blockage in the pipes, and he checked several pipes next to our septic system to make sure everything was good. Jeffrey is a plumber I trust explicitly.
